Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Hôtel au cinquième étage d'un immeuble magnifique. Tout le confort necessaire dans la chambre avec salle de bain. Idéal pour une nuit dans la ville de Gênes. Proche de la Gare et de tous les transports en commun. Possibilité d'y laisser les bagages pour visiter la journée.
Matelas un peu limite point de vue confort.

The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor. There was a whiff of cigarette smoke even though technically this was a nonsmoking room. But the worst part was the intense smell of cleaning products and laundry detergent. It was so intense that I was not able to sleep.

Didn't like the fact that this is NOT an actual hotel. It's a few rooms on floor no. 5, luckily there is a lift. The room was a little shabby, door of tiny bathroom was scratched and untidy. Genoa is a large busy city and we couldn't open windows when hot as too much traffic noise and air conditioning was very noisy too.

L'hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver car il se situe au 5éme étage dans un immeuble type haussmanien, c’est assez atypique. Il ne faut pas oublier la sympathie du personnel et le petit déjeuner offert gentiment par l'hôtel.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja hotelu. Mogliśmy oddać bagaże do przechowalni i wcześniej zacząć zwiedzanie pięknego miasta. W pokoju było wszystko, co potrzebne. Pan z recepcji dał nam czajnik i kubeczki, mieliśmy lodówkę, telewizor i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Łazienka była przestronna i zawsze leciała ciepła woda. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, ale trzeba było zostawić klucze w recepcji. W hotelu było bezpiecznie, drzwi zamykane i otwierane na kod.
Właściciel hotelu nie powinien głośno walić do drzwi pokoju gości po godzinie 22.00, a taka sytuacja zaistniała. Propozycja przeniesienia się do innego pokoju w ostatnim dniu pobytu była również nie na miejscu zwłaszcza, że od samego początku nie dostaliśmy pokoju, który zarezerwowałam. Miał być pokój z balkonem, a dostaliśmy bez balkonu.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Lokalizacja idealna! Hotel mieści się przy głównej ulicy w samym centrum miasta. Otrzymaliśmy świetny duży pokój z balkonem. Cichutko, czysto i przestrzennie. Personel bardzo miły, szczególne pozdrowienia dla Claudinio :) W pokoju klimatyzacja. Czysta fajna łazienka i wygodne łóżka. Hotel z windą, mieści się na piątym piętrze w pięknej kamienicy. W pobliżu przystanki autobusowe, kawiarnie, restauracje , duży targ. Polecamy !
Malutki minusik to krótki głośny dźwięk przy odkręcaniu wody w łazience.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, des bruits de "broyeuse" se déclenchant souvent nous ont également empêché de dormir correctement.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Helemaal niks, er staat dat er meerdere talen worden gesproken vervolgens krijg ik een man die alleen Italiaans spreekt mij niet kon uitleggen hoe ik bij het hotel kon komen, want de deur was echt niet vindbaar. Ik raad dit niet aan als solo traveller! Geen bordjes geen Engelse spreker. Hierdoor heb ik in de nacht een ander hotel moeten boeken, omdat Genua niet perse veilig is in de avond.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026È il mio secondo soggiorno in questo albergo. Questa volta la camera era migliore, sicuramente hanno modernizzato alcune stanze, sembrava di essere in un albergo diverso. La camera 10 ed accogliente, pulita, con aria condizionata e balconcino. Posizione comodissima essendo in via XX Settembre, vicino alla stazione di Brignole ed a tanti negozi.
Purtroppo non ho chiuso occhio dalle 2 in poi in quanto un ospite ha cominciato a battere le mani su alcune porte ed a litigare animosamente con il proprietario, dopo averlo cercato scampanellando all’ingresso, il quale è stato molto in gamba in quanto ha cercato di non farlo agitare ulteriormente. Il prezzo è competitivo, pertanto, purtroppo, alcuni ospiti non sono propriamente raccomandabili.

Posto un po’ angusto, camera caldissima con condizionatore che non si accende e finestre vecchissime difficili da aprire. Wifi nella camera non funzionante. Puzza di fumo nei corridoi. Bagno piccolissimo, doccia scomoda e stretta senza neanche una mensolina per appoggiare i prodotti. All’arrivo non erano pronti asciugamani e prodotti da bagno, sul terrazzino c’è spazio per stendere i panni ma non ci sono le mollette. Inoltre, le donne delle pulizie hanno toccato e spostato tutta la nostra roba, mi hanno anche buttato un piccolo pezzino di plastica che all’apparenza poteva sembrare niente ma era una cosa che mi serviva, e in ogni caso poteva essere anche un fazzoletto sporco ma se sono cose degli ospiti non le butti via. Esperienza molto frustrante.

Situata al 5 piano, le scale sono piuttosto scivolose bisogna prestare attenzione, c'è l'ascensore ma talvolta non funziona. Servizi sufficienti, pulizia potrebbe migliorare. Si sentiva spesso odore di fumo nei corridoi nonostante fosse segnalato un divieto. Scarsissima insonorizzazione delle stanze.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026La posizione, il palazzo dove si trova l’albergo e in generale ci sono tutte le cose necessarie (il fon per asciugare i capelli, il condizionatore d’aria, asciugamani, il televisore). La persona alla reception disponibile.
La pulizia della stanza deve essere fatta meglio. Per la prima volta nella mia vita (io viaggio spesso) ho avuto l’impressione che la biancheria da letto non era stata cambiata prima del mio arrivo. Non so, perché la biancheria pulita e lavata si sente e si vede. Le macchie Neri sui muri si può anche a pulire, e c’era pure un insetto ucciso schiacciato sul muro che nessuno non ha pensato di levare prima del mio arrivo.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Központban van. Megfelelő információ az érkezés előtt olaszul. Ha egy zajos, zötykölődő busz ülésén el tudsz aludni, jó választás lehet.
A matrac annyira puha, hogy lehetetlen rajta aludni, gyakorlatilag az ember az ágyrácson alszik. A szekrényből kivett polcot kellett a derekamhoz betenni, hogy aludni lehessen! A párna ezzel ellentétben olyannyira kemény, hogy inkább ne használjátok! Jó hogy van klíma, de készülj fel, ha a zaj miatt éjjel már inkább kikapcsolod, akkor az asztalra és rád is vissza fog csöpögni a víz! Az ajtót csak úgy lehetett becsukni a fürdőben, hogy megemelem, mert rosszul volt felrögzítve, valószínűleg ezt a csapkodást hallottuk éjjel a többi szobából is. Ha érzékeny vagy a zajokra, akkor ez nem a te szállásod. Az aktuális vendégek még hajnalban is kiabáltak egymással, ez valószínű csak idény jelleggel történik, nem volt szerencsénk.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The location is excellent, with everything we needed within easy walking distance. The room was very clean, and the interior design was unique. I've never seen anything quite like it—the combination of different styles somehow worked really well and gave the room a lot of character. I originally booked a single room, but our plans changed and there were two of us. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the city, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026complimenti per l accoglienza e la simpatia di Antonio e Claudio che ci hanno fornito le informazioni necessarie durante il pernottamento e i luoghi da visitare per la città. Albergo consigliatissimo per la posizione in quanto è a due passi dal centro e da piazza della vittoria da dove si puo tranquillamente trovare locali, bar per la colazione e locali per pranzo e cena.

夜9時にシャワーをしようと思ったら水しか出てこなかった。 なので翌朝5時にシャワーにトライ。 この日はお湯が出てシャンプーができた。 しかし、その翌朝5時は全くお湯が出ず水のみ。 ひとつ星ホテルに初めて宿泊したが、こういうことかと勉強になった。
