Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Albergo comodissimo per visitare Genova, in pieno centro e in una posizione davvero strategica, proprio in Via XX Settembre. La stanza era molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente. Ci siamo trovate molto bene e lo consiglierei sicuramente per un soggiorno in città.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Posizione centrale ottima, palazzo antico, ben tenuto. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. La camera era ampia con soffitto alto e balcone, dotata di condizionatore e asciugacapelli. Nella struttura anche un terrazzino interno per fumare e con filo per stendere i panni. Siamo stati bene, non abbiamo avuto problemi.
Un po' di rumore proveniente dallo scaldabagno ma niente di insopportabile. Potevano esserci più appendini nel bagno, ma c'era almeno uno sgabello e un porta asciugamani, ma essendo in tre forse un po' poco. Peccato non aver avuto il mini frigo. Ma siamo stati bene.

Cleanness of the place is the biggest issue while I paid almost 450 euros for this booking. They even didn't change the glass in the room from previous tenant. The door handles, doors, towels, bathroom and many other areas were not really clean. They tend to save alot while they don't consider travellers satisfaction. As example, instead of taking card of Cleanness, they spray odors a lot which is very inconvenient. While they do this, they must also care that one might have allergy to that. Another example is that they even do not wash bathroom Matt on a daily basis which this itself was very disgusting. They just put on a metal holders to try which those holders are supposed to be a place to hang clothes or towel when taking shower. Be clean, don't use spray in such exaggerated way. I would never go back to thisl place.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nella stanza n.8 Personale disponibile, stanza in ottime condizioni, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario (condizionatore, asciugamani, tv, wifi, sapone, phon). Posizione ottima, a due passi da Piazza De Ferrari in zona sicura e tranquilla anche la sera. Sicuramente torneremo!

Tous est nul déjà le personnel le Monsieur de l’accueil super arrogant est très désagréable nous a accueilli comme des animaux aucun professionnalisme sous prétexte qu’il a un seul train pour rentrer chez lui, il nous a facturé 5€ en plus pour des draps ce que je trouve inacceptable de plus à 10h du matin soit 1h avant le Check out il nous a réveiller à toquer comme un malade est clairement nous dégager alors que nous avions rien fait de mal À fuir !!!!! N’aller pas jeter votre argent dans cet hôtel il n’a rien d’un hôtel est le personnel très désagréable limite raciste qui escroque les gens sans pitié de plus il es très agressif dans ça manière de parler ce qui es sur je reviendrai jamais ici est je le recommande vraiment pas pour 95€ je regrette vraiment vraiment

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Excellent location, within walking distance of old city and Centro Congresso; public transport, restaurants, bars next door. The accommodation is rather basic, but the host made a noticable effort to make it cosy. Old historic building with beautiful mosaic stone floors.
My room was facing to the backyard, thus quiet. The front rooms face the main street, which might be noisy - worth asking. Some guests were not considerate, making noise in the corridor after 11pm.

Credo che con poco, rinnovando un pô gli interni si potrebbero rendere le stanze più accoglienti. La mia finestra dava purtroppo sul terrazzo interno facendo entrare pochissima luce. In generale l’illuminazione della stanza e gli infissi dovrebbero essere migliorata.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Комнаты в историческом особняке на самой, пожалуй, красивой улице Генуи. Особенно она красива в лучах заходящего солнца. Есть лифт. В доме высоченные потолки и двери, а ещё есть общая терраса, там приятно посидеть вечером. Туалет и душ был один на две комнаты, хотя я вообще не встретила ни одного жильца (хотя они были). В комнате дополнительно есть раковина. Полотенца и мыло в наличии. Район живой, подвижный, но тишина по утрам восхитительная, потому что окошки выходили в тихий дворик. Высыпалась очень хорошо. Кровать отличная. Уборка каждый день. Важно: заселение до 20:00. Надо учитывать это, планируя время прибытия.
Единственное, чего не хватило - это электрочайник. Вечером по привычке хотелось чая. В окрестностях все закрывается довольно рано, последний оплот - супермаркет в районе оперного театра до 22:00. А так даже бар придется поискать.

C est beaucoup trop bruyant ! On entend tout, les gens n ont aucune pudeur: Une femme criait toute la nuit, j étais avec mes enfants j étais très mal à l aise. Meme en frappant au mur elle ne s arrêtait pas. Meme les discussions de la chambre à côté on les entend. Il faut revoir l isolation. La chambre est spartiate, pas chaleureuse, la literie est médiocre.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Very good location in the city center of "Genova", in one of the main street, near the most attractions (old district) and restaurants. Check-in was fast, the staff (the man that I met) was very gentle. Super quick check-out. The room and the separated toilet were clean. Was quiet. Wifi worked well.
The room looked a bit old and the view was just normal (facing another building) but honestly it didn't matter at all.

If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. One of our friends slept without a problem but the rest (other 2) had some troubles because of the noice (because the walls are really thin and the reservations desk was literally in front of our door). if you have no troubles with a little noice, it would be okay for you. When we arrived the hotel there were 3 towels in 1 bed and 2 towels each for the main bed. We did not think much of it but When we left the hotel, the receptionist called us to ask where is the 3rd towel for the 2 of us. We tried to explain it but it took time to convince him that there was no 3rd towel to start with it. so maybe take a picture of the room when you enter

Reviewed May 5, 2026La camada muy cómoda para el precio, la ubicación bastante buena muy cerca del centro, el baño compartido estaba muy limpio y contaba con un mini patio al que se podia salir a tomar el aire o a charlar. El señor que nos atendió fue muy respetuoso y nos explicó todas las instalaciones en inglés. En relación calidad precio bastante buena habitación y privada. Cumplía con todo lo que pensábamos superó expectativas.
El sonido del agua del grifo cerca de la cama pero nada del otro mundo.
