Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The hotel is connected to the train ststion, making it extremely conveinant to gst the train in early morning. The hotel met all the expectations. Comfortable bed, hot water, clean room, working A/C. It may look rough on the outside and maybe be a budget hotel. But it is perfect for anyone passing through the city.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The location was easily accessible, near to the nightmarket for shopping and dinner and close to numerous 7-11s.
What an absolute health hazard. I cannot remember staying in such a filthy, unkempt dump-,my son named it the hellhole. I dont think anyone had stayed in our room 206 for a hundred years or so. The magazine inside the room was 14 years old. The wardrobe was disgusting;, the fridge had mould inside of it and thick dust on the top. The bedsheets were stained. The air con was so loud we couldn't hear the trains! The pipe was thick with damp and mould. There was nothing superior or even standard about the room. The WiFi did not work. Balcony? What a joke! It was damp and the ceiling was falling down. It had not been cleaned or swept since it had been built! What an absolute mess and disappointment for the last stop on our Thailand trip. This place should be condemned.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026コスパ良いホテルだと思います。 駅が近いですし、マレーシアからのバスの停車場からも歩いて来れます。 スタッフの態度が良くないとのレビューも見ましたが、全くそんなことなかったです。 部屋は思っていた以上に広くて、快適でした。エアコンの効き、水回りも問題なかったです。部屋の鍵が特殊な形をしていて面白いです。 1,2分歩いたところに大きめのセブンイレブンがあります。 朝にGrabで空港まで移動しましたが、すぐに車が捕まりました。
野犬が多く、狂犬病などを考えるとちょっと不安を感じるかも知れません。 街灯はありますが夜中は暗く、人通りがないため注意して移動する必要があるでしょう。

The place is rundown and seriously needs renovation . Towels and pillow covers need to be replaced, the staff was friendly, though.

Everything was okay at first until the lift was not working. So, we had to carry our bags by stairs. But, two staff were assigned to assist us and helped to carry those bags. One of the beds was squeaking.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026I really enjoyed the stay because the location is super convenient, it’s only about 0.1 km from Hatyai Junction train station (basically just a short walk, haha). The price is also very cheap and affordable, which makes it great for budget travellers.
I didn’t like the toilet. I understand it’s shared, but it wasn’t very clean. The place also feels quite old and can be a bit scary especially if you’re staying alone with no other guests. Going to the toilet late at night (like around 12am) felt quite uncomfortable.

Noisy, noisy, noisy. You can't sleep much there. You hear every train announcement, even though we had a room facing away from the train lines. Announcements stop late at night and start about six in the morning. It's just NOT soundproof.

Det skitigaste hotellet jag upplevt under min nu snart ett och ett halvt års resa i Sydostasien. Vi blev hänvisade ett rum som vi inte accepterade på grund av att det var skitigt. Inte ostädat utan skitigt. Samma sak med rum nr två. Rum nummer tre gav vi opp och accepterade. Sov där en natt och bytte sedan hotell. Vi hade bokat 5 nätter så vi utnyttjade alltså inte fyra nätter. Frågade om någon form av kompensation för de outnyttjade nätterna. Där hamnade vi i ett dödläge. Receptionisten vilken var mycket vänlig beklagade och sa att hon inte hade mandat att ta några beslut utan hänvisade till mail kommunikation med ägaren Vilken vi upprepade tillfällen mailade utan att få någon återkoppling. Kommunicerade med Bboking.com kundtjänst som erbjöd en liten kompensation som vi accepterade. Mycket dåligt kundbemötande b

De geluisisisolatie is zo slecht dat het niet lukte om te slapen. Het klinkt alsof je zelf op het perron bent. De badkamer is echt onder de maat. Alles zit zoń beetje los of is kapot. Maar het ergste vind ik dat er een lijst ligt met zaken die aanwezig, en in goede staat zouden moeten zijn. Verschillende zaken waren kapot of zelfs niet aanwezig.Er zaten vlekken in de lakens , er was geen afstandsbediening enz. Ik heb getracht uit te leggen dat je dit zo niet kunt doen. Maar het lukte me niet om iemand te vinden die voldoende Engels sprak om dit uit te kunnen leggen. Er was zoveel kabaal bij de receptie dat het ook mij niet lukte ook maar één woord te verstaan. Uiteindelijk boden ze me aan om van kamer te ruilen, maar dat loste het probleem niet op.

The 3rd floor lobby is scary because the light deem, the floor carpet tare and our room window no lock. The room window of 302 easily to open. Felt not safe to sleep. The toilet pipe is too strong, when we press it, it has noise when we tried to control the pressure.

The carpet in the lounge area on the second floor was stained. Hopefully they can change it to wooden flooring. Please provide international sockets where 3 pin plugs also can fit in. No hooks for clothing and nothing to place toiletries in the bathroom

The check in time was bit late but they always provide towels after we get in our room and kind of a disturb to us. After tired all day, after check in need to wait for the towel and they knock sometimes we’re in the bathroom already. Old facility but for the price maybe ok.
