Not the hotel's fault, but the city had been devastated by torrential floods up to 5 meters high, so ever their raised ground floor had been affected.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The hotel is old but clean. It also offers in room massage which is convenient to the occupant after tired of shopping. The location also is walking distance only to other attractions such as lee garden plaza and night market, kathod meena, kim yong market and other viral shop. The staff also friendly and helpful. Another plus poin is the hotel did not ask for deposit.
Car park is very limited. However, you can park your car infront of the hotel and the security will guarded for you.

However, I wish to highlight that guests need to prepare their own toiletries such as shampoo, soaps, and toothpaste as they are not provided by the hotel. Additionally, the quality of the shampoo and soap provided was low.

The charges by booking.com was quite high tho... however, we manage to upgrade our room after some arguement.

She also mentioned that the location was centralized but away from the bustling side so she had very peaceful and quiet rest at night. Is my 2nd time stay so all is acceptable however, I'm not comfortable why they can't pass me 2 access cards but only one and also have to charge me if I request to check out at 1pm during the last day, during my 1st stay earlier I check out at 7am but didn't ask for refund right?

Reviewed Nov 7, 2023The front counter staff was very unhelpful. On my arrival, i asked to change 1,000 bathto snaller denomination in order to pay for grab. The staff said evening not much small note. You come tomorrow morning. Next morning, i tried, was told no small note available. Is the hotel so short of small note? Just 1,000 bath only. Very poor customer service. There is no local map in the lobby for the tourist. I would not want to stay in this hotel on my next visit
