The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. They went the extra mile by offering us a free room upgrade. Even though the room overall didn't meet our expectations, the gesture itself was greatly appreciated.

The facilities are quite dated. Despite recent renovations, there are persistent odors throughout the property, particularly in the bathroom, along with heavy smoke and food smells in the hallways. Additionally, the step-up platform around the bed poses a safety hazard at night; I nearly tripped in the dark on my way to the bathroom. Lastly, offering a complimentary drink during check-out in exchange for a Booking.com review felt somewhat insincere.

Fabulous ocean view. The best buffet-breakfast. Wifi quality is also excellent. Very clean, nice staff. They also speak English. Automated laundry room , convenience stores are in the ground floor. I would recommend to families staying longer. For short trip locations not at the best, either you have to rent a car or take taxi while traveling with small child (3years old). 10 min walk to coastline (there are no tanning-beach). Pool is clean. But you have to rent a caravan for 30000 won for 3 hours or you can use the beach beds under the direct sun

The location is not optimal for short-term stay. With bus more than 1 hour trip to the city. Or you can take Uber (fastest and convenient, could be a pricey). Pol

걸어서 내려갈 수 있는 가까운 해변이 있고 객실에서 전망이 매우 좋습니다. 객실 수가 많지 않아 호텔이 번잡하지 않고 객실이 넓어서 조용한 가족여행을 하기에 아주 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das war aber schon alles.

Wir haben zu Beginn ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit seitlichem Meerblick bekommen (die Zimmer im 1. und 2. Stock werden nicht vermietet aufgrund Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel). Es roch sehr stark nach Schimmel als wir ankamen, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und das Zimmer nicht abdunkelbar. Das haben wir reklamiert und wir konnten nach einer schlechten Nacht ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk bekommen, das deutlich weniger nach Schimmel roch, aber immer noch. Ca. 2/3 aller Zimmer in diesem Ressort werden aus diesem Grund nicht mehr vermietet. Die Bausubstanz ist einfach zu alt. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, so dass wir auch die Koffer selbst über die Treppen tragen mussten. Unsere Kleidung, wie wir im Koffer lassen mussten, da es keinen Schrank gibt, hat noch tagelang nach Moder und Schimmel gerochen.

The hotel room was very nice. It has an ocean view, it's clean, it has a kitchen even a microwave. The staffs were really nice and they all speak english.

We chose the room at first floor because there were no elevators in the hotel. Or else second floor views should be better.

Very disappointing customer service. I tried contacting the hotel several times by phone, email, and through Booking.com after check-out to request a detailed receipt, but received no response at all.

모든 직원들의 친절이 인상에 많이 남습니다. 밝은 표정과 목소리로 편안하게 대해주어 좋았습니다. 방이 깨끗하고 뷰도 좋았고 전체적으로 차분하고 여유롭게 지낼 수 있어 또 방문하고 싶습니다. 조식도 맛이 깔끔하고 가성비도 좋았습니다.

Die Lage war sehr schön über den Klippen. Fußläufig zum Strand und einigen Restaurants. Unbedingt "The Cliff" zum Sonnenuntergang besuchen, dann tolle Stimmung und schönes Licht. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Besonders das Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Die Anlage von Ende der 70et wurde vor ein paar Jahren von der Kensington Group übernommen, aber noch nicht vollständig renoviert. Das stört nicht und für die so recht wenigen Gästen reichen der Frühstücksraum und der Pool sehr gut aus. Die nicht genutzten Zimmer und Flure wirken aber ein wenig wie ein Lost Place, erklären aber vermutlich das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Andere Resorts in der Lage sind deutlich teurer.

Staff seemed to be nice and trying to help as much as they can to make up for everything else. Breakfast was quite good.

Location is not great even in a relatively small island. One of the 2 times we had the house keeping was really bad, they didn’t even make the bed (not to mention changing sheets), basically just took the trash and changed towels! We were locked out of the room twice because the lock kept not working, one of the two times we had to wait out for at least half an hour because they had to get someone to change the lock. Room amenities were not good at all. There wasn’t even shower gel in the bathroom, just low quality shampoo and conditioner. Shower head looked old and dirty as well :/

시설이 깨끗하고 객실이 널찍한 편이라 좋습니다. 무엇보다 바닥이 대리석 비슷한 거라 카페트나 마루보다 청결 상태가 아주 좋았습니다. 주방 시설도 깨끗하고요. 또 중문에 있어서 위치가 좋고, 해변으로 이어지는 산책로도 적당한 거리로 좋았어요. 수영장도 크지 않지만 적당히 놀만 했고요. 가족 모두 만족스러워 재방문 의사 있습니다.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno. Variado y completo. Las chicas tienen un trato hermoso, son amables y nos atendieron excelente!

La zona donde se ubica el hotel es preciosa, pero muy húmeda en esta época. Viajas media hora y cambia completamente. Pero eso por supuesto que no tiene que ver con el hotel ya que es hermoso!!

We loved the view from our room out into the ocean and the accommodating staff. We had everything we needed in our room.

Bathroom felt a little cramped and the resort felt a little dated.

The staff were absolutely fantastic! The little bakery, coffee shop and 7-11 in the building were an amazing addition. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach and less than 2 mins to restaurants made the location beyond perfect. The Korean breakfast in the hotel was great and had a ton of variety. We will without hesitation stay at this hotel again.

A place to wash your the sand off your feet after walking back from the beach.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. We enjoyed the free swimming pool and easy access to the beach trail that leads to Jungmun Beach. The kitchen was equipped with a miniature fridge, coffee maker, teapot, pots/pans and silverware.

The property seemed a bit rundown since our last stay in 2024. It would be nice to have more hangers/drawers for storing clothes.

The location is off main road and difficult to find if coming by public transport.

Rooms and facilities are clean and spacious, and the beach and several restaurants are located close by.

Unfortunately the breakfast included hardly anything other than local cuisine. Now that’s fine, but for a 4* hotel we expected something else. At reception good amounts were charged without communication and there was no inquiry as to how our stay was. For the rest the hotel is fine, but we’ll not visit again

前台接待服务态度很好 两点多提前帮忙办了入住 还升级了房型 整体环境也不错 阳台外能看到海 位置就在中文旅游区乐天旁边 去逛 lv 超近 房间是公寓式酒店 双床房很大 可住四人 房间里还有沙发的区域 很适合小聚会出游

因为是老的度假村 酒店一共就三层 没有电梯 但前台男工作人员会帮忙提行李到楼上 所以体验感还可以

英語と韓国語のみ対応可能と記載があったが、受付の女性が日本語で対応してくださり凄く親切でした。 まだ日本語を勉強中とおっしゃっていましたが、とても丁寧に対応していただけました。 部屋にはキッチンが設置されていて、珈琲も飲めたりするので朝は鳥の囀りをききながら、ゆっくり過ごす事ができました。

部屋がカビのにおいと、湿度がある為なのが壁紙が所々浮いているところがありました。 あとは枕がカビくさかったので、タオルを敷いて使いました。 夜になるとカメムシがベランダに発生するので、ベランダの電気は必ず消す事をおすすめします。

4계절 이용 가능한 작은 실내 수영장이라도..

1 가족들과 머물 숙소를 검색하다 우연히 발견했는데 침대와 방의 크기가 원래 알아보던 호텔들에 비해 월등하게 커서 예약했어요. 둘이 누워도 넉넉한 침대가 2개 있어서 잠자리가 편했어요. 그래서인지 아침 식사 시간에보니 다른 손님들도 모두 가족단위 손님들이었어요. 2 도착한 다음 날 바람이 심해서 산책을 포기 했다가 마지막 날 산책을 나갔는데 리조트에서 해변으로 이어지는 산책길이 참좋습니다. 일부러 찾아오는 해변인 듯한데 뻥 뚫린 바다다도 아름답고 베이커리 카페도 있어서 멀리 나가지않아도 숙소 안에서 제주도의 바다를 즐길 수있어요 : ) 3리조트다보니 방 안에 전자레인지와 냉장고 식기등이 구비되어있습니다. 시간에 구애받지않고 간단한 요리를 할 수있다보니 일 때문에 먼저 일찍 체크아웃 했던 가족 구성원도 간단하게 아침을 챙겨먹을 수있어서 좋았어요. 4 워크인 샤워만 있는 곳들도 많은데 샤워기 뿐 아니라 욕조가 있어서 피로를 풀 수있어서 좋았어요. 호텔 어메니티는 실사용하기엔 작고 이마저도 환경 문제로 줄어드는 추세인데 아무 제품이나 편하게 사용하시는 분들에게는 큼직한 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시가 유용할거에요. 5 제일 중요한 부분인데 직원분들이 친절하십니다. 호텔 로비에 커피숍과 베이커리 편의점이 있어서 여행에서 필요한 간단한 먹거리와 물품을 합리적인 가격에 구매할 수 있는데 그곳에 일하시는 분들 모두 친절하세요 : )

청소상태가 안좋다고 하기는 어렵지만 욕실청소에 좀 더 신경을 써주시면좋을 듯합니다. 세면대나 샤워기에 물자국들이 남아있거나 먼지가 보이는 곳이 조금 있었어요. 침대 아래로 나와있던 커버에 커다랗게 찢어진 부분이 있었어요ㅠㅠ

무엇보다 직원들이 매우 친절하고 밝은 모습으로 응대해 주어서 좋았습니다. 조식과 카페의 음료와 빵도 기대 이상으로 맛있었습니다. 객실은 호화롭지는 않지만 나름 유용하고 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었고 사용하기에도 편리했습니다. 바다가 보이는 객실이 뷰도 아주 좋았습니다. 부담없이 편안하게 머무를 수 있는 곳이라 다음에도 다시 방문할 것 같네요.

엘레베이터가 없는 관계로 저희 룸이 2층이어서 계단으로 캐리어 들고 다니기 조금 불편했네요

Beautiful location and wonderful view. The staff was friendly and helpful and its close to resturants and shopping. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. The room was larger than I was expecting!

I was disappointed the pool wasn't open (winter) and my mom found a hair in the bathtub.

청결하고 리모델링 잘된 아담한 리조트입니다. 뷰도 위치도 아주 좋고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 바닥에 난방이 들어와서 좋았어요

침대가 있는곳이 높이가 달라 연세 있으신 엄마 다니실때 특히 밤중에 신경쓰였습니다. 로비에 빵과 카페.음악이 있어 좋았는데 무례한 단체손님 때문에 고래고래 소리치고 떠드는 고깃집 분위기가 나서 많이 화났습니다. 숙소측에서 이런분들 조언이나 통제는 어느정도 할수 있어야할거 같습니다. 침대누웠을때 눈위 천장에 조명이 너무 불편합니다. 독서등이나 이런 부분 조명 필요합니다

카페트가 아니고 온돌바닥이라서 너무 좋았습니다 침대가 편안하고 산책로도 이쁘게 잘 조성되어있어서 산책하기 좋았어요! 직원분들도 친절하십니다

조식메뉴가 조금 더 다양했으면 좋겠습니다

Basic Breakfast,serves the purpose. No lift for upper floor and staff not willing to help with the luggage . Excellent rooms and views . Decent but price value mismatch

룸컨디션이 좋고 4명의 가족이 사용하기에 만족스러웠습니다. 오션뷰 전망도 너무 멋있었고, 산책길도 좋았으며 조용한 분위기여서 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식이 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 음식이 많지는 않았지만 모두 다 맛있었습니다. 또 베이커리도 너무 맛있었습니다.

엘리베이터가 없어서 2층 객실은 무거운 짐을 들고 올라가야하는 것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

좋았어요.직원들이 너무 친절했어요.부모님과 좋은 기억이 남는 숙소 입니다.또 가고 싶네요

직원들이 어떤 호텔보다 미소가 아름답고, 친절해서 인상 깊었습니다. 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다 조식또한 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다.

침대와 단차가 있는것이 노약자들에게는 위험할 수 있어 계속 신경쓰였습니다.

Hübsches Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hotel gibt es eine kleine Theke mit Gebäck und Kaffe sowie einen 7/11 Supermarkt. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze wenn man mit einem Mietauto unterwegs ist. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

위치가 적당한 곳이였고 조용하고 편히 쉴수 있어서 좋았어요.

조식을 맛있게 먹었으나 이가 안좋은 아이나 어르신을 위해 돔베고기를 빼고 연어를 넣었으면 좋겠습니다.

La INSONORIZACIÓN ES MUY DEFICIENTE. Se oía a la gente a nuestro alrededor y en el pasillo (sobre todo a los niños). Tuve que llamar la atención a los huéspedes de la habitación contigua y pedir a recepción que les llamaran, en varias ocasiones y a diferentes familias. DEMASIADA LUZ al amanecer, pasadas las 6:30am ya era imposible dormir por el sol y la luz que traspasaban las cortinas. No pude descansar ni relajarme en toda la semana que estuve por el ruido y la luz, y eso en un resort es imperdonable. Las camas están sobre una plataforma, peligroso si vas al baño en mitad de la noche. Solo hay interruptor de la luz en una de ellas, en la otra tienes que levantarte para encender o apagar la luz.
