Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Large room and beautiful surroundings. The concierge and reception staff were very helpful, booking 2 excursions with quite complicated itineraries.
The buffet food wasn’t great and all bars and eateries shut far too early. The hotel seems to prioritise profit over customer service and has only managed to drive guests off resort. Around the pool, all the chargeable day beds are empty and I see more fellow guests in the neighbouring bars and restaurants than inside the hotel. The mediocre breakfast buffet costs more than any other hotel I’ve stayed and there’s a great MaBaRo within 100 metres of the car park. Lotte are driving their guests off and must realise they’re losing money and alienating people.

The Non-Swimmers’ Hotel. Western parents are advised against staying at this hotel if their children wish to swim freely in the pool. Children under 160 cm tall must wear a life jacket in the 1.40-metre-deep pool, regardless of how well they can swim. This effectively discourages them from swimming. We have never experienced this in any other country worldwide. It’s a shame, really.

We absolutely loved the pool villa! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for making our trip the wonderful experience it was.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Overall, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were respectful, polite, and professional. Everyone seemed to be doing their best to provide good service, which I really appreciated.
The main thing I was disappointed with was the view from my room. I changed rooms on the second day, but unfortunately, the view from the new room was still not what I had hoped for. Considering the quality and location of the hotel, I expected a better room view.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The hotel had every accommodation we could have asked for with a beach vacation, but unfortunately it poured while we were there! Instead, we took advantage of a basically empty (and very warm) pool and the bowling alley. It was close to some wonderful sightseeing locations and the shuttle bus to the airport was really nice! All of the staff we encountered spoke excellent English and the room was the largest we had in South Korea.
The pool was excellent, but they had strict rules about children wearing life jackets in the deeper (5') end of the pool. While we understood the sentiment, our VERY experienced swimmers were not happy about these limitations. It would have been nice to have been able to test out of this requirement. Had we realized they were a requirement, we would have been better prepared with rash guards!

Also am Frontdesk war das Erlebnis nicht so toll. Wenn man nach 27 Stunden Anreise einchecken will und der Checkin nicht klappt nach zig Anläufen weil das Hotel nicht in der Lage ist Mastercard zu akzeptieren und man dann aufgefordert wird man soll doch den Kompletten Betrag für die Übernachtung an der ATM Machine abholen, die aber nur 170 € max pro Versuch ausspuckt, ist das für ein Hotel mit einem gehobenen Anspruch das aller letzte. Für das Frontdesk Team daher 0 Punkte

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Very clean property and we had an amazing view overlooking the pool area but high enough that the noise didn’t bother us. We could also see the ocean from our “garden view” room! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Try the food by the pool it was delicious. Loved that the pool was warmer than expected for summer since it tended to be drizzly most of our stay.
Slides only available on weekends though we were only there Wed-Sat so we didn’t get to use at all.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026服務人員的服務品質不太積極， check-in 等候的時間太久 不明確的等待指示…. 對小孩家庭沒那麼友善 帶孩子去室內泳池 必須男女分開 但小男孩七歲 一個人 很多不懂 最後沒換衣服出來等媽媽 也沒給浴巾包裹…. 似乎 服務人員的英文不那麼友善 也沒有稍微說明當天的活動 有預先comment 要安全床圍 但沒處理 現場又告知一下 但安裝速度很快 但協助行李的人員很好👍 因為跟家人不同房型 被拆的很遠 也不能幫忙換近一點。還要加錢換多人房 沒有其方式解決。 餐廳早餐多樣化 但有小孩亂摸食材無人看管 價格頗高。沒特別好吃

I didn't have an international driving licence which is very convenient in JEJU. So i had to take a transfer for an hour to the city in the north for the day trips.

I stayed in this hotel for my honeymoon and I have nothing to say except for that my husband’s wedding present to me, which was a gold bracelet, went missing from my bedside table. The hotel told me that I cannot prove this, but I know where I kept my bracelet and between that evening of taking it off and the checkout, there was one day of a gap and the only person that came in the room aside from my Husband and I for that one day was the cleaning team. Please be careful of your belongings and do not leave them in the open in your bedroom. Use a locker at all times, please. I hope no other guest has to go through the trauma I went through.

Reviewed Jun 3, 20265성급 호텔이 제공하는 기본적인 서비스와 직원분들의 친절함, 세심한 관찰에서 나오는 배려와 도움이 완벽했습니다. 체크인을 위한 프론트에서부터 아주 만족스러웠어요. 숙박 가능한 방 중 저희에게 가장 좋다고 생각하시는 방의 이유를 알려주시며 추천하고 제공해 주셨습니다. 조식과 석식도 아주 좋았는데요. 찬 음식부터 따뜻한 음식, 서양식까지 다양해서 좋았어요. 자리 안내부터 설명까지 직원분들의 친절함은 더욱 기분 좋은 식사로 이어지는 포인트였습니다 :) 따뜻한 물의 수영장 해온은 과연 롯데호텔의 자랑이라고 볼 수 있었습니다. 물 관리부터 안전요원님들의 주의와 안내, 매일 저녁의 공연은 즐거운 휴가를 만끽하기에 더없이 좋은 요소였습니다.
빵의 퀄리티가 조금 더 좋았으면 해요. 특히 미니 바게트가 아주 실망스러웠는데요. 유럽 마트에서 파는, 1유로에 대량으로 살 수 있는 제품과 똑같았어요. 한국에도 좋은 바게트 많은데, 그 바게트를 반으로 잘라 제공하시는 것이 훨씬 만족도가 좋을 것으로 보입니다. 또한 해온에서 매일 저녁 펼쳐지는 멋진 공연은 마이크 및 음질 개선이 필요합니다. 높은 데시벨과 큰 음량을 마이크가 잘 수음하지 못하더라고요. 그래서 여성 보컬 분들의 노래가 정말 잘 들리지 않아 안타까웠고 남성 보컬 분들이 부르실 때도 낮은 음역대여도 음량이 커지면 수음이 안 돼 소리가 나오지 않더라고요. 공연해 주시는 가수분들 실력이 너무 좋으신데 마이크가 받쳐 주지 못해 이 부분이 개선되면 너무 좋겠습니다.
