OKKO Hotels Paris Rueil-Malmaison

Très bon service.

the best

Might have been one of the best beds I have slept in. Very good.

Rengøringen efterlod våde rengørings klude på min kones By Malene Birger taske.

I only stayed for 3 days/ 2 nights but I enjoyed my stay. Cleanliness and hotel service was up to par. It was quiet, my backyard terrace was small, intimate and I loved the sunsets.🌅

Excelente servicio y cerca de trasporte público

It was awesome the room was looking nice and everything was working perfectly.

Hi night staff was a pain like no sense of service at all wee ask for a late checked out and almost got laugh in the face I travel a lot and I’m ain’t coming back that’s for sure, The morning staff however was lovely as well as the cleaning crew but please do something about the night shift you are gonna lose clients

The staf is really good and they are doing everthing to make your stay at the Okko hotel is great!

Nice cafeteria with free snacks and bakery

Love the sauna, the snacks/breakfast and endless drink options anytime. Such a lovely, clean hotel at a reasonable price.

The property is ideally situated in a prime location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Paris. The staff is exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with any needs. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience that exceeded expectations.

Excellent

We really enjoyed his hotel for many reasons and would definitely stay here again and recommend it. It's conveniently located within walking distance to both the Metro station and local supermarket/ shops. And, it's about a $23E Uber ride from downtown Paris as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good on-site amenities, such as a lounge, coffee bar, cafe, water dispensers on each floor etc. Clean, modern-style, comfortable rooms. As far as negatives, there were only a few minor things that we noticed. The in-room coffee maker didn't seem to work, but guests can always get coffee and hot water from the 2nd floor coffee bar anytime. Guests have to go to the 5th floor to use the iron & ironing board, which was a minor inconvenience. And, the in-room thermostat (a/c, heat) controls were a bit difficult to use, because it just had dials and buttons without LEDs or indicators to easily tell if it was powered on or off and what the temperature was set to.

Good hotel that is tidy and clean…. Located just aside the train station and it gives lots of convenience… Good for business travel..

Everything is alright. The design of the room is attractive. The hotel is near the train station and we can get to the tourist spots by train easily.

Great and friendly staff. Train station next door. Delicious breakfast.

very comfortable. breakfast is nice.

I had a great experience staying at OKKO. The room/bed/shower were all a good size (although the overall bathroom space is a bit small) and was perfectly comfortable for me. The restaurant is open all day and the food was delicious, including their breakfast. And it's right near a Metro station so going into the city was really easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Was clean and comfortable, convenient location to where I was working.

I will recommend it

Great Hotel. Amazingly clean. Friendly staff. Very comfortable room. Bed a little hard. It’s distantant from the city of Paris but still convenient because the RER it’s next to the hotel and takes you fast and easy to any point in the city.

Everything was great

Parfait comme toujours

Good location

Staff were fabulous. All members of staff were very friendly Excellent location for travel into Paris.

Isn’t that central

Ok

For my first solo trip to Paris, this was a great hotel stay. It’s right by the train station so it’s super easy to travel to the center. Ubers are also easy and cheap to catch on this area, in comparison to when I had to catch one by the Louvre. The staff was so kind and I felt safe, being mindful that I don’t speak any French :) The rooms are very dainty and small but it worked for me since I was alone. I loved the water pressure and the bed was comfortable! The only thing I wish I had was a mini refrigerator but other than that, I had a great stay!

It is beautifully designed and just amazing an level

conveniently located near the major station

Pulizia impeccabile, personale molto gentile e attivo 24h, all'arrivo siamo stati accolti calorosamente e ci sono state fornite informazioni utili su come girare Parigi.

Breakfast was fantastic. Very hospitable stay, I don’t usually write reviews but i thought my stay was excellent.

I enjoyed completely

Excellent hotel not in Paris center but easy commute. Clean and service excellent. Great food and amenities. Can’t get better for the price . Really great. Just go🇫🇷

Not good value for money

The Air conditioner isn’t working and we felt so hot in a winter night

Bigger room, nice bed, clean and big toilet with good water pressure. Very close to train station which only take 15min to center of Paris. The hotel have lounge or common area that provide free flow coffee and tea. Overall it was a perfect stay for me.

Very modern, clean. The lounge area / gathering spot is great to just relax and chill

Top Hotel.

Incrível , excelente atendimento , equipe extremamente cordial e atenciosa.

It's a great hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Friendly people with high level of service and flexibility - close to work and train

Très bien

It was a wonderful stay. I loved that the hotel was so close to the train, it made travelling very convenient. The staff, especially one young man, Dissa, were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again if ever I am in Paris again.

Amazing stay, staff was amazing and location was ideal

Friendly staff , efficient check in , free food and drink in the lounge 24/7. Breakfast decent. Clean and modern hotel , rooms adequate size . Hotel close to train station and also car park adjacent to hotel.

Super cool sauber Alle freundlich Tip lage Alles einmalig Essen super lecker Alles der hammer

Very clean, quiet and comfortable, with excellent transport links. The complimentary buffet at breakfast and in the evening was very good. The inside temperature of the Hotel was too warm and needs turning down.

Excelente ubicación! Todo mejor de lo que esperaba !

Overall a very pleasant experience .. Didn’t like the bathroom in the room Felt there was no privacy both visually and physically.

Explications ?? Merci de votrevréponse

Friendly staffs, convenient location, clean room, nice breakfast

My husband and I stayed here from September 14-2919 to 09-17-2019. My only complaint was the AC in the hotel room we stayed in did not blow very well so we had the window open at nights so easy fix for us. We had a great stayed room clean every time we step out and come back in we came back to a clean room. The staffs are very friendly and try they best to help us with anything we needed. Coming from the US and can’t speak a word in French it was very difficult for us but we got enough help to get us around. With the train station and bus less than a minute walk away from this hotel make it so much easier we got a three day Paris pass.We took the train to everywhere. I believe the pass is for bus and train but we didn’t take the bus we use the train. Breakfast for us was great croissants and all different types of jam coffee and cold drinks in fridge raider all day and night. They also offer evening light brunch enough to fill you up salad bread cheese different Sandwich meat and of coarse all the coffee and drinks you can handle they also have A fresh basket of fruits daily, If I ever visit Paris again this will be my choice of hotel to stay that!. Just a little tip for travelers from USA that can’t speak French please learn the map and you will be fine. Change at least 100 US at the airport because Buying anything on the street you will need euro! Restaurants and stores in mall except your credit card but not on the street. Good luck and happy travels 🙏

Modern, clean, excellent service and the staff very friendly 😃

This hotel was amazing. Clean, comfortable and staff was very friendly. Location was perfect. Near trains and buses. Area was clean and safe.

Loved our stay with OKKO hotels ..from the friendly staff to the wonderful food it was a great week !!

Absolutely brilliant, new type of hotel you will not find anywhere else (unless you pay for club floors at 5stars). What stands out is the 'club' on the second floor with a nice terrace and snacks/drinks available round the clock for free, with a special selection between 18:30 and 21 including a free glass of wine, cheese, cold cuts, salad etc all included in your rate. Wonderful breakfast with the right selection of French gourmet products. Minimum staff but very helpful, special thanks to Mohammed who arranged early check in for us and was really caring. Must stay! Hats off to the concept founder and owner.

Big plus: security and safety. Big minus: when I asked for an extra capsule for in-room coffee machine, I was told that the guests are eligible for only one capsule a day. In comparable class hotels around the world, there's a tray with capsules in any room and it's replenished at request.

I am on the road about 100 days a year, about 10 of which involve visits to Paris. I stay at this hotel every time. This is a truly unique hotel for business travelers with fantastic amenities given the size and price. You get architecturally interesting and very quiet rooms; a lovely continental-plus breakfast; access to a big "club room" with complimentary soft drinks, tea, and coffee; a surprisingly filling hors d'oeuvres session starting at 6:30p (complete with a glass of wine or beer); free France calling with a generous allotment for overseas calls (try finding that at any hotel stateside!); a spacious sauna; a small but well appointed exercise room; and quite possibly the nicest ironing equipment I've seen at any hotel, anywhere. The location in Rueil is only a short RER ride from downtown Paris if you are in town for tourism and would do very nicely indeed. But definitely, if you have business in western Paris, stay here. You won't be disappointed.

This hotel is fantastic, particularly for France. Good food, wine, comfortable rooms, good service. Also very conveniently located right next to the RER. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is very trendy - We really liked our room. The club lounge was good too. My only complaint is the lack of staff - We were only given 1 bath towel and when I rang down to ask for more, we were told we had to collect ourselves - Same for the Iron!

Avery good hotel, very clean and the foodwas great

Excellent location for Paris 4 stops away, also worth a visit to Rueil-Malmaison and Saint Germain Hotel is modern and has a fresh approach to customer service via the Club Lounge.

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the hotel. I did not feel comfortable so I left to stay somewhere else. The staff was not accommodating either.

I will stay here again if necessary. High standards of cleanliness, great facilities, free gym, friendly staff and the works...

Beware - Charged for a power adapter - for some reason existing international power adapters failed to function. Also make a charge for early arrival!

Unlike most hotels in Paris area, this is a genuinely 4-star hotel. It's conveniently located right by the Rueil Malmaison train station. RER B line train takes you to the Paris Center in 15-20 min. Free breakfast, snacks and light dinner are included in the hotel rate. Overall very positive experience.

Recommend 100% excellent service, great price, the staff was friendly , helpful Valeria was the best!

Telephone number I did not work. Could not communicate.

The hotel is Ok. In a good location close to the train station. There is either no air conditioning or the system is broken,. The room was very hot. Could not really open the window at night because of noise. No amenities in room except soap. Good breakfast.

Lovely contemporary hotel with a good concept. Staff were helpful at all times, though not always immediately available. Food was of a high standard. However, when staying several days, could become a bit monotonous. That would be my only suggestion - a bit more variety in the buffets.

I don't normally make a habit of reviewing hotels unless they are awesome (or terrible). Anyway, OKKO hotel was fantastic. Right from check-in, the staff were very friendly and helpful and made you feel right at home. Hotel and room itself was spotless, with a modern, minimalist style, but still very comfortable. Best thing about the stay for a weary traveler? That'll be the free aperitivo (various cheeses, charcuterie, crudite, salad) and glass of wine/beer. Right next to RER station too, so easy to get into central Paris if needed. For those who enjoy running/walking there was a nice path down the Seine within easy reach of the hotel.

Great friendly professional staff, clean rooms, yet a bit small. Close to RER. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel 2 minute walk from train station way to get around Paris. Staff at the hotel where great. If ever I go back to Paris we will stay in this hotel.

Amazing experience! Great service!

Excellent stay, excellent service ,staff extremely helpful, two steps away from metro station, the snacks they serve on the lounge are the best. Rooms a bit small but modern and very clean. K

It was a beautiful hotel, but for a 4star hotel, you will expect a fridge in ur room of at least an ice cube maker on the hallways. They do not serve proper food for dinner as established nor do they have room service, therefore one will expect a microwave in your room. aircondition was not avail, that was a down side.

I've been here before but didn't want to judge on a single stay, however this second visit confirms my thoughts. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. Temperature control is poor - in both stays on different levels, it was too warm and no matter how low I set the air con (which has no indication it's even doing anything) it stays warm. The rooms could do with a visit from maintenance. They were nice but some parts were falling apart. First stay, the shower sliding door kept jamming as the mechanism holding it up had moved. Looking at the marks on the floor, this had been happening for a while. The second room I stayed in, the door handle for the bathroom door just fell off when I touched it.

The staff were really welcoming and always on hand if needed. The evening snacks and glass of wine was a lovely touch. The room is as shown on the pictures, minimalist but comfortable and contained everything required.
