ibis budget Paris Porte d'Orleans

I booked this hotel through Expedia because this is our company policy. When arriving, the hotel claimed they got the wrong name on the reservation from Expedia and then told me I should take it up with them as I did not book with the hotel. Even upon showing the booking confirmation and proof they insisted the name did not correspond to what they had and could not check me in. Our assistant sent an email to their hotel reception with all the proof but no response yet after +2 hours if I will be able to check in tonight. Booking paid and name correct in Expedia booking confirmation. As a customer it’s not nice to be in the middle of discussions between Expedia and the hotel because the hotel’s booking system is not synced with theirs. I understand the reception is under a lot of pressure but a nice, friendly and helpful receptionist would also have been appreciated. And this is not the first time this happened to us here!

I had a voucher. I was told the amount will be refunded after the end of validly date if not used. I emailed them a few days after the expiry date (since the refund didn't happen automatically ofc). My emails to various email addresses were ignored for weeks. Then in a longer letter I explained how this is unacceptable and sent it to all email address I found on them. They finally replied and after many more emails they cought up. They asked the same questions multiple times until they finally managed to do the refund. Were they hoping people forget their money (maybe some did unfortunately) and only act when threatened? When they offered me the voucher at the beginning I had to ask them in 3 separate emails to tell me exactly what is going to happen after the end of validity date, so I can refer to it later. It's good I did.

Pontos positivos: - Excelente atendimento da recepção - Linda vista para a torre Eiffel - Limpeza - Próximo ao metrô Porte D'Orleans, por volta de 10~12 minutos andando. Pontos negativos: - O café da manhã (incluso) é bem simples. (Caso queira ovo, você precisa cozinhar.) - Não tem frigobar(Mini-bar) - Não tem secador de cabelo - As toalhas são pequenas - Não tem toalha de rosto - O quarto é equipado com um banco e não uma cadeira. --- Importante, o hotel fica um pouco distante do centro de Paris, Estação Porte D'Orleans para: - Louvre: 23 ~ 25 minutos (Metrô linha 4) - Torre Eiffel: - 25 ~ 27 minutos (Metrô Linha 4 e Linha 6) - Disneyland Paris: 1 hora ~ 1 hora e 10 minutos (Metrô linha 4 e RER A). ----- Em três dias, cheguei depois das 23:00. Apesar de as ruas terem uma iluminação fraca, não me senti inseguro. (Porém, é sempre bom ficar atento.)

Quarto limpo, equipe receptiva, cortês e dispostas a ajudar, café da manhã embora sem muita variedade, atende aos requisitos. O unico ponto que deixou a desejar é o fsto de não ter um feigobar no quarto e como a máquina da recepção somente aceitava moedas, dificultou um pouco para termos um lanche e uma água à disposição. Outro ponto também é que foi disponibilizado somente um edredom solteiro, tive que ir na recepção duas vezes pedir mais e foi me dado um cobertor, o ideal é que já tivesse no quarto um edredom casal e outro solteiro, afinal, reservei um quarto tripo.

You have no control of the A/C. It stays at 23C (74F) and the windows are not openable. As someone who gets hot easily, this was very annoying especially since there was cooler weather outside. There were also some mosquitoes in the room which I am unsure where they came from. Had a couple of nights waking up being bit

I was very happy with our stay at the Paris Ibis budget Porte D'Orleans. The room was small, the toilet was literally in a closet and the shower was small, but it was perfect for our stay. We were in Paris to experience the sites and the culture, not stay in our hotel room all day. It was quiet, well located (a quick walk to the Porte d'Orleans train station with a gas station across the street for late night snacks. The lobby had a cool vibe with some snack machines, some chairs and tables, but we didn't really take advantage of those. The bed was a bit old, but comfortable enough. We didn't notice any noise from other guests or street noise and we had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. I would definitely stay again.

O hotel fica próximo à estação de metrô, estações de ônibus, tem locais como mercado e restaurantes próximos. O café da manhã do hotel foi excelente todos os dias, bem variado e tudo muito gostoso!

Good price, walking distance to quite a few shops and restaurants

Very nice service, receptionist was always helpfull and provided guides to sightseeing, very good english. The room was maybe a bit smal but included everything you need. Aircondition also included and worked well. The breakfast was very good, and there is alot of bread and fruits and what you expect. All in all 8/10 👍

Wir haben fünf wunderschöne Tage in Paris verbracht, als besonderes Geschenk zum 15. Geburtstag meiner Tochter. Die Reise war für sie gedacht – und sie war begeistert! Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Obwohl es sich um ein Budget-Hotel handelt, war alles sauber, gut organisiert und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war, dass wir sogar ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm bekommen haben – ein echtes Highlight, vor allem abends, wenn er leuchtet! Die Lage war ideal, wir konnten vieles zu Fuß oder mit der Metro erreichen. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, der den Geburtstag meiner Tochter unvergesslich gemacht hat. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Nice location.The only problem the room was so hot its hard to sleep then I turned the air conditioning in full still doesn't do nothing then I opened the window for more air then you get the noise from the outside ( Honking and fireworks and also just happened to be when PSG won that's even worse.One of the guest I talk to they have to buy an electric fan in Action for their room to get some sleep.I also noticed the women customer service in the front desk was so rude to an Italian lady guest because she can't hardly speak french or english her answer I can't help you.I even asked her in French and ask where is the nearest metro and her answer is "I DONT KNOW I DONT TAKE THE METRO I DRIVE"Definately this woman needs some serious training on customer service.If you want a hot room this is the place to be.The bartender was cool though I like him and his cool and the breakfast is allright.

Bedroom is so small for 3 people, air conditioner does not working, so for me it was very bad. Hotel just (Ok) Charlote is very nice person.

O destaque positivo é para localização. Ónibus e metrô pertnho. Mercado perto também. O quarto só é muito pequeno e tudo tem que pedir na recepção, secador, copos por exemplo.

the rooms were barely large enough for two people. amenities provided were soap and 3 towels. no coffee in room and you have to purchase breakfast to have a cup of coffee that you can’t leave the cafeteria with.

The rooms are small but when you’re in Paris you want to be outdoors, what makes the difference is the service and there is one person in the front desk that makes the difference- Charlotte- she helped us choosing food, directions, even told us what farmacy was close by and open- she truly went out of her way to help- she is truly an asset to any company in the hospitality business- thank you Charlotte!

A bit out of the way, but close enough to the RER and metro. Directly above the highway, but the rooms have excellent sound proofing. Loads of grocery & small vendors + restaurants on the other side of the highway (10 min walk for an average person). Otherwise, your typical budget hotel in Europe. Staff were friendly and usually at the desk. Would definitely stay there again.

Great for a budget low cost hotel- room was a tight space and lobby furniture was well used, but bed was comfortable and room was quiet for a good night’s rest.

Gute Unterkunft um Paris zu entdecken

Como um hotel da rede Ibis, o hotel oferece quarto padrão, de pequeno tamanho, com banheiro e chuveiro. O café da manhã é bom, sem variações, com o preparo de ovos feitos pelo próprio hóspede. A cama não é muito confortável e as toalhas de banho são super finas e acabam encharcando em apenas um banho, além de não ter toalha de rosto. O atendimento da recepção é muito bom, o Frederico é super atencioso, fala nossa lingua e nos ajudou muito na escolha dos quartos com vista pra torre Eiffel. Fica há uns 500m do metrô e tem algumas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades, além de ter jantar no hotel ao lado.

Excelente. Vi muitos comentários negativo e fiquei receiosa. Não encontrei nada do que disseram. È um íbis, confortável e comodidades íbis. Região extremamente segura. Próxima ao metro. Tem um brasileira na recepção e os funcionários no geral são nota 10. Quando voltar a Paris me hospedarei lá novamente.

Wir hatten Glück und ein Zimmer nicht zur Straße hin. Dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in Laufnähe (Bus und Metro).

Had a nice weekend in Paris as part of our wedding anniversary celebration. Excellent location near Metro station, nice comfortable room with on suite shower and toilet, 2 single beds with tv and a nice view of the Eiffel Tower, lovely breakfast for an extra cost but well worth the price, staff excellent and really easy to enjoy all the sights of Paris.

Hotel cumpriu o esperado, padrão Ibis, localização fora dos pontos turísticos mas próximo ao metrô. Agora o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Funcionários pouco receptivos, exceto a atendente brasileira Charlote!

A estadia não foi boa porque estávamos num triplo e era difícil a locomoção para a cama do beliche. Tive que dormir no meio das outras duas camas. Quarto muito pequeno e sem conforto nenhum. Localização péssima, longe de tudo. A nossa salvação, foram às atendentes da recepção, muito prestativas e atenciosas.

Limpio, bien ubicado a 8 min caminando del metro 4, pero si un poco lejos de la torre eiffel 40 min en metro, dos transbordos para el aeropuerto 50 min, pero sirve para tu estancia y no tan costoso

O hotel fica bem localizado, tem um metrô a dois quarteirões, o hotel está em boa estado, tem um no Café da manhã, na portaria tem um filtro de água, minha única ressalva é quanto ao tamanho do quarto que é muito apertado, estávamos em três pessoas e é bem difícil administrar, mas deu certo e tb os dois primeiros dias o ar não funcionou, mas depois ajeitaram

I stayed for 2 nights at Ibis Budget Paris Porte d'Orleans with a friend. The room was quite small, and it felt a bit cramped for two people. However, considering the price, it was an acceptable option for a budget stay. The location is a little far from the Eiffel Tower, but it's manageable with public transportation. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for an affordable stay in Paris

Foi uma estadia tranquila, a equipe era muito simpática e educada. A estrutura era simples, mas boa e tudo muito limpo e organizado. Também era um ambiente seguro e tranquilo e silencioso. Tem estação de metrô bem perto, mas o hotel fica um pouco distante do centro e a depender do seu roteiro isso pode te cansar. O único ponto negativo era o calor do quarto a noite pois parecia que o ar condicionado não funcionava.

Vi boede på et renoveret værelse, og det var dejlig. Meget fint at toilet og brusekabine er adskilt. Håndvasken et stadig i selve rummet. Der er meget lidt plads rundt om sengen, og heldigvis havde vi et slags forrum til vores bagage. Sengene var ok bortset fra at de knirkede.

Room was ok, bit dated. Who ever put a shelf on the wall behind the ladder to the bunk above needs to have a think. No matter your childs age it really restricts them.

This hotel is great for the price. Although is in front of a busy street, we couldn't hear the noise. The breakfast is very good and much affordable than eating in a restaurant. The staff was very helpful when we couldn't open our room with the designated key, they immediately provided an alternative one. We will stay here, again. Many thanks.

I had a great night and the location was perfect for public. However, I was robbed of my breakfast fees by the hotel. When I checked in with my two kids, the receptionist asked me if I wanted breakfast which I accepted. I paid the fees but was unable to be at the restaurant prior to closing time. As you all might know, travelling with teenagers is always a challenge to keep time. So, we missed our breakfast. The hotel refused to refund my money stating that it was their fault. Agreed. But why should we pay for a service that we did not receive. At least if we were warned when the service was offered. I feel like this is just a money grabbing strategy. Disgusted.

Walkable distance to trains and attractions

They didn’t have the breakfast we paid for on their sheet for one of our 5 rooms and the attendant in the breakfast room fussed on my friend and said you can’t eat you didn’t pay. They had to walk to get breakfast elsewhere after paying. The night front desk was the rudest person I have ever met in my 50 years of working. I stopped in after a long day and wanted to make sure they had cleared up the mess about breakfast, I told the night desk person what had happened and he looked at me and said AND, as If he could care less!!!’ He went back over to his computer and said my colleague will have to wait on you. I watched him and he said something in French which was probably an ugly remark about me.

Great and inexpensive place in Paris.

Stayed here with a friend recently when we were running the Paris Marathon. This is a budget 2* hotel so don’t expect luxury. The room, while small, was clean and had all we needed for a short stay. It’s a pod type room and when you step outside the shower you’re effectively in the bedroom. Breakfast available for €9. We had it one morning and it was basic but fine for the price. Any staff we encountered on reception were helpful. Hotel is located close to Porte d’Orleans metro station perhaps 5 minute walk. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. We paid less than €200 for 2 people for 2 nights and it was well worth the price.

Ficamos durante seis dias no hotel. O café da manhã é bom, porém os banheiros do quarto são horríveis. O elevador, os corredores e o hotel tem um cheiro de um produto horrivel, nos ultimos dias nao aguentavamos mais. É meio longe do centro, precisa andar 10 minutos até o metro (e a noite é meio perigoso). Vale uma estadia de 1 ou 2 dias, mais que isso não recomendo mesmo.

Do not book at this hotel under any circumstances! The room is uncomfortable, the air conditioning didn't work (even though the advertisement said it had air conditioning) when we went to report the problem to the person responsible at the hotel, he said it wasn't his problem, he shouted and even justified his stance with the fact that it was black. In the end, the hotel's treatment of consumers and the quality of the structure proved to be extremely precarious and even offensive given the price paid.

one of the worst hotels in Paris. we were treated poorly by the manager (who was there on the night of February 17, 2024). the manager was rude, insulting us and making us feel embarrassed for simply saying that the air conditioning wasn't working. an appalling rudeness.

Brosse de nettoyage WC manquante Énorme tache sur la couette dissimulées sous la housse. Tâche d’encre et la deuxième je n’ose imaginer mais étant encore rouge vieilli, inutile de chercher bien loin) Pas de poubelle dans la chambre.

Buona soluzione per alloggiare a prezzi accettabili in zona periferica comunque ben servita da mezzi pubblici. Arredamento minimalista, moderno. Piccoli nei: un unico telo per asciugarsi le mani e per coprirsi dopo la doccia; pagamento 2€ per ogni bagaglio lasciato in deposito dopo il check-out.

Bonjour les réceptionnistes peux aimable surtout chez les hommes….. Déçu de la chambre… disposition du lit , de plus je n est pas demandé une chambre pour handicapés et cela m’a été attribué !!! Et enfin chaque jour il y avait un problème dans la chambre, la poubelle pas vider , le lit mal fait , fallait même réclamer du papier wc , et pour finir passer 6 nuit dans cette hôtel et les draps n’on jamais été changer… très déçu de cette hôtel….
