Que tenía piscina

No tenía ascensor y estábamos en un tercero. El alojamiento necesita una reforma. Pero tenia todo lo necesario y limpio

Me gustó que todo funcionaba muy bien , la atención por parte de las recepcionistas, el personal de limpieza muy detallista, y la buena atención en el área de comedor y el agua calientita que estuvo en la alberca.

Pues llevaba una menor tal vez un menú para niños más amplio.

Es troba a cinc minuts del centre del poble (La Crucecita). El personal és molt amable i atent. Tenen una piscina fantàstica per relaxar-se. L’esmorzar és molt complet. Des de l’hotel es pot arribar fàcilment amb taxi a les platges properes. L’hotel es troba en una zona tranquil·la i molt segura.

La wifi no funciona del tot bé. Les instal·lacions són una mica antigues.

Excelente ubicación, a 3 cuadras de la plaza principal, tomamos tours y todos pasaban a buscarnos al Hotel, la zona es muy tranquila por lo cual en las noches descansas sin problemas de ruido, el personal del hotel todos muy amables y nos encantó el desayuno, muy completo para comenzar el día, sin duda nos hospedaremos en nuestro siguiente viaje a Huatulco

La ubicación es muy buena, esta cerca del centro. La zona es muy tranquila. El personal es amable y atento. El desayuno superó nuestras expectativas ya que esta bastante bien servido y rico y lo mejor es que se incluía dentro del costo de la habitación. Las instalaciones están bien, la habitación aunque sencilla, es cómoda y tiene lo necesario.

La conexión a Internet fue muy deficiente dentro de la habitación. Solo podía conectarme sin problema en el área de la recepción y la alberca.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. We spent three days here and We loved the pool, the breakfast and our room was very clean. Also, The a.c worked perfectly.

The internet stopped working on our tv. That was sad but other than that it was good!

We stayed for 30 days and absolutely fell in love with them. The facility was exceptionally clean, beds real comfy, shower hot and great pressure. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Pool looks cool and is cool. Very quiet.

WiFi and TV not great.

Staff so friendly and helpful. In the centre of town so near lots of restaurants and bars. Room and swimming pool lovely. A very good breakfast is included.

Would help if the WiFi could be improved. We managed as we had an international data plan and easy to use the WiFi in local bars.

Location near the end of a quiet street but within a 2 block walk to the city square (Zocalo) in La Crucecita. Breakfast was chosen off the menu of about 5 choices, and never failed to disappoint. Very happy with my deluxe King room (as booked), on top floor and overlooking the pool. Small balcony too..

We very much enjoyed staying at Hotel Arenas del Pacifico. The hotel has great character, was exceptionally clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Reasonable breakfast was included. Location was excellent to have dinner in town.

I loved this sweet hotel! It was so charming and absolutely lovely-- my room was on an upper floor and had a little balcony facing the back of the hotel, so very quiet. My room and the entire hotel was absolutely immaculate!! The ambience of the hotel ,including my room, held a true Mexican feel . Breakfast was included and served on a shaded outdoor patio. Delicious! Pool perfect and clean. Thank you to Irma and staff for your outstanding hospitality and kindness!

Lovely staff, comfortable room with comfortable beds, very clean with daily housekeeping. Fridge and a/c in room. Easy walk to central square. 2 restaurants next door. Nice pool.

A 5 minute walk to the square with lots of shops and restaurants. Pool is refreshing and clean. Breakfast is included.

Todo el ambiente y el barrio es muy agradable. Bonita piscina y el diseño de los pisos es acogedor y con detalles de diseño tradicional. Super atento el personal. Muy bien equipada la habitación. Bonito balcón a la piscina y el cerro. Las habitaciones tienen los nombres de cada playa de Huatulco

Solo unos pocos detalles: el desayuno debería mejorar. Las habitaciones y baño no tienen percheros para toallas o abrigos. Nuestro baño tenía un problema de ventilación de olor a desagüe. Para nosotros no fue problema pero si te tocan las habitaciones de 4to. Piso son 50 escalones hasta y desde planta baja

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen...es ist sehr schön, hat schöne saubere Zimmer, Bad, Pool... alles einwandfrei. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend, wir fanden es ziemlich gut, es uns selbst zusammenstellen zu können. Auch die Lage ist top...es ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist auch schnell im Centro. Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Betten sind leider sehr schmal (französisch? schätze 1,20m breit) Also für uns, zu zweit in einem Bett, war es leider recht schmal. Das Wlan im Zimmer funktioniert eher nicht, aber in der Lobby ging es.

This hotel is a gem in Huatulco. It is close to the all the activity, restaurants and stores in Crucecita, yet on a quiet street where you can wake up to the sound of birds and the rooster next-door. You can walk to some beaches, or take a taxi or public transit (cheap and easy) to others. This hotel is exceptionally well run. We stayed there twice at the beginning and end of our trip to Oaxaca, so I was able to compare it to other hotels we used. It is very clean, well maintained, and the staff are super helpful and always friendly. We booked a room with breakfast. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious every morning. The hotel is mostly used by Mexican families, but we met a few Americans and fellow Canadiens during our stay. The pool and in a courtyard, where breakfast is served, is a lovely space. We had an evening flight and after we checked out, we are comfortable hanging out there in the afternoon before we had to go to the airport. I would definitely go back to this hotel on a future trip to Huatulco. There are many food choices in Oaxaca. I enjoyed Nixtamel just around the corner from the hotel, as well as the little snack bar at the end of the street. The Italian restaurant next-door looked very busy, but we didn’t give it a try. There’s also a grocery store just three minutes away, for fresh fruit, water, beer and snacks.

This is so minor, but some towel hooks near the sink would be great.

Close to restaurants, the zoccalo and not too far from beaches. Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The area by the pool is a comfortable place to relax and cool down.

Nights can get cold in Huatulco in January. We could have used an extra blanket.

Breakfast was included and was good. The location is in the middle of town, and yet quiet.

We were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. The bathroom has a very high step to enter and this is hazardous at night.

Breakfast was a huge bonus, delicious and much better than any complimentary breakfast we ever had in the US.

One front desk staffer who works in the afternoon and evenings is rude to English speaking guests. It happened to me and I saw the same staff member being rude to another English speaking guest. This staffer seems to think everyone should be fluent in Spanish and if you're not, she is condescending and rude.

High level of comfort with the friendliest and kindest staff. Spotlessly clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. Just a 2-minute walk to Crucecita Zocalo, where taxis are readily available to visit Huatulco’s beaches. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Great location. Just a few blocks from the zócalo/park. Lots of good eating places of all types nearby. The room had an excellent shower. Daily room services kept it very clean. I would definitely recommend this place for a simple, but good stay. I did get tired of the breakfast after a few days...but for short stays it would be fine.

There was nothing I didn't like. However, I wish the room had a mini-fridge to store cold and snacksA (and restaurant leftovers). They didn't provide water, so I bought a large bottle for the room, but had to drink it warm. A small clothes rack for drying wet swimsuits, etc would have been nice.

Good location, quiet and convenient. 5 minutes to the zocalo and 20 minutes to the beaches.

Me sorprendió favorablemente este hotel, se encuentra cerca del Centro. Además de que tiene alberca, incluye el desayuno que es muy rico y te lo sirven abundante además que tienen menú variado puedes elegir entre varias opciones. El personal que atiende en el restaurante muy amable. Lo recomendaría como muy buena opción para hospedarte, con las 3 B :)

部屋が4階でエレベーターがなかったので、荷物が重いと地獄。 一泊だったので、必要なものだけ持って、スーツケースを受付に預かってもらいました。

Están remodelando el hotel. Es la tercera vez que me hospedó con ellos y siempre son muy amables y puntuales con nuestros requerimientos. El desayuno incluído es más variado y las porciones son adecuadas. El café que sirven es de grano y es riquísimo.

If you are tired, this is like a big house, no elevator. No view of the Pacific, but safe and the room was cool. Noisy around the reception. Good food nearby.

The hotel is good and well-located - fairly close to everything you need to see and do. The staff is super nice, gentle and helpful. The room is spatious and fairly comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, although it starts only at 8:00 a.m. The only negative point is that during my stay the hotel was undegoing construction work - which started as early as 7:45 am, including on satudays, and went nonstop until 18:00. The noise was unbearable and it was impossible to stay in the room and rest during this period. I would strongly recommend checking if the construction work is still ongoing before booking your stay. Were it not for this, the place seems to be quiet and agreeable and I would recommend staying there.
