La calidez del personal, el tamaño de las habitaciones y la limpieza de las mismas.

El estacionamiento a veces un poco complicado pero nada que me haya impedido disfrutar mi estancia.

los cuartos tienen mucho espacio, cuentan con un comedor y un frigobar, muy cómodo el lugar

The staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding for a great day start. Good facilities and tour recommendations. We had a great time in Huatulco and at this hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk was bilingual, incredible warm and friendly, and very thorough and professional. All staff around property were kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and again the staff were great. Pool was very enjoyable and everything was comfortable and clean. We were pleasantly surprised. Would stay again and would recommend

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, great pool. Nice outdoor area for the buffet style breakfast. Great sized rooms, bathroom, kitchenette & dining area (bring your own utensils as only glasses provided). Very clean, housekeeping excellent. Within 20 min walk of the bus station, main square, town beach and resort beach (accessible to all, although the sea at this part is quite rough). Abundant taxis if you are not able to walk.

Not many sun loungers. It depends on the other guests as to how peaceful your stay is. Sadly some guests were disrespectful of noise control (central staircase amplifies noise) and selfish sunbed usage which is beyond the hotel's control.

The staff are so lovely and very helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the omelette and lots of fresh fruit available. The staff on the reception desk, at breakfast and everyone else were really, really lovely and helpful. The room was a good size and useful to have a fridge

The noise due to the acoustics of the building. I was at the top of the stairs on the first floor and the sound of voices would carry into my room making it difficult to rest, even with earplugs in.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great location easy parking. Breakfast was very good lots of fruit eggs etc . Long line up when busy on the weekend. Room was a good size

Hot water was not so hot. Nothing in the kitchen for utensils. Fridge and microwave were fine. A bit tricky to find first time on the roads but after that all good.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, muy modernas y super amplias, el área de piscina y comedor bastante bien y su personal es amable y el desayuno incluido está bastante bien.

A pesar de estar en una zona céntrica y muy cerca del centro de Huatulco, el hecho de estar en una colonia totalmente residencial lo hace difícil para acceder en auto. Además, lamentablemente el día que me tocó hospedarme, llegó un grupo bastante grande, los cuales decidieron ingresar con alcohol a la piscina, debería haber más regulación en este tipo de actos.

Geruch im Zimmer mit Kochnische konnte nicht abgestellt werden (Abwasser oder Dachentlüftung).

Excelente hotel e instalaciones. Muy limpio, mucha preocupación del personal, un muy buen lugar para hospedarse.

Creo que lo único a considerar es que la ubicación es lejana a las playas, al menos 25/30 minutos caminando a la más cercana. Sin embargo, está muy cerca del zócalo de la crucecita, de bares, restaurants y es una buena zona respecto de la ciudad en sí.

ES UN LUGAR RECOMENDABLE, SEGURO, LIMPIO, TRANQUILO, DESAYUNAMOS RICO, DESCANSAMOS SUPER BIEN, LAS HABITACIONES SON MUY AMPLIAS, PERO LO MAS INCREIBLE... "MI ESPOSA FINALMENTE SE ANIMO A ESNORQUELEAR".

The location is in a quiet neighbourhood but not to far from the centre. The staff are very friendly and you get a decent breakfast in the morning. Overall, it is good for the price.

No deberían permitir que los huéspedes utilicen bocinas en la alberca, ni que jueguen con balones de fútbol dentro de ella, ya que hay que estar cuidandose de no ser golpeado.

Los desayunos, la alimentación con muchas moscas. La señora, que hace los huevos, el último jueves que estuve en el hotel, peleando conmigo porque tome un plato. Me dio vergüenza porque lo hizo delante de otras personas, me pidió lo dejara en el lugar de ella. Hay un joven que estuvo toda la semana, Haciendo huevos en el desayuno, él fue muy amable y servicial.

Sólo estuvimos una noche pero la pasamos muy bien. El personal es atento y amable. El desayuno es limitado pero está muy bien. La ubicación no es la mejor, pero el hotel está en una zona tranquila.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Tienen un pequeño comedor con frigo bar y horno de microondas.

Nice propery. Rooms spacious with good amenities. Breakfast option is small but good . They only had i think 3 tables. But would retuen. Pool was nice too. Rooms have good lighting and closet space. Overall very satisfied.

Yuli la recepcionista tiene una gran actitud de servicio, nos brindo información y apoyo en todo momento. El personal de cocina que nos atendio tambien fueron muy amables y nos brindaron un buen servicio.

Die Aircon ist für die Zimmer mit Esszimmer/Sitzgruppe im obersten Stock kaum ausreichend. Ansonsten ist Alles sehr sauber und neu.

Do you wish to experience Mexico among Mexicans? But with the perks you expect in hotel geared to Canadian/Americans? This is the place! Small with only about 19-20 rooms, tucked in close to the city centre (15 min. walk to town square), and built very recently, Mayev Express has the cleanliness, and service you would expect in Canada/ United States from a much higher star hotel. But the warmth and friendliness of a local staff. While not all the staff are fluent in English (we are, after all, in Mexico!), the ladies at at the main desk are fluent enough in English to help you get the very best rate, phone an inexpensive cab for you, meet any other questions you might have, give you a map of the area. The breakfast is hearty and nutritious, with eggs done up to order by a chef, as well as at least 3 kinds of fruit, pancakes, and a tortilla dish or re-fried beans, plus 3 kinds of cereal with lots of topping for everything. Coffee and a cool drink round out the meal. There is filtered water on tap on the main floor and I am told that the local tap water is safe to drink, but some folks still buy the 5 gallon water jugs just around the corner for drinking water. All food, whether from the groceria or a restaurant is very inexpensive. The pool is kept pristine in its cleanliness with not so much as a fly floating on it. Treated with something that is not harsh to the skin, you can hear the laughter and fun of families in the pool in the evening along with soft music for background. It is in full sun until later afternoon, so finding a shady spot to lie in is best left until about 2:00, although under the roofed area where breakfast is served, is always available if you want to sit and play a game of cards. Lots of lounge chairs to use, as well as towels from the front desk. The lovely yard boasts a mango tree, papaya tree and many palm trees. Three main floor rooms open right out onto the pool area, with sliding glass doors. The maids do a great job at keeping the place clean, and one maid esp. is to be commended for her joyful spirit and welcoming smile, Silvia. She is a joy to come across throughout the day! And I hope to return someday, if just to see her lovely smiling face! There was a small earthquake tremor while we were there but the hotel is obviously built with this in mind, as all the rooms encircle the very quick and quiet tiny elevator and open stairs. The rooms are spacious! a good sized bathroom with walk-in shower. A lovely modern basin set on a tile stand. Modern toilet. The only quirks were that the shower head has very little water pressure, so washing long hair is best done in the kitchen sink. I borrowed the bottom clear container from the frig as a storage receptacle for toiletries, as there was little space around the sink for them. The beds may seem a bit hard to those from another country but I am told that compared to the mattresses at most Mexican hotels, they are quite posh. And we really did sleep well. We are use to a queen sized bed but found the double was just fine, Especially with the air conditioner, which works so well and is so quiet, and the black out drapes on 6 large windows, which can be opened if desired. There is a wonderful huge shelving unit and open closet to store all your things and a WALL SAFE. Turn a corner from the bedroom area and there is a huge kitchen area with built in booth or lounge area and a good sized table with 4 chairs that can be slid up to the booth if needed. A microwave and refrigerator and deep small sink are in an area with a good amount of counter top and open storage underneath. IF you wish to use this area for cooking, you must bring your own items - bowls, plates, flatwear, etc. There is nothing there but the sink, microwave and frig. But a trip to a local dollar- type store can outfit you with disposable or reusable items and there are several small grocery stores and a very large one within a short walk of the hotel for all your food and beverage needs. If you are a tea-lover, bring your own tiny teakettle. Likewise, if you are a coffee drinker, bring instant or your own coffee press. A key card lets you into the room, and there is also a deadbolt you can use. A security guard is on duty throughout the night to guard the building, although, at no time did we feel unsafe in this area, even after dark. There are several restaurants within a block, one having an English menu , both having delicious food. In the centre of town, there are many restaurants and several that cater esp. to English tourists, from fine dining to sports lounges. But don't be afraid to try the little local restaurants, esp. if you know some Spanish or are willing to try something surprising and new. The closest beach (Chahue) is only about a 15-20 minute walk. I am told it's best to go there after 4pm if you are wanting some shade. It is not for swimming because of the undertows, but lovely and sandy all the same. There were several Canadian couples we met at this hotel who have been coming here regularily and think very highly of it! But enjoy being around the lovely Mexican people who are the greater part of the clientelle!

La habitación para 4 personas está bien, tiene una tarja y frigobar que nos ayudaron mucho en el viaje. El unico “problema” es que si ya no hay lugar en el estacionamiento es complicado buscar lugar ya que el hotel está en una zona donde hay departamentos y casas entonces casi todos los lugares están ocupados y hay que dejar el auto muy lejos

The rooms were great except that the beds were just a bit small. The pool are was beautiful but could use a bit more lounge area if it was busy.

Very close to town , the staff were simply amazing from the time we arrived to the day we left .The cleaning staff always left our room very clean .Loved the breakfast every morning.

Sometimes the noise by the pool was a little much , we probably should have chosen a room on the other side of the hotel .Found that some people that enjoy the pool area have no respect and leave cigarette butts and their garbage for others to clean up , which really isn’t fair to hotel staff because they do a heck of a job there .
