現地支払いだったことを勘違いしていましたが，フロントの方の言葉の使い方に少しイラっとしました．不満げな応対はいかがなものかと．こちらが悪いのですが・・・．あと，布団がちょっと汗臭かった．

◯洗面台のカビが残っていたこと。 ◯浴室の鏡の汚れ。 ◯エレベーターの待ち時間があった。しかたないかな？ ◯朝食後のアイスコーヒーのフタがなかったこと。 ホットはありました。 ◯靴ベラは長いものもあるといい。

Reviewed May 7, 2026ホテル周辺が繁華街で、どこに出かけるにも便利でした。しろくまむじゃき本店もすぐ近くでテイクアウトしてお部屋でたべても溶けずに食べることもできます。近くに駐車場もたくさんあり、車の出し入れをしないなら提携してるところより安く停めることができます。傘も無料で貸し出してくれて助かりました。朝食は、美味しいです。鶏飯、朝カレーなど、、
西館に宿泊したのですが、古い建物を改装して設備はキレイでしたが、清掃がイマイチ...シャワーヘッド、浴槽内のカビ、トイレ便器内の汚れ...せっかく新しくなってる設備なのにガッカリ😞💨でした。東館のほうがスタッフ常駐で良さそうだなとおもいました。

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026The location is perfect for anyone planning on taking the ferry to Yakushima or the other islands south of Kagoshima. The shopping area around the hotel has many good restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was wonderful.
