泊まった当日屋上で工事おやっていて昼間から部屋の上でドンドンとうるさい！さすがに部屋の移動おお願いしました、直ぐに対応はしてくれました

Great staff, nice upscale hotel for a good price. Good amenities, great restaurant, and clean.

Only issue was some minor renovations going on woke me up a few times in the morning. But I can't really hold that against them, renovations are essential for maintaining a solid business. I'm sure they will be done soon.

It is sooo very peaceful and clean - great food and waitresses are great

There is construction going on and even though the room was great every afternoon there was loud noises and sound. There was a discount for the room only for July but I booked far in advance so I was not eligible for it but things did go ok.

The pool area was brilliant, and the staff were really nice. Rooms are starting to see it's age but in general it's well kept and good enough.

The internet in the hotel was dreadful, and didn't work one single day of my stay. It may be working great on other days and I was just unlucky, but please note for anyone who has a remote job. The staff said it was due to the recent building collapse, but my friend said he had the same problem in February but I don't know either way. This combined by the not so great mobile internet in Angeles made me basically unable to do any of my remote work for the entire stay which was frustrating. It was also construction work from 1 PM to 3 PM which is not really an issue, except that they started making noise two of the days at 8 AM and I also didn't see anything about this when I booked my room but maybe I missed something.

Despite booking a non smoking room they put us in a room that had been smoked in we were both ill as a result also the air conditioning did not work properly also they wanted to charge 100 pesos for a kettle and tea/ coffee also management charged us 900 pesos to have my family come visit and use pool

Wo wir das Zimmer bekamen hat jemanden in den Schrank uriniert. Die Reinigungsservice hat sich bemüht zu reinigend. Der Geruch ist zwar weniger geworden u leider sind kein anderes Zimmer frei geworden.

Parvekkeelinen huone oli tilava, parve oli iso ja siellä oli jopa yksi lavitsa. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, mutta TV kanava valikoina oli sekava. Baarikaapissa (jääkaappi) oli hyvä olikoima kohtuu hintaisia juomia.

Aaamiainen ei kuulu hotellin hintaan ja alakerran ravintolassa aamiaisvalikoima on suppea. Hotellin ikä alkaa näkyä kaikessa ja varsinkin huonekaluissa.

Das Hotel ist ein Ruheort, da es touristisch nicht überlaufen ist. Der Pflegezustand ist sehr gut. Der Garten und der Pool ist eine kleine Oase. Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Ausgehmöglichkeiten um die Ecke rum

Hot water in shower did not work due to faulty mixer valve. They charge for extra pillows. 90 pesos for 1 bottle water in the restaurant...the highest in town!!

Gegend ist nicht sehr begeisternd. In 100 m Umkreis ca 10 Nachtclubs wo die Frauen ihrem Dienst anbieten. Und das dann in diesem Hotel.

Great location and staff, good rooms, well priced.

The only complaint I have is that the pool was fairly cold. They have what looks like a hot tub but in reality it's the same temperature as the pool. On a blazing hot day with the sun overhead this might be ok, but using the pool any time outside of prime sun hours is going to be disappointing for people like me who appreciate a warm pool or hot tub.

The staff at this hotel were the BEST, and when I say the BEST, I mean it. I work in Aviation, and with a World Class airline. As a result of my job profile, I've traveled extensively and stayed in the best hotels all around the world. There are hotel staff who will meet your expectations, and there are those that will exceed your expectations. I just got to know at Queen's Hotel Clark that there are a third kind of staff that will FAR exceed your expectation and go out of their way to accomodate you, as long as you're having a great time. We were a bunch of 10 college friends, who celebrated our 50th birthdays in the Pinas, and Queen's Clark was one of our hotels in the Pinas. We sat by the poolside every night drinking, dancing and eating until way past closing time of the restaurant. The restaurant staff, Chai, Lynn, Mary, Glenda and Amy, were there being the perfect hosts, and catering to all our requests. Our 50th was special because of these special ladies. Location is great too, just a 30-sec walk to the Red Street bars and clubs, and a 15-min walk to SM Clark.

I LOVED everything about this hotel.

It is a nice Hotel, Staff is friendly, Rooms are nice, Garden w/ Pool is pretty. The Price is on the high end. I stayed in Queens 5 to 6 times a year since about 2017. Well, now no more. The Management obviously decided to equip the Rooms with new Smart TV’s, but without any channels. The Management expects the Customer to have a Netflix or similar account in order to watch. So if you stay in Queens forget about any BCC, CNN or local news nor any Movie channel’s for a rainy day’s entertainment. This is a hilarious stupid decision of the Management, for that kind of Room rate only to save 100PHP subscription fee per TV per Month…

Have stayed here many times, unfortunately the hotel management have taken the decision to remove the cable TV from all rooms. They are now relying on ‘Smart TV’s’ which rely on internet connection to access some not very good stations. But internet access is patchy at best, meaning it’s impossible to watch anything due to endless buffering issues. Shame.

The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Unfortunately for us there was no iron or ironing board available. After long travels, sure could have used one.

The staff were outstanding.

This is my go to hotel in Angeles and that’s because of the great staff and location. The hotel is well built and sound proofing is quite good! The pool is really nice and the gym is decent for a basic workout. I would definitely recommend it! The two things they can improve on is opening the rooftop bar which I used to really enjoy and the water from the toilet gun for some reason smells horrible. But besides those two things I am always happy and the front desk girls are a lot of fun and sweet! The cleaning staff does a great job as well.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Everyone made you feel at home.

Toilet needs servicing. Getting it to flush was hard. There wasn't enough toilet paper and the facial tissue ran out the second day of my stay.

Location and cleanliness

No tea making facility in room. Must pay extra if you need it. Not value for money.

The amenities and location were great. Restaurant prices are high.
