It was close to everything, the people were happy and friendly. The restaurant food was good and affordable

The bed was a bit hard and the water was not that hot or warm for that matter

This is a excellent hotel, the room was large, very clean, and well maintained with all the essential amenities provided, a mini bar well stocked, and not over expensive.The cleaning staff are wonderful and do a excellent service. All of the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, which makes this hotel unique. The rooftop restaurant and bar is excellent, great menu and drinks, great views of the city. I am coming back to Angeles city, and I know we're i will be staying!!!

one of the lifts was being serviced so there was a lot of maintenance noise which understandably couldn't of been avoided but I would have like to have been told prior to booking and paying for my room as I needed to do some video conferencing. The food wasn't the best, i ordered a burger with chips of which the burger had no sauce and a huge wedge of raw onion and the chips were undercooked. It was advertised as having a view from the balcony but I could only see the wall of the next building.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great also the food in the evening with the live band playing.

I have problems walking and the pool had no hand rails to get in or out. Very frustrating because it was very hot.

Great location, great value for money. I have stayed here multipel times and will stay again.

I love this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in with in the Philippines. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are exceptional clean. One of the highlights of this hotel is the onsite restaurant and location to everything that is happening in the city. The views during sunset are worth the hotel price.

You pay a little more for this hotel than others, but it is worth the price. I did research before booking this hotel and while the extra money takes a little adjustment, the price difference is manageable based on the amenities, location, room, support staff, and cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Front counter staff was excellent and helpful. Staff always kind and polite. Restaurant food was great. The room was very nice. I enjoyed the bathtub and the hot water. Parking was good.

Hotel Staff were very helpful. The Roof Level bar/pool area was very nice from 4pm onwards. Pizza and drinks were good too.

The access ramp to the underground car park is very steep. My SUV was ok but cars most people drive could be damaged as they descend the ramp, especially at bottom of ramp, where level changes from slope to horizontal surface.
