현관앞 센서등은 뽑히고 없어서 방에 들어올때 암흑임 변기는 수압이 약해 잘 내려가지도 않음 수건은 빨은 것임에도 걸레냄새남 사우나 공사중이라 사용못한다고 일방 통보함. 예약 당시에 전혀 공지가 안되었음 직원들도 사우나 안된다는 통보만 하고 전혀 미안하거나 하는 눈치가 없음 침대근처 콘센트는 서랍장에 가려서 처음엔 없는줄 알았고 서랍장을 통째로 앞으로 잡아빼야 겨우 사용가능했음

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025객실은 작은편 이지만 비즈니스 출장으로 숙박하기에는 괜찮고 주변에 식당과 술집 등이 많아서 사람들 만나기에는 좋은 위치입니다 특히 조식뷔페를 운영하는 것과 무료로 이용할수 있는 사우나는 아주 훌륭합니다 헬스장도 크진않지만 운동하기에는 괜찮은 시설입니다 주차장도 지하와 지상에 있어서 좋았습니다

Reviewed Oct 30, 20241층 체크인할테 남자직원의 인상, 친절함은 찾아볼수 없었고, 호텔 복도끝 창밖으로 빗물내려오는관이 보였는데, 시커먼 섞은물이 고여있었고, 욕실안 샤워기 꽂이가 덜렁거리고 샤워기가 바닥으로 자꾸떨어져 한손으로 잡고 다른 한손으로만 샴푸를 해야했고, 물도 잘 내려가지않아.... 다시는 가고싶지 않은호텔 1순위에 올려놓았다.

Reviewed Sep 26, 2024Excellent location, close to all the fun in Cheonan. Problems: Had to switch rooms because first one had wet spot on carpet with accompanying musty smell. Second room: TV inputs didn’t work, toilet leaked water, tea bag coffee was terrible, window exterior looked like it had never been cleaned, safe didn’t open. Could have complained about these things but was just happy to be in non-musty room. On the plus side, the men’s spa on the top floor was nice.

As for the cleaning condition, the guest for consecutive nights only did basic things, so the less cleaned part stood out. I felt that I was stingy with the overall service cost here and there.

Reviewed May 7, 2024We stayed here for about a week. It was very budget-friendly especially compared to some of the hotel prices in Seoul. I feel like the hotel was generally clean but could be cleaner. There were stains on the walls and the bathroom door. These surfaces just need to be wiped down, but it doesn't look like that has happened recently. The staff did not seem to speak English very well, but we were able to get by. If you have any special/specific requests there is a high chance they will not understand. My friend asked for an extra sheet or blanket, which was never delivered to the room. For the area the breakfast is relatively expensive. If I had to stay in Cheonan again I would feel comfortable staying here, but I think I would likely spend more money to stay in Seoul the next time I visit.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2024청결상태나 숙박하기에는 다 좋았는데 조식이 1인만 미리 결재가되고 추가 인원은 현장에서 결재해야하는데 19천원이라서 미리결재하는 금액보다 훨씬 비싸서 기분이 안좋았습니다 현장결재가 그렇게 비싼지 알았으면 조식을 거기서 먹지 않았을텐데 취소도 안되고 해서 어쩔수없이 비싸게 먹고와서 기분이 안좋았습니다

Reviewed Jan 8, 2024Nice location. They don't have any bedding that is non-feathers, so I had to sleep with just a sheet as a cover and use towels as pillows. My neck is hurting very badly now. When I used the shower, I noticed that there was a used toothbrush from a previous guest, so I don't know how well they cleaned it.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2023지하주차장도 있고 건물옆에 주차장 공간도 있습니다. 다만 늦게 도착하면 주차공간이 없을수도 있을것 같습니다. 바로 근처에 공원주차장이 있어서 거기 주차해도 될것 같습니다. 숙소도 청결했고, 스타일러 있어서 잘 썼습니다. 조식은 가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 일본손님이 많더라고요. 다음에 근처에 가면 다시 이용할것 같습니다.
