Reviewed May 15, 2025호텔은 룸컨디션, 청결, 서비스, 모두 좋았습니다. 모텔과 유흥업소 한가운데 위치하고 있어서 아쉬웠습니다. 주차는 들어가는 입구가 너무 좁아서 조금 힘들었습니다만, 주차비가 들지 않아 좋았습니다.

Reviewed May 8, 2025For the first time I felt like we were in a Hotel in Korea. Provided A/C remote control and towels. Location is not a great place for tourists. Hotel is pretty close to the train station - around 15 minutes by taxi. Overall, we felt safe and felt comfortable. Bed is OK, could do some improvement.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024룸컨디션도 좋고 지내기도 괜찮았는데 주변 환경이 자녀동반 여행이라면 비추천. 철도가 바로 옆에 있어서 기차 지나갈때마다 생각 이상으로 소음이 커서 환기 시킨다고 문열었다가 깜짝 놀랐다. 그거 제외하면 불편함 없이 잘 지내다 왔고 조식은 프리미엄 조식이라 광고해놓고 그닥.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2023Definitely one of the better hotels I stayed in while in Korea. Great service and a clean, comfortable hotel. The beds were heaven and it was so nice to relax into them at the end of many long days of touring and exploring. The location is great too with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Prices were reasonable and i felt that we were getting our moneys worth. There is a beautiful terrace roof with amazing views which you can access 24/7. I didnt try the breakfast buffet myself, but my friends raved about it. No complaints about this hotel at all!

Reviewed Apr 3, 2023별다른 기대없이 가족여행지로 선택했는데 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 호텔 객실도 깨끗하고 무엇보다 야간에 조용해서 좋았습니다. 조식도 가격을 생각했을때 괜찮은 수준이었습니다. 음식 종류가 충분하지는 않았지만 음식 각자의 맛은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 주차도 건물내에 편하게 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다음 여행에도 다시 방문할 예정입니다.

Reviewed Feb 15, 2023가족과 함께 여행을 갈때 마다 라마다를 이용하는 편인데 들어가서는 좋은 느낌을 받았는데 화장실을 보는 순간 헉..... 바닥에 머리카락 욕조에 머리카락...... 실망스러웠어요. 한번도 라마다에 갔을때 그런적이 없었는데 천안 라마다는 조금 실망스러웠어요. 히터를 켜면 많이 건조해요. 가족과 함께 가거나 아이의 피부과 코가 예민하다면 가습기를 챙겨가길 추천 합니다

They need to offer food options beyond a mostly cold breakfast and if not, at least provide a microwave for guests to have hot meal options themselves. There is a cafe downstairs, but you can't eat the same thing every day and it would have been nice to have the option. I was here during winter so my lack of hot food options was more impactful.

Why don't they just offer us to eat in the breakfast restaurant that is very grand. It's the condition of Less information, lower my cost...d_mn you...the silly guest. You wifi is slower than bicycle riding, not kidding! Everything in the picture was good but...Is there any fire exit? Who dare to hoist down by your robe.Ha?
