Mooie riad met vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was proper en gezellig ingericht. De mogelijkheid tot hammam en massage was een leuk pluspunt. Hebben hier ook gebruik van gemaakt en enorm van genoten!

Kamers zijn niet zo goed geïsoleerd, je hoort veel.

It is a really beautiful riad. The hosts were very kind, made very good breakfast and were there to help us when needed. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a very calm riad, without a bar or people really swimming. We didn’t mind that. Location is in a more quite and safe spot. There is a gard. You can walk to everything from there, also in the evening. We would recommend!

Nothing really. Maybe a bar on the rooftop, were we would have gotten drinks out of a fridge or something, would be nice.

Mustafa was great. Very warm and welcoming and helpful.

The AC machine was noisy. Might need a check up as dripping noises.

Det perfekte stedet om du kommer til Marrakesh! Gåavstand til alt du ønsker å se + kjempefin takterrasse + bassenget som er perfekt når man trenger en liten pause fra varmen. Det beste var virkelig Mustafa som jobber på Riaden. Ingen andre steder kan sammenlignes med hvor godt vi ble tatt var imot og hvor behjelpsom han var. Gaten riaden ligger i har også egen vekter så det føltes veldig godt å trygt når vi kom hjem etter en lang dag. For oss var det et dyrere alternativ, men det var 100% verdt det. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake hit!

Beautiful and calm Riad in a safe, central and calm neighborhood of the Medina in Marrakech. Everything was great. Mustafa and his colleagues are very attentive to their guests and are always available to help. Tea, coffee, and breakfast were tasty and freshly made. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

O Riad é lindo, com boa conversação e limpeza. O staff atende muito bem, o Mostafa era sempre solicito a atender, orientar e ajudar no que fosse preciso.

Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado que fazia muito barulho e não nos deixava dormir, caso estivesse ligado. Além disso, tivemos problemas com o ralo do chuveiro, que o Mostafa chegou a desentupir, mas tornou a entupir em outro momento

Mustafa welcomed us upon arrival. He was very polite and gave us refreshments. He showed us a map of the medina and routes to take, activities etc. he was always happy to help and made a delicious fresh breakfast for us. The room was lovely and pool was refreshing. Housekeeping kept the room lovely and tidy as well! It was a very welcome peaceful break from the busy bustle of the souks

Lack of natural light in the room, but I guess it’s common with riads.

Zimna woda w basenie przy tych temperaturach w sierpniu była wspaniała. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje. Dobre śniadanie.

Byliśmy w sierpniu i było bardzo gorąco a klimatyzacja nie była wystarczająca w pokojach. Ale poza tym wszystko było na wysokim poziomie.

Das Personal hat uns extrem freundlich aufgenommen und wir konnten mit allen Anliegen auf Sie zukommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend und zentral gelegen.

Such a beautiful Riad! Large room, lots of different communal areas to sit in, nice rooftop terrace and the pool was great. Perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms have AC although it was still very warm at night as when we stayed as it was 43° every day. Great location. So happy we stayed here. Thank you!

De airco kon niet op standje koud dus het was rond de 26 graden, dat had van ons wel koeler gekund, maar is meer een luxeprobleem dan dat het iets zegt over deze topaccommodatie

It was very difficult to find at first because the location it shows on the maps app is incorrect, and they did not provide directions beforehand. Although the locals were very nice and showed us the way.

Das Riad hatte eine ideale Lage. Das Personal, besonders Mustafa waren jederzeit ansprechbar, eine große Hilfe. Wir haben die Gespräche mit ihm sehr genossen.

Le personnel très agréable et disponible, le calme du lieu, la situation géographique, à bonne distance de l'agitation du centre de la médina.

Habitación preciosa, espaciosa con cama grande y cómoda y a/c. Había doble lavabo en el baño. Hacían la habitación todos los días. Desayuno buenísimo, lo puedes cambiar cada día si quieres, aunque tienes que avisarles de antemano. Cómo sugerencia, yo pondría la hoja para apuntar el desayuno y la hora en la habitación del hotel y cuando vayan a limpiar que la recojan, así el huésped no tiene que ir a buscar al personal que a veces se llega tarde o no se está en la room todo el día. La ubicación es fácil de llegar y es una calle iluminada y con varios riads. Para llegar, en la principal hay tiendas de agua abiertas hasta tarde, así que perfe en cuanto a seguridad. La ubicación está lejillos de la plaza principal (12-15 minutos), aunque está cerca de la zona local y puedes ir andando a gueliz, que es la zona nueva en un cuarto de hora/20 min. La comunicación se hace por WhatsApp, Mostafa habla español e inglés perfectamente y los chicos que nos atendieron fueron siempre muy amables. La zona de la terraza está bien, con hamacas, ducha pa refrescarte y toallas en las hamacas. Además hay una haima. Nosotros cenamos un par de días allí arriba con comida que nos trajimos y muy bien. Le doy un 9 solo por el tema de la ubicación lejillos de la plaza, pero realmente el hotel es un 10 tanto por personal, limpieza, habitación amplia y disponibilidad. Mareé mucho a Mostafa para hacer excursiones que al final no hice y el muchacho fue muy paciente siempre. Tienen Transfer por 15€ a cualquier hora desde/hacia aeropuerto y excursiones varias. Te lo envían todo cuando reservas el htl por si quieres reservar tb las excursiones. Gracias!

The location is excellent for anyone wanting to explore the Souks. It’s beautiful inside and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff are really helpful, with lots of tips.

La struttura si trova in zona strategia a due passi dall’ingresso del souk ma in zona più tranquilla. Il Riad è davvero bello e la camera molto carina. La colazione super abbondante e lo staff super disponibile. Con pochi euro ci sono venuti a prendere all’aereo porto e portati direttamente in struttura.

L’unica pecca è che come in quasi tutti i locali purtroppo il pagamento è a n contanti …

Mustafa and the staff were great. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooftop was a good place to relax .

The area was a little confusing at first, but once it was explained, it was good. I liked that it was in the mrdina but away enough that it was quiet.

Gorgeous atmosphere, magnificent interiors! Feels like you stepped back into 16th century 🤩 Very nice breakfast options and dinner in the riad was absolutely amazing too!!! And much cheaper than in a proper restaurant. It was €18, great quality and a massive portion in the riad. Highly recommend to try dinner in the riad at least once! The staff was also absolutely amazing and super helpful ❤️

Nothing against that particular property but riads in general as I found out after I stayed in one can be quite unkind to a light sleeper like myself even though everyone is super quiet! Sound proofing is non-existent 😂 so bear this mind if you are on a honeymoon or smth 😜

The location, the interior. It's a very beautiful place.

the doors let a lot of noise through. So when people are talking in the inside courtyard you hear that quite well in your room. But I guess that's part of the charm.

Beautiful property. Staff were really helpful and provided a map with lots of advice of where to go and what to avoid. Location was amazing. Breakfast was excellent every morning. We stayed (2 couples) for 3 nights and we couldn’t fault it at all.

Absolute gem of a Riad. Helpfully located within the Medina but both not too crowded and nearby a main road for easy taxi/shuttle access. Comfortable rooms, relaxing environment, and a fantastic hammam experience too! The staff here were simply the best too - when my wife was struck down by food poisoning they were kind, supportive, and genuinely cared how she was tracking as well. Would plan to stay here if I’m ever lucky enough to return to Marrakech!

Die zentrale Lage macht das erreichen der Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach. Man ist sofort in der Medina und kann dort gut essen und trinken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Dachterasse zum Sonnen, sogar mit Dusche. Frühstück top, man darf vorab eine vorhandene Auswahl nutzen und bestellen, allerdings hat man dies bei uns jedesmal (3x) ignoriert. Das war es auch schon, was uns stark an den vorhandenen Bewertungen zweifeln lässt.

Wir haben viel Länder bereist und denken daher eine neutrale Bewertung hier abzugeben. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Klimaanlage, die aber entweder extrem laut ist oder ihren Dienst nicht tut. In jedem Zimmer, bei uns ( Erdgeschoss ) feuchte Wände, klar, die Luft kann nicht weg. Sobald gekocht wird im Riad, riecht es in jeder Ecke danach. Jedes Wort vom Nachbar etc. hört man, jeden Stuhl der verschoben wird, einfach alles. Die Betten oder besser Metallgestelle mit Matratze, die sehr hart und dennoch durchgelegen sind, haben uns nicht gut schlafen lassen. Man deckt sich mit einem Bettlaken zu, über das man eine Art Felldecke wirft, war auch nichts für uns. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab, was durch das Warten auf warmes Wasser,über 2 min in einer kalten Dusche mit Füßen in kaltem Wasser, eine Ewigkeit ist, bringen kein Wohlbefinden. Selbst die angebliche Reparatur brachte nichts. Die Dusche muss man in die Hand nehmen, um sich zu waschen. In ganz Marokko soll man kein Wasser aus der Leitung nutzen, aber das Riad stellt kein Wasser in Flaschen zur Verfügung, auch wieder enttäuschend. Mit dem Taxi bis zur Unterkunft geht auch nicht, dies alles führt zu dieser Einschätzung.

Our stay was great! The staff was so helpful, friendly and accommodating for us. Even sent out laundry to be cleaned and made such delicious breakfasts. We stayed 3 nights. Perfect location for walking around or getting a taxi.

La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni principali di Marrakech. Molto buona la colazione, servita e preparata sul momento ogni mattina. Personale gentilissimo e servizievole. Sempre disponibili per offrire aiuto. Utile il servizio di transfer da e per l’aeroporto, gestito direttamente da loro. Ambienti puliti, stanza pulita.

L’unico piccolo neo è che le camere sono piccoline e non hanno un sistema dí riciclaggio dell’aria efficiente, quindi l’ambiente può risultare un po’ chiuso e soffocante. È parte dell’architettura di un Riad le cui stanze affacciano sul patio interno.

El trato de Mustafa ha sido excepcional, súper atento y te explica todo minuciosamente. Todo el personal ha sido muy amable con nosotras. La ubicación del Riad es estupenda porque está cerca tanto de la Medina como de otros muchos lugares para visitar . La habitación era súper amplia y tenía calefacción y aire acondicionado lo que ha hecho que la estancia sea muy amena . Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva, espero repetir .

Lo único negativo es que la habitación olía un poco a humedad.

The Riad was central and clean.

There is a gap between the wall and the door, and all spaces in the building echoed. So when trying to be quiet we were painfully aware of every noise we made. It didn’t feel private when sound carried as much as it did.

A large rooftop terrace, the beautiful interior, the excellent and safe neighbourhood (security) and great crew. Special thanx to Mostafa for taking care of all our needs.

I felt so relaxed when in the riad. It’s a beautiful riad that is comfortable and has multiple places to relax besides your room. The staff were incredible and extremely helpful. During the day and throughout the night it was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning in my room was fantastic and the wifi was very good. The breakfast was nice and prompt. They let me choose what I wanted, if I wanted more I could have more, and I got to choose the time at which I ate. If I go back to Marrakesh, I will stay at Riad Sofia again.

Struttura curata e gestita da un personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Gli spazi sono intimi e tipici di un Riad. La colazione buona e ricca. Il Riad si trova in un quartiere con sorveglianza e sicurezza.

The staff was beyond excellent. Mustapha attended to our every need. Most importantly, he has a great sense of humor. The Riad itself is beautifully restored. They are doing work next door (and all over Marrakech) but we still enjoyed some time on the roof deck. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Riad close to everything. Mustafa and his staff made sure that we wanted for nothing. The food at the Riad was outstanding the Moroccan breakfast amazing we were treated like family not guests. Discovered a gem of a restaurant too close by recommended by Mustafa which was Flowers Terrace. Definitely our choice of this riad made our holiday magical

The staff were particularly attentive, welcoming, and very helpful for making bookings and offering suggestions etc. They really added a level of charm to our stay. It felt very safe. Lovely rooftop area to watch sunset and to read etc. We had breakfast on two mornings out of three (as we had to leave very early on the last morning). There was a lovely choice of items which were laid on our table each morning, pancakes, flat breads, sweet cake, jams, yogurt, cooked eggs, tea/coffee. All served in a very relaxing area, the central space by the pool. Location wise, it was just 10 minutes walk to the main square in the old part of the city and lots of restaurants and options all along the way, depending on the style you wanted. It is an old, historic type of building, so the room was very much in-keeping with the traditional style and furniture we aligned. Its not shinny & new, it has character throughout the buillding.

To be honest it really met all our expectations.

Very very beautiful, I’m in love with the patio and the rooftop is also really nice. The room was also very cozy and esthetic. It’s very well managed, Mustafa is very nice, available and helpful! The location is great, very quiet yet very centered, you can walk everywhere.

The noise, you can hear everything outside of the room with did not allow us to sleep so well but I guess this happens in almost all riads in Morocco
