Resolution Resort

Największym plusem było to, że hotel jest naprawdę na końcu świata, a tego mi było trzeba. Duży, fajnie urządzony pokój z wielkimi oknami na taras (choć tu mam uwagę - takie okna ze wspaniałym widokiem powinny lśnić! - do poprawy ;) Kilka razy dziennie bezpłatny transport łódeczką na plaże po drugiej stronie zatoki lub na molo w miasteczku, bardzo pomocny manager, który pomógł nam wypożyczyć porządne nowe skutery. Śniadania na fajnym tarasie z widokiem na morze.

Wielkie panoramiczne okna w pokoju z widokiem na morze powinny lśnić czystością, a były dość przykurzone i "pomazane" - w rezultacie sama je umyłam, ale nie zgłaszałam nic w recepcji. Teren jest trochę zaniedbany. Widać, że przydałoby się trochę podszkolić obsługę, że plastikowy baniak i papierki po batonach leżące na trawie to śmieci i trzeba je sprzątać. Dużą część śmiecenia pewnie zawdzięczamy małpom, które praktycznie mieszkają na terenie hotelu i dużo śmiecą, ale widziałam, że obsługa niekoniecznie kwapi się, żeby takie rzeczy sprzątać. A szkoda, bo teren jest piękny i takie zaniedbania dużo psują. Dobrego wrażenia nie robi też kupa śmieci (sądzę, że to hotelowe wysypisko) przy samym wjeździe do hotelu, oraz tuż obok suszące się ręczniki dla hotelowych gości.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel classé trois étoiles, mais notre expérience a été très décevante et surtout préoccupante en termes de sécurité. Dès notre arrivée, la chambre dégageait une forte odeur de renfermé, comme si elle n’avait pas été aérée depuis longtemps. Il y avait de la moisissure et beaucoup d’humidité. Dans la salle de bain, la clim faisait un bruit assourdissant. La télé ne fonctionnait pas des câbles traînaient dans la douche, ce qui est extrêmement dangereux, surtout avec un enfant en bas âge. Les installations sont clairement dégradées : il est interdit de jeter du papier toilette dans les toilettes, il faut utiliser la douchette uniquement ce qui rend l’usage peu hygiénique. Le plancher était en très mauvais état, au point de se casser en marchant . Ma jambe est passée à travers, ce qui m’a causé une blessure profonde. L'hotel m'a offert un repas en guise de compensation (tres leger) Mon fils de deux ans aurait pu être gravement blessé lui aussi. Cet établissement représente un réel danger pour les clients et nécessite une rénovation urgente. Le classement trois étoiles ne devrait jamais rimer avec mise en danger. J’ai essayé d’être indulgente au départ, notamment grâce à la gentillesse du personnel et de la famille présente sur place, mais après cet incident, il m’est impossible de recommander cet hôtel.

The resort is a dream, ideal for a relaxing vacation. Sunset are unreal and the care for detail is everywhere. The staff is super kind and helpful for moving around the island or everything the guests need.

Мы жили в уютном, современном номере с джакузи на балконе. Понравилось уединение, красивые виды и великолепная природа вокруг. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Завтрак - несколько вариантов на выбор по меню. Без личного транспорта в отель сложно добраться, но для нас это скорее плюс.

- la chambre que nous avons occupée manquait d'équipements modernes (sèche-cheveux, TV connectée, coffre-fort inopérant...) - le jardin manquait d'entretien - personnel pas toujours réactif

Perfect way to spend our last night on Koh Chang, amazing views, staff that go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay, there’s a free boat service to take you over to the pier with the nearest 7-eleven so you can get your essentials to enjoy your night, and great selection of good quality food. Highly recommend if you’re on Koh Chang.

Beautiful views across to Bang Boa, there is a little boat that takes you to the pier and local beach. Food is good and staff helpful. Very peaceful and pools lovely

The location is quite far from shops etc so you can’t walk there especially at night, lacking facilities in the room like a mirror in the bedroom, there’s one only in bathroom which had no extractor fan so very hot/ steamed up. The staff very friendly and helpful, but they struggle to understand english but they will call the owner who could.

Helaas weinig. Het was enorm gehorig. Mensen houden geen rekening met elkaar. Staff is lief, maar kan je uiteindelijk ook niet helpen. Het bed ligt enorm hard en we hebben de hele nacht naar de buren zitten luisteren. Moeilijk pad wat omhoog loopt en het ontbijt viel tegen.

Alles, het was vies, hard bed, gebouwen zijn oud en vervallen. Het bad zat vol met beestjes en er zijn meerdere hornets nesten. Op de bedjes ligt schimmel en het rook behoorlijk muf.

Die gesamte Anlage ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kühlschrank hat übelst gestunken und war extrem dreckig. die Anlage ist sehr abgelegen und ungepflegt. nachts ist es ohne Taschenlampe nicht möglich durch die Anlage zu laufen. zum Schluss wurde das Zimmer gecheckt und wir mussten wegen winziger Blutflecken (Mückenstiche) das Laken und das Kopfkissen bezahlen. sowas geht beim Waschen leicht raus und hier wurde nur Kasse gemacht. eine absolute Frechheit war das. umgerechnet haben die uns 100€ dafür. wir würden niemanden raten diese Anlage zu buchen. The entire complex is very run-down. The refrigerator smelled awful and was extremely dirty. The complex is very remote and poorly maintained. It's impossible to walk around at night without a flashlight. Finally, the room was checked, and we were charged for the sheet and pillow because of tiny bloodstains (mosquito bites). These stains easily come out in the laundry,and they were just trying to make a quick buck. It was an absolute outrage. They charged us the equivalent of €100 for it. We would not recommend booking this place to anyone.

Stunning location, a bike is a must if you like to get out & about , they do offer a free boat over to neighbouring beach & free kayak , there is a small private beach but tide does what it does and come in , staff were very helpful & friendly , lovely looking room bed comfortable

Could do with a refurb in a some areas , a few ants in the room (but they did build on there location so….🤷🏽‍♀️, can’t always be helped , overall I would stay here again

A saját partszakasz nem volt kiváló,hajóval vittek át a túlpartra fürdeni. Messzire van lakott helyektől. A szomszédaink nagyon zajosak voltak.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön. Trotz der Lage gibt es einen Bootstransfer, der einen problemlos an das Pier oder zum Rollerverleih an den anderen Strand bringt. Da man die Lage vorher auf Booking sieht, sollte man wissen wo man untergebracht ist. Für den Preis alles i.O.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten und nicht besonders.

Super location. Direkt am Strand, perfekt um am Abend entlang zu spazieren. Coctailbar direkt im Pool- mit happy hour 😀

Zimmer war nicht so schön wie beschrieben, obwohl höhere Klasse gebucht. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist recht laut.

Das Resolution Resort ist ein drei Sterne Hotel, dass die drei Sterne absolut verdient und meine Bewertung von zehn jedenfalls. Wer ist ruhig und ursprünglich mag ist hier genau richtig.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einer Badewanne auf der Terrasse ein Traum der Ausblick auf das Pier Bang Po! Schöner Pool auf der Rezeption ein Whirlpool mit Mega Ausblick sehr ruhige Anlage sehr nettes Personal! Mister Die der die Rezeption leitet löst alle Probleme ist immer da sehr freundlich ich komme wieder

Die Lage am Ende der Bucht war gut. Restaurant und Personal sehr gut und hilfsbereit.

Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Überall fehlt eine ordnende Hand.

Very friendly staff, helpful and very good service. Beautiful view and good hide out, They offer a free boat shuttle to the quai market and sand beach across the bax 4 times a day, which is much faster than driving.

I would kindly consider to add separators on the balconies to provide more privacy. With next refurbishment maybe improve sliding door with better soundproof windows? Breakfast was served with love and kindness, I only would maybe consider a choice of more fresh (warm) veggies, and a little jam and fruit buffet. Thank you for the nice stay

Entspricht absolut nicht den Fotos auf Booking!! Das war vor 10 Jahren vielleicht mal schön! Keine Lüftung im Badezimmer, kein Save für Wertsachen. Regelmäßiger Besuch von Affen auf der Anlage. Dreckige Bettlaken. Alles marode und renovierungsbedürftig. Personal gelangweilt und demotiviert. Überteuertes Essen und es wird eine Service - Gebühr aufgeschlagen. Ohne Roller ist man da „am Ende der Welt“. Anreise dort hin wie bei „walking dead“. Viele Zimmer mit Schimmel oder vermüllt von den Angestellten.

Die Unterkunft war sehr abgelegen vondaher sehr ruhig, was uns persönlich aber gefallen hat. Man konnte jeden Tag mit einem Boot welches zur Anlage gehörte zum gegenüberliegenden beach fahren oder zum Markt.

Wenn man unter Menschen wollte oder Restaurants besuchen, musste man sich einen Roller mieten oder mit Taxi fahren, ansonsten ist man ziemlich abgeschirmt.

Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber nicht übermotiviert. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Das Bett war eine einzige Katastrophe. Die Matratze uralt, auch der Rest der Ausstattung sollte ausgetauscht werden. Die Anlage war sehr dreckig. Überall lagen Blätter und Äste herum hinter den Gebäuden lag allerlei Unrat in der Rezeption war es unordentlich defekte Tastatur etc.

Wg mnie lepiej byłoby gdyby w restauracji leciała lokalna muzyka.

Nichts wir sind sofort wieder abgereist.

Das Zimmer war nicht annähernd wie auf den Bildern es war dreckig, schimmelig aufgequollen und der Türgriff war nicht mal fest. Mit aber auch ohne Kind nicht zumutbar und komplett falsch dargestellt. Treppen zum „dachpool“ komplett morsch. Alles andere drumherum auch sehr dreckig und wie auf einer Müllhalde/Schrotthalde

De ne pouvoir rester plus longtemps.....et de lire des commentaires à mon goût déplacés comme : Les routes sont étroites : bah oui nous sommes sur une presqu'île donc c'est ce qui fait le charme!oui c'est un peu loin du centre mais ce pourquoi c'est calme et il y a la petite navette qui va jusqu'au port! Et oui depuis la COVID, beaucoup d'établissement souffrent du manque de clients et ce n'est pas facile pour entretenir les bâtiments....mais je pense qu'ils faut être compréhensifs.

Nice little Resort for a short stay. Very good breakfast and the boat shuttle to the village and a nice beach is very convenient.

The bungalows with garden terrace are a bit old. It smelled a little bit inside and the bed was very hard. Some renovation would be good. There is a beach, but the tide was too high to use it.

A great place to go if you are looking for peace & quiet & do not want to leave to resort. The staff are excellent. Car or motorbike needed if you don’t want to stay at the resort all of the time.

There are no restaurants (other than the hotel) within walking distance. The boat over to the pier or the beach leaves at 10am, 1pm, 3pm & 5pm. There is no boat to return to the resort after 5.10pm which means you have to get a taxi back if you want to go out in the evening. A taxi is hard to get. Maintenance is required in a few areas. The steps to get on the boat are dangerous.

Staff seemed to disregard sewer smell in bathroom as normal, which is typical for many southeast Asian countries with substandard plumbing venting. We covered shower drain and kept bathroom door closed to minimize smell

Als je echt even helemaal wil ontspannen is dit resort perfect. Het heeft een schitterende locatie buiten de toeristencentra en de staff doet alles om het je naar de zin te maken.

Absolument tout était merveilleux ! La vue, la baignoire sur le balcon, le petit bateau privé qui nous amenait sur la jetée ou sur la plage en face de l'hôtel plusieurs fois par jour. Mention spéciale au personnel qui a été d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et super arrangeant en toute circonstance, toujours souriant en plus de ça.

De rust en het mooie uitzicht, kleinschalig hotel. Prima ontbijt en avondmaaltijd. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ligt afgelegen maar met een scooter ben je met 6 minuten op de pier en de restaurants. De boot brengt en haalt je op naar een heel leuk en gemoedelijk strand, dat niet overvol is.

Er lopen soms apen rond, deze lopen je gelukkig voorbij zolang je ze geen eten geeft.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die zuvorkommende Art des Personals. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und es bestand immer ein großes Interesse an unserem Wohlergehen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab immer frisches Obst. Wir bekamen gute Unterstützung bei unseren Unternehmungen. Die Lage von Restaurant und Frühstücksraum als überdachte Terrasse mittten in den Mangroven hatte etwas Besonderes. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen und kann es nur empfehlen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer Bucht gegenüber einem sehr schönen Strand. Das Hotel bietet eine kostenlosen Shuttle- Service mit dem Boot zu Strand und Pier, dadurch ist man schneller als mit dem Auto.

Da fällt mir nich viel ein. Die Anfahrt mit dem eigenen Pkw dauerte länger als erwartet und die Zubringerstraße zum Hotel war relativ schmal.

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Anlage hat Potential, ist aber leider (gerade durch den Tourismus Abfall der Corona Zeit vermutlich) am “lonely end” ziemlich abgelegen. Ohne Roller quasi keine Chance. Ansonsten könnte, bis auf die Zimmer (wir hatten eins mit Badewanne auf dem Balkon) die waren recht modern und schick eingerichtet, mal dringend überholt werden.

Allgemeiner Zustand des Resorts. Lage war nicht optimal. Resort Friedhof “lost Place” auf dem Weg zum Resort, ganz interessant zu sehen, dennoch crazy.

Hotelli oli upea ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittavat asiat hyvään lomaan. Uima-allas ja meri tarjosi hyvät uintimahdollisuudet, hotellin ravintolalta sai erinomaista ruokaa sekä juotavaa. Hotelli järjesti myös hyvin mm. sukellusreissut, skootterit sekä kuljetukset kohtuulliseen hintaan.

Kaukana erilaisista kaupoista/palveluista, mutta rauhallinen sijainti.

Le calme et le personnel très gentil

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme qui règne sur place, idéal pour vraiment se ressourcer. La vue sur la baie est superbe et apporte une vraie sensation d’évasion. C’est un cadre qui invite à la détente du matin au soir.

L’aspect négligé des extérieurs, le manque de rangement dans la chambre ainsi que le manque de considération du personnel, surtout pour un séjour de 12 nuits ce qui est loin d’être courant à Koh Chang sont les points que nous n’avons pas appréciés. De plus, le site internet indique que des navettes gratuites avec le bateau de l’hôtel sont disponibles pour rejoindre une plage de la baie ainsi que le port. Or, le bateau est hors service depuis certainement très longtemps, vu l’état dans lequel il se trouve.

Très jolie piscine, une cuisine délicieuse, chambre, confortable, avec une magnifique vue et une belle terrasse. un personnel très à l’écoute.

Il reste des chambres à rénover, mais celles qui le sont sont parfaites. Dommage que l’arrivée par la route ne sois pas dans le cadre de l’hôtel. Beaucoup de déchets. Je pense que c’est le problème essentiel des îles…

The room was possibly the best we ve had during a month in thailand. It was a good size with character. Good size balcony with a hot tub. Monkeys on our balcony in the morning quite a site, with big hornbill birds in the trees.

Where to start. The location at the very bottom of the island not the best. You have to endure treacherous roads to get there which turns into a single lane track with an abondoned holiday site next door. Our room had adjoining door to next appartment with a noisy couple so annoying. Breakfast was acceptable but basic. The villa was lovely, sadly area has been left to rot , it was an experience for a couple of nights however we are now further up the island nearer the towns which we ve found bettee for our needs. If your after quite isolation this would be ideal.
