Zufahrt zum Hotel ist möglich ausserhalb der Stosszeiten. Der Parkplatz in einer nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage ist gut. Tickets direkt im Hotel. Preis ok. Erstaunlich ruhig trotz der Strasse nebenan.

There are lots of hotels near the train station, but this is one of the best. Clean and modern, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for a stopover or for exploring the port of Genoa

Very close to the station and main points in the city, room was clean and comfy and amenities were okay, although a coffee machine would’ve been great.

Mitten in der Stadt, sehr vieles fussläufig erreichbar. Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, Klimaanlage, Parkplatz, Mitarbeiter sehr nett

Da es direkt am Bahnhof ist entsprechendes Klientel und Schmutz, Parkplatz ist in der Tiefgarage ca.300 Meter entfernt und kostet 15€, Frühstück nun ja, nur abgepackte Sachen und Toast. Klar in Italien ist das Frühstück süß aber da hab ich schon besseres gesehen

la proximité avec la gare centrale 2mm a pied, la propreté de la chambre et le confort, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix. on a pu prendre le petit déjeuner a 6h45( bien) alors qu'il était servi a partir de 7h30. on a passer une nuit calme mais certaines chambres sont situées sur un boulevard plutot passant (comme tout les hotels dans le quartier)

l'hotel est situé dans un quartier plutot sale et pas forcement bien fréquenté surtout le soir. mais c'est tout le quartier qui est concerné, c'est normal c'est un ancien quartier près du port

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis dès notre arrivée. Toute l’équipe s’est montrée d’une grande gentillesse, très professionnelle et toujours disponible pour nous aider. L’hôtel est très propre, confortable et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c’est la bienveillance et la disponibilité de toute l’équipe. Ils sont toujours souriants, attentionnés et prêts à rendre service avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil exceptionnel et cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

For the price, everything was more than perfect. I was able to park my car very close to the hotel and I had to only walk across the street to catch my train.

Posizione a due passi dalla stazione di Piazza Principe, capolinea treni, metro e bus. Comunque si raggiungono facilmente a piedi Acquario e centro storico. Camera spaziosa per la categoria, pulitissima, arredi nuovi, ben climatizzata. e insonorizzata (a finestre chiuse), dotazione completa anche di frigobar con possibilità di ordinazione dal bar. Colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità sia dolci che salati, caffetteria servita al tavolo in ambiente confortevole. Accoglienza impeccabile, reception disponibile dalle 7.00 all'1.00, è possibile lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out, molto gradite le informazioni turistiche su cosa vedere (e dove non passare...) in città.

Nella parure da bagno mancavano le salviette ospiti, sempre in bagno si sentiva la mancanza di qualche mensola e lo specchio era leggermente usurato.

La propreté / la rapidité et l'accueil - l'emplacement

My 14-year-old son and I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Hotel Chopin on Saturday, August 1st, 2026, during our visit to the beautiful city of Genoa. The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk from the main railway station, the central bus terminals, and the Christopher Columbus monument. The hotel has a secure entrance and elevator, and our room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, and especially in the bathroom, was outstanding. The large bathroom window provided excellent ventilation. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to enjoy a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Breakfast was also very satisfying, with all the essentials and a little more — everything we needed to start the day well. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely choose Hotel Chopin again when we return to Genoa. However, what truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality and warmth of the receptionist, Mr. Talleh. Mr. Talleh is an incredibly kind, welcoming and highly professional person. After many years of travelling around Europe, both for business and leisure, I can honestly say that he is one of the finest hotel professionals I have ever met. The owners and management of Hotel Chopin are truly fortunate to have such an employee. It is obvious that he genuinely loves his work and takes care of the hotel as if it were his own. Congratulations on having such a wonderful member of staff, and thank you, Mr. Talleh, for making our stay so pleasant and memorable! Highly recommended!

Ubicado frente a la estación Piazza Príncipe, lo que permite una excelente conectividad con la ciudad a través de trenes, metro y buses. Habitación amplia, cómoda y funcional, con TV, aire acondicionado, frigobar, escritorio y armario. Wifi de buena señal. Desayuno variado con productos frescos y de calidad. Personal súper atento y servicial.

Välstädat och stort. Bra pris. Bra frukost där det görs espresso/cappucino vartefter av personalen, lyxigt. En riktigt bra restaurang intill där de gör den godaste pasta med pesto Genovese, som förstås måste ätas i Genua😘

Atención, limpieza y ubicación

Posizione strategica per chi vuole stare al centro di Genova. L'unica peca è il parcheggio.. essendo in centro città non è consigliabile lasciare la macchina ovunque.. quindi, l'albergo dispone di una "convenzione" con parcheggi della ferrovia dello stato, ovviamente a pagamento. La colazione a buffet, super abbondante e ricca! Il personale diaponibile e gentile. Un grazie speciale a Matteo per la sua gentilezza e simpatia!! Come diceva la mia piccola figlia, un 2 stelle che merita 3 stelle!! :)

I had a cancelled booking at a nearby place and was able to book this at the last minute. It was a wonderful surprise with excellent staff, great a/c, and comfy beds.

In de omschrijving stond dat het hotel dichtbij de haven was. Lopend met de bagage vanaf de veerbootterminal was het meer dan een uur. Het was misschien dichtbij met de auto maar lopend dus niet.

The staff members are very polite and kind, and they also provide guidance on tours and activities in the city. A perfef check in an check out,flexible regarding the schedules. The breakfast us also good .

Excellent location by the main train station. Lovely personal, especially Barbara and Mateo with whom I most spoke. They were both very helpful, competent, and kind. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Stayed for one night, arrived late in the evening and left early next morning. The hotel is right next to the train station. They were very welcoming and even put up with our two dirty bikes. The room was quite spacious, everything was clean. They even made breakfast a bit earlier for us.

Staff are very friendly the room compact clean

I can only say for mu room, but the bathroom was big as the main room. For me this wasn't an issue

We were quite surprised when we saw the neighbourhood. But the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was huge and very clean .the parking was 200 meter down the road but we were able to park in front to unload and pick up our luggage.

What fantastic staff so very very helpful. I was very surprised at the size of the room how big it was and very clean

Chi ci ha accolti si è premurato di darci indicazioni utili per la visita della città. Ineccepibile la pulizia della camera. Prima colazione ricca e con prodotti genuini.

Super Lage ,fußläufig 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Da ich morgens schon um 7 Uhr los musste bekam ich abends noch ein Lunch Paket und morgens sogar noch einen Kaffee. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und ein super Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Hotel muy cómodo y acogedor, enfrente de la estación central, muy cerca del antico porto y un paseo agradable hasta el centro, el personal amabilisimo, nos ayudó, nos informó como movernos, sitios para compras y para comer, si vuelvo a Génova seguro que vuelvo al hotel chopin, el desayuno muy completo, la limpieza de la habitación impecable

Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain. Le quartier n’est franchement pas rassurant de nuit mais il n’y a pas très loin à faire pour se rendre à l’hôtel depuis la gare.

Great location

The size of the room was excellent for a double. Everything was clean. The staff were very nice, both for check in and check out. The hotel was only a five minute walk from the train station. Soundproofing was very good.

The toilet woke me up. The system needed filling up. There was no noise when I went to bed. You just had to press the flush again to stop the noise but was annoying first thing in the morning. I struggled to find a good supermarket nearby. Maybe there is one somewhere.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I've got good advice about the area and the eating possibilities. They also offered the possibility to leave some luggage after check-out. The hotel is close by the Genova Piazza Principe railway station, metro and bus hub. The room was simple, but had all that is necessary and a view to the port. The breakfast was good.

Not a complaint, but a remark - the parking of the hotel is actually the public underground parking of Genova Piazza Principe railway station, 5-10 min walk from the hotel. You may park directly there on arrival. The hotel offers discounted daily rate,

Stanza e bagno ampi e puliti. Personale gentilissimo. Buona colazione. Ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla Stazione Principe e al Porto Antico. A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Obsługa była bardzo pomocna. Odpowiadali na każde nasze pytanie. Doradzali co warto zwiedzić, jak tam dojechać, gdzie warto zjeść. Hotel mieści się blisko stacji kolejowej i starego miasta.

Nahe am Bahnhof, unkompliziertes Check-in. Grosses Zimmer, sauber und für eine Nacht (mussten früh zum Bahnhof) ideal.
