Breakfast Was Very good. But Overall very very good place. Sufficient toileteries provided. Staff is very courteous. But reception should have provided invoice after payment. Need the invoice. If they can get in touch with me for it will be nice or send it to my phone.

The bathrooms need maintenance. No hangers or points to hang clothes/Towel in the Bathroom. Commode lid was very very loose. Old Bedcovers with holes should be removed.

Excellent stay at Veronica Hotel, Baroda. Special appreciation to Mr. Negi at the reception for his courteous behaviour, support, and warm hospitality throughout the stay. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the best parts is that the hotel offers such good quality rooms at a very economical price. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Rating: 4.9/5

My parents stayed at veronica hotel, they were very happy with manager and staff - they helped them with all necessity, breakfast was amazing and ambience too. Strongly recommend stay at veronica hotel, will visit it in future too.

Le camere sono accoglienti e spaziose, con ventilatore ed aria condizionata e soprattutto molto luminose. Lo staff è gentilissimo e anche il ristorante offre buonissimi piatti vegetariani.

Il bagno ha una perdita d' acqua che proviene dal lavandino. A parte questo, niente da ridire.

Our bathroom was very old,

Mr. Lalit Negi, the Front Office Manager, was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm approach made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Truly a gentleman who goes above and beyond for guests.

While the service was excellent, I was not fully satisfied with the room size and the overall location. These aspects could have been better.

Good value for money as the property offers last minute online deals. Professional and supporting staff. Good breakfast served and the guy managing breakfast was caring towards our need. Clean and well maintained.

Nearby area has a open fish and meat market which smells awful. Nothing wrong with the property though.

Staff Mr. Lalit Negi is an arrogant and ill-mannered staff. Was questioning my stay on Day 1 asking that I have only single occupancy. Without doing his homework of checking he stopped me and my father from going to my room with questioning mind as if we are fraudsters. The Veronica hotel charges Rs. 800 for losing that 50rs plastic card. I showed them multiple vendors in Vadodara making cards at 50rs but they were arrogant and was like it cost us Rs 400 etc etc. Very horrible stay. Will never ever recommend to anyone.

Staff was well trained and ready to help always and also tasty Dinner as well as breakfast.

Sorry to say but I don't like the room size, Visibility of room, Faced low light issue, Required maintenance of Bathrooms.

The approach to the hotel is bad. Rooms are okish bit clumsy. shower was broken. No hot water (only slight lukewarm water).

Extremely courteous ,warm and friendly staff. Very helpful . They go out of the way to help you. Special mention of Mr. Joshi,Mr. Negi and the person from Uttarakhand who looked after breakfast and restaurant ( Sorry, don't know his name)

As from starting , the entrance was very good and clean , front office staff was very humble and very friendly nature , also loved it breakfast + dinner was too delicious 😋 , the room was exactly comfortable , neat & clean & one of the best thing was soft instrumental music in the morning it's make mind very peaceful & relaxing highly recommend this hotel loved it ❤️👍🏻

All good, staff friendly and helpful, location ok, good breakfast buffet & dinner also good. Room was a decent size and had android tv, which took a bit of setting up but worked. Bottled water, tea & coffee provided in the room.

Some maintenance needed in bathroom, rotten door frames with big holes.

We booked a deal which made it very good value for money. Staff was friendly, room was nice. Bed seemed clean and tea, toiletries (even toilet paper), etc. were provided. Room had also a chair and table to sit and you could order food from the restaurant. They do accept foreigners and were friendly.

Could've been a tad cleaner, especially bathroom. Still for Indian standards, it was okayish.

They charge me extra even if chek in at 9:30 Am that’s not a good sign . Rupee 400 and they also take 2.5% extra by themselves if you pay by the credit card. Thats not seems to be fair

Very poor and worst. Not recommended for stay.. Very poor behaviour specially when you booked online. Requested to everyone please do not recommend for this hotel. Eminities are not available which showed in online booking . Not appropriate when you are with family. Food quality is very low graded.
