Reviewed Aug 26, 2026El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, ya que se encuentra alejado del bullicio de los bares y restaurantes del centro, lo que permite descansar con tranquilidad. La habitación, aunque algo antigua, cumple con su función.
La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque sí un ventilador. El problema es que, si abres la ventana para refrescar la habitación, entran bastantes mosquitos; sería recomendable instalar mosquiteras. Por otro lado, el patio está bastante descuidado y sucio y no se corresponde con el aspecto que muestran las fotografías.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La struttura è molto carina e pulita, la posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro storico di Santiago. Nelle vicinanze si trova qualsiasi servizio (lavanderia, supermercato, ristoranti, fermata autobus, ecc.) I proprietari hanno risposto subito ai nostri dubbi. È stato facile accedere all'hotel e alla nostra stanza tramite il self check-in.
Prezzi un po' alti ma purtroppo è la "media" della stagione

C’era un po’ di odore di candeggina all’arrivo. E’ girata qualche zanzarina perché abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte. Ma direi un dettaglio.

Bus to & from the airport costs only €1 per person & stops right by the hotel both ways, brilliant value
A fridge in the room to have cold drinks as the weather was 31'degrees, also having no Air conditioning but we did have a fan !

The old pillows and mattress . I caught bed bugs here , don't suggest this hotel as it's very basic per 1 star rating . Room 102 needs a new mattress and pillows - at least for a 1 start they should be the best quality ! Staff did change the linen & said they didn't see bed bugs . Of course not as they only appear at night & they are usually on the side of the mattress depends on their grow stage too. It was super noisy from the traffic and there is no aircon so window needs to be opened .

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Lovely warm welcome from the lady on reception. I had reserved the single room which was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
I think the location was a little far from the centre. Whilst the room had a plug in fan, I was astonished that the hotel room did not have air conditioning. The temperature averaged 29° to 31° for the weekend i was there and therefore the room was rather stuffy. Yes I could open the window for extra ventilation but there was traffic noise on the road outside. Breakfast was not included in the price but was an extra 10€. I chose to eat breakfast in a cafe. After all the hostels I had stayed in, sadly I don't think this offered good value for money.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Hidden gem! This is a lovely little hotel in a very convenient location--an easy walk to the Centro Historico/cathedral complex, but not a congested or noisy neighborhood. We stayed in room 301 which was a spacious loft and felt very private. It was a warm day but the hotel provided fans and with them, we found that shutting up the skylight windows completely in the morning kept the room temperature manageable all day. The breakfast was a typical Spanish breakfast with ham and cheese, (also yogurt and oatmeal were available) and we enjoyed it in the quiet and pleasant courtyard. Bea is so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to be in Santiago de Compostela!

Lo único que nos dijeron “ya he dado el parte, os puedo subir unas toallas” No llegamos a encharcar el baño pero teníamos que esperar entre 30-20 minutos a que el agua bajara. Para nuestra sorpresa no vinieron a arreglarlo, ni nos ofrecieron otra habitación ni nada. Por la noche nos pasó exactamente lo mismo y por la mañana también. Sinceramente estás pagando por tener un mínimo en las instalaciones, y es que el desagüe funcione. Aparte la habitación estaba con muchísimo polvo en la parte del cabecero de la cama. Y el desayuno ya ni te cuento, decepcionante, hay 3 cosas para elegir.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026It was a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral after ending my Camino trail and uphill. My Google maps led me up many stairs which wasn't easy but when I got there, and managed to work out the code etc to enter, it was lovely. A nice Reception area, lovely welcome from the manager, a lift and they had put my heavy backpack in my room for me. Her English was really good and she was so helpful with taxi and bus info if I needed it on departure.
The street was noisy to I had to shut all the windows and the fan didn't work.

Der Pool hatte leider kein Wasser . Beschrieben war es anders . Das Hotel war nicht in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße sondern an der Hauptverkehrsstraße . Unser Bett war 1,40 m und war abfällig sodass man dachte man fällt raus.Wir konnten kaum schlafen da es die Hauptverkehrsstraße war . Das Frühstück ging so , die Wurst stand ewig offen und sah nicht mehr schön aus . Ein Deckel wäre angebracht.

Der Pool auf den Fotos ist kein Pool und hatte bei meinem Aufenthalt auch kein Wasser. Das Hotel ist gut aber auch nicht so besonders, wie ich erwartet hatte. Vom Bahnhof aus läuft man gut eine halbe Stunde den Berg hoch, da wäre für mich ein anderes Hotel näher praktischer gewesen aber das war mein eigenes verschulden. Die Inhaberin spricht deutsch - für wen das relevant ist - und ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Clean, modern, bright and comfortable. Exceptionally kind and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Very very clean. Right on the Camino. The breakfast, with brewed coffee, homemade jams and yogurt was a nice surprise and included with the price of the room. Despite its location in the middle of Santiago, very quiet and we got a great nights sleep. A great way to finish the adventure! Would absolutely stay here again.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Super Lage. Die Altstadt erreicht man in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß, einfach die Straße geradeaus hinunter. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße, das Zimmer war dennoch ruhig. Praktisch für Pilger: Ein Waschsalon befindet sich direkt um die Ecke, ein Supermarkt nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet für 10 Euro pro Person war absolut in Ordnung. Das eigentliche Highlight ist jedoch das Personal: eine echte One-Woman-Show. Polyglott – Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch und selbstverständlich Spanisch. Stets freundlich, schnell in der Kommunikation und sehr hilfsbereit. Ausgezeichnet!
