È segnato parcheggio privato, ma non c’era. Vicino alla struttura c’è un parcheggio a pagamento, anche per le moto

Karim est un homme remarquable et très professionnel.

Excelente sitio. Muy céntrico y de fácil acceso a cualquier parte turística . Muy amable la atención de los que están ahí. Habitaciones y baños impecables. Muy hospitalario.

El desayuno puede mejorar con unos huevos o una fruta. Ponen mermeladas y distintos panes y café.

Near Medina but in side streed by the rampart, close to El Bahia palace A lot of restaurants around and very close to old bazar streets , ok for cars going near by. We liked terrace and simple decorations of the room.

It was bit noisy, we slept with open windows and until 2am it was busy in the streets

Un bel Riad in una buona posizione ai confini della Medina, lo staff veramente eccellente e molto disponibile, molto carina la terrazza, letto grande, molto simpatico il bagno dentro la porta dell'armadio, buona colazione.

La camera è piuttosto angusta, sarebbero da evitare il tavolino ed i piccoli sgabelli ai piedi del letto che non fanno altro che ridurre ancora lo spazio. Stesso discorso per il bagno, decisamente piccolo, ho sbattuto la testa diverse volte nelle mensole (a mio avviso inutili), inoltre la pressione dell'acqua della doccia era molto bassa, e il water sembrava rischiare di spaccarsi ogni volta che ci sedevamo. La connessione wifi in terrazza non andava quasi mai.

El sitio es precioso, tanto el patio, como la terraza o la habitación me han encantado. La ubicación es muy buena y se puede ir andando a la mayoría de los sitios. La atención del personal es impecable y están atentos a todos los detalles para que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. El desayuno se sirve en el patio y es abundante y rico.

La habitación en la que estuve está en la terraza y se oye mucho el ruido de la calle. Para mí no fue un problema, ya que duermo bien y no me alteró el sueño.

Es bonito, con encanto y muy limpio. Ubicación inmejorable. Volveré a Marrakech e indudablemente repetiremos el sitio.

What an amazing and unusual place this Riad is! From a hardly noticeable door in a small street right off a busy medina you get into a tranquility and beauty of previous centuries! All staff is friendly and helpful, always there for you whatever you need: advises on the tours and places to see and eat in, small requests, etc.. room is very comfortable, beds are amazing! You can easily regulate temperature inside, even when it’s cold in Riad itself. All attractions of Marrakesh are just a short walk away - or a cheap taxi.

Inward-facing windows make you exposed to any noise in the courtyard, you might need earplugs to sleep if you go to bed earlier than 11-12 at night, and want to sleep past 8 am. It’s not a big thing, but one needs to be ready for that. We did face a no-hot-water issue in our last day due too many people getting ready in the morning at the same time (group of 20 people, which is rare). Might need to be mindful about getting your show as early as possible. Check in/check out times on Bookjng.com are misleading, as they only mean - if there is an opportunity. Official check -in - post 15:00, but we were lucky to get in around 1 pm. Was uncomfortable on departure, as we were expecting to vacate the room at 15:00, as per Booking.com information, but were told to do that by 11 am. Yes, you can sit in the lobby and keep your stuff there, but I’d prefer to know that in advance.

Le Riad est très bien situé pour les visites.L’établissement est propre, confortable, le repas et petits déjeuners copieux et différents.

Lage super zentral. Personal sehr freundlich.

Zimmer im EG direkt neben Aufenthaltsraum/Frühstückraum, dadurch nicht sehr ruhig. Wenig Lüftungsmlglichkeit.

L’accueil avec le thé et pâtisserie offert, nous partions de très bon heure et nous avons eu malgré tout le petit déjeuner servi par un jeune homme serviable et sympathique.

Il faudrait revoir les petites choses cassées.

L'emplacement, l'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, le petit-déjeûner, la chambre spacieuse, la décoration du riad, la gentillesse, les conseils, la bienveillance... ❤️

Un accueil chaleureux et un bon petit déjeuner...propre...merci à Karim et à toute l équipe...situation proche des taxis...

Le bruit de la climatisation ainsi que parfois le bruit des autres occupants ...le riad étant un petit riad...manque de rangement.

La estancia fue espectacular, en nuestra llegada nos recibieron con un té antes de asignarnos nuestra habitación. Los desayunos son espectaculares, con una gran variedad, aportando cada día algo nuevo. Nuestra habitación situada en la última planta tenía mucha luz y disponía de aire acondicionado, que con la calor que hacía se agradecía. El personal en todo momento se han mostrado disponibles para ayudar con las actividades, excursiones o transfers. No hay palabras para describir a todo el personal del Riad, nosotras tratamos más con Karim, una persona muy amable y predispuesta en ayudar en todo, sin duda, la estancia no hubiera sido igual sin su ayuda. Sin duda, una experiencia 100% recomendable. Volveremos!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce magnifique riad. Toute l'equipe était aux petits soins pour nous et toujours avec le sourire. Ils sont présents et bienveillants. Le petit déjeuner marocain est excellent. La literie était top.

The room was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail – cozy, and very clean. A highlight was the lovely rooftop terrace with a comfortable seating area to relax. The hosts were fantastic and flexible, even offering breakfast earlier than usual. The location was excellent.

The only minor downside: the “private parking” turned out to be public parking, which was a bit misleading but could be managed with the directions shared by the hotel staff.

De Riad ligt aan de zuidelijke rand van de Medina en is qua ligging perfect. Bijna naast palais El Badiî en op loopafstand van het plein Jemaa el fna. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een bewaakte parkeerplaats op 3 min. Loopafstand. Kamer was voorzien van goede airco (nodig bij 38 graden) en douche was prima.

Location is in a busy and noisy part of town so very convenient, but not very quiet.

Everything was great! The riad is situated close to many places of interest. When you enter the door you find yourself in a real palace! Everything looks so beautiful! The breakfast were splendid but soo big! :) All the staff was really friendly and helpful with all our questions! Big thanks to Meryem for a very warm meeting! 🥰

We were in a great room, only the water pressure in the shower was unfortunately very weak otherwise everything was great.

A nice, small hotel in the heart of Marrakech, perfect for exploring the medina. We had to leave before breakfast time, but they kindly packed a to-go breakfast for us.

Driving to the hotel and parking in the nearby lot was a bit stressful for someone coming from Europe.

Street located on was a little rough. Also, whilst it did not present an issue we would have preferred to have a front door key rather than knock when we returned. Our room was over the front door so we were disturbed quite often when other guests returned

The property is in a great location, two minutes walking to El Badi palace and close to many amenities. The room is spacious, clean, the bed is comfy and the bathroom is great. I would 100% recommend!!!

This is such a small thing but ended up bringing a very bad experience: you get no key for the outside door to the building. You are expected to KNOCK the main door and wait for someone to open. One night we decided to go for some drinks at the main square, I told the guy in reception and I arrived at 1 a.m. I was knocking for over 20 min , phoned the reception (without answer) and desperate I gave a loud knock that I bet woke up the whole neighbourhood (sorry to those that I most certainly woke up). I felt honestly unsafe that I could have been left to sleep outside.

The place has a great location, the decor is very authentic, the staff is super nice, flexible and helpful, the place is clean and the rooftop terrace is very cozy

There was no window, the streets were a bit noisy and the breakfast was a bit small and too sweet for my taste. (Mostly jams, Nutella, honey was offered with local bread)

We were with two kids and we cannot sleep all in on roof. Rules allowed only 3 persons per room. Sound proof not so good.

The location was good, room was clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating especially when I had to leave early - they serve my breakfast earlier. Will definitely book here again!

I recently stayed at Riad El Walida from January 11 to 14, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience! She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Always available and incredibly attentive, Meryem arranged all our excursions seamlessly and provided excellent suggestions that made our trip even more enjoyable. Her warm hospitality and willingness to help were unmatched, and she truly made us feel at home. I highly recommend Riad El Walida to anyone visiting the area. Kind helpful staff, gorgeous spacious characterful room with spacious super well equipped bathroom. Charming Riad with much character and traditional details. Slightly noisy being near a big square but not at all excessively and hardly surprising near the square which made it very well positioned for getting a taxi easily to the airport.

It was cozy place really perfect for a relaxing vacation. Whole place is a good representation of the country which showcases its colorful and native culture. Breakfast is also served and it was a reasonable one. To be honest I loved their breakfast and it’s totally enough for me. The location are almost close to main tourist attractions. It was also closed to the pick up location of most of the group tour. The most important worth mentioning is the receptionist Karim his so kind and thoughtful and welcoming. When I arrived he offered me drink which I pick tea. On the first day I already saw how it was properly made that made me really excited to explore the country. On my departure day it was really early in the morning and he offered to accompany me to get my transportation going to the airport. Thank you so much Karim. My stayed was really a good one that made my trip of the most unforgettable one!
