Thess Residences

Beautiful building nicely furnished in the heart of the Center. Staff is always helpful and smiling. Real 5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was all great

Foarte curat, personal amabil.parcarea cu plata in apropiere și sigură.

It was wonderfully equipped, great room layout, a loundry room with no addition fee and fitness area, last but not least - amazing and very welcoming team at the reception desk and cleaning staff:)

From the minute that we arrived we knew this would be prefect for us, from early check in to the very kind staff, we have enjoyed ever minute of our stay. It was super clean, towels were changed every 2 days, breakfast was very tasty and the place was located at the perfect spot for everything we wanted to visit. I would reccomend Thess residences to everyone🙂

The best of!!!

The room is very clean, spacious, and doesn’t miss a thing.

The location is not as near as we would like.

The staff was very friendly and the room just perfect! Great location, downtown, and walking distance to probably one of the best restaurants in Thessaloniki serving Greek tapas, as well as Holy Church of Saint Demetrius.

I liked it a lot, I would probably recommend to vary the breakfast especially for longer staying.

Good location, near the places we intended to see. Private parking in the nearby, since parking in Thessaloniki is a problem. Excelent breakfast comfy rooms.

The room was nice and clean. Location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Staff, location and cleanliness.

Everything was good

Alles war perfekt, tolles Apartment, sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück

Appartamento moderno ed accogliente, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Animali ben accetti! Colazione e servizi di qualità.

Zona difficile per il parcheggio. Anche quello a pagamento è abbastanza lontano e costoso.

The accommodation was perfect. It was new, clean, spacious, with the parking space provided. Also the breakfast was good within the same building.

Top Wohnung .

Very nice room, close to the port and local attractions

Pulizia, posizione, dotazioni

Niente

Buoni i servizi come palestra e lavanderia. Accoglienza dei cani gratuita. Camere pulite.

The rooms are very nice!!! Comfortable and clean ! Breakfast is wonderful- especially the greek pies and desserts

The neighborhood is not very pretty but it’s central . There is also parking nearby

The room was very good, big and suitable for a family of 5 The washing machines were great Heleni at the reception was very helpful and nice

The breakfast was pore but it is enough It would be nice if there were more change of towels The location is not that good, a bit far from the sites

The location was ideal—quiet and away from the noise, yet within easy walking distance of the city center. Considering the property serves a smaller number of guests, the breakfast was surprisingly rich and varied, and my kids easily found options they enjoyed. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing us to buy local groceries and prepare dinner in the apartment one evening.

cleanliness! comfort and very good location

Cleanliness. Attentive staff. Phenomenal breakfast. Quiet neighborhood.

The location was a bit of a hike from local attractions.

Very clean and spacious room. For us was a plus the fact that the room had to bathrooms. It is centrally located, walking distance from key attractions.

The staff was amazing in accomodating our arrival time, the room was clean and well equipped

The smell of the room was a bit off, but we opened the windows and solved it easily

Great location

Excelent location (close to the city center, but in a quiet street), very clean, very helpful hosts. Rooms are large and kitchenette is equipped with everything you could need. When we will stop in Thessaloniki in the future, we would definitely come back to Thess

Nothing comes to my mind.

The stuff was very nice and friendly.

Very modern, clean and nice apartments. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. We got baby travel cot and high chair for our little one without any extra cost. Would highly recommend this place!

Super breakfast. Very very pleasant girl at reception.

Very good and clean

The apartment was very clean, modern, good AC. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. The internet was excellent. The hotel is located in central area of Thessaloniki, the apartment buildings are very close together, giving the area a rather crowded feel, with many one way streets. The personal helped us after checking out with few more hours of parking. It is impossible to find a parking lot in the city center

nothing to complain about the hotel

Odličan smještaj, potpuno opremljen apartman, siguran, blizina centra i Plake, ljubazno osoblje

Generalni problem sa parkingom u Solunu

Foarte curata

Totul a fost perfect

konum, temizlik, olanaklar, kahvalti

The location is perfect, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is absolutely impeccable. The reception staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful. Joanna was amazingly attentive and went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping lady was also very kind and helpful, offering useful advice and information about the local area. Demitri was superb as well. The entire team is genuinely friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent service. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

While the surrounding area could benefit from some regeneration, we did not encounter any anti-social behaviour and felt safe throughout our stay. One disappointment was a restaurant recommended by the hotel, located on the first street to the right of the hotel (without crossing the road). We had a lovely traditional meal there on our first visit and were so impressed that we returned the following day. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different. We ordered the same traditional dishes, but the quality was very poor. The aubergines were overcooked, the steak was served with a piece of fish on it, and the chips were cold and dry. Sadly, we were unable to finish our meals. Given that this was the specific restaurant recommended by the hotel, it was particularly disappointing.

The traditional scrambled eggs were great and also the feta cheese.

The elevator goes only up to the 2nd floor and we stayed at the 3rd floor where the temperature is higher and the AC blows smelly air

Oda güzel ve temiz

Konum bir tık uzak

Almost everything, especially the staff. They were so polite. It was really pleasant, clean and calm place.

It would be better if they refilled the rooms with coffee capsules every day. It doesn’t cost much but it’s important for most of the people.

Hospitaliy is the best...

Very comfortable and convenient

As a female alone at night not sure how comfortable I would feel walking back to the property.

Excellent location. Clean and good service. Very polite staff.

Remark is lack of insect nets. The breakfast was delusions but there is not much variety.

Modern clean spacious

In a busy part of town (good location) but for parking you need to pay extrap 20 euro and walk 5 mins

Lokacija je najbolja u Solunu. Divan kraj jako blizu centru. Sobe odlične, treba izbegavati prizemlje.

Great location, big rooms, all the facilities one could ever need, laundry room, gym, playroom, absolutely a great place to stay when visiting Thessaloniki!!

_

The host was very kind. We arrived late at night, and they kindly arranged a late check-in with phone support, as well as providing a parking space.

Great stuff, always willing to help , and with good recommendations.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean apartment, nice breakfast

The area around the building is not pretty and the street can be really loud at night

Modern apartman jó felszereltséggel, közel a látnivalókhoz. Barátságos, segítőkész személyzet. Bekészített ásványvíz, kávékapszula, tea. Nagy tisztaság. Jól éreztük magunkat ott.

- dobrá lokalita, v pěší vzdálenosti od centra, v okolí dost obchodů, kaváren a restaurací - pokoj pro 3 dospělé - dostatečně velký, pohodlně zařízený, čistý - velmi milý personál - snídaně - naprosto skvělé, dobrý výběr, místní potraviny - snídaně s sebou v balíčku - naprostý luxus, pečlivě připraveno a bohatý výběr

Przyjazne miejsce dla rodzin z dzieckiem, lokalizacja w centrum.

Przesympatyczne i pomocne dziewczyny w recepcji.

Główny zarzut to monotonne śniadania, codziennie praktycznie było to samo.

Very nice place, friendly and professional staff

Big and clean room.Employees

Sahile biraz uzak. Otopark yok.
