Baan Aew Pai

Das Bungalo hat mir sehr gut gefallen und waren sauber. Die Lage war auch ganz gut, man ist zu Fuss in ca. 5min mitten im Zentrum. Betten waren bequem(hart).

It is walking distance to the beginning of the Walking Street. It is so close to where everything is, and yet so quiet there. Like a little oasis right in the centre. It has a nice garden, the owners are nice, although they don't speak a lot of English, but who needs it now with translation apps. The internet was fast, like 200 mb/ps.

I did not like the fact, and this goes for everywhere I have been in Pai, there are never mosquito nets anywhere. A mosquito flew into my room, which has wood colloured walls and ceiling, good luck trying to find it. I got bitten the whole night. The two cats that were there, were in heat, and loud because of it. Might want to castrate those. The waterpressure from the toilet fountain was not strong enough. The bed was too hard for me.

Such a relaxing place. I kept extending my stay and I loved it here. So peaceful and quiet yet also so close to walking street and everything else you need. Perfect.

Very very good stay, we were amazed with the cottage we got for that price. Breakfast wasn’t included but they still offered us free coffee and toast in the morning 10 mins walk from the walking street. Beds were comfortable. It rained one day and we sat on the decking outside our cottage and everything looked so beautiful, they have lovely garden outside the cottages

Es ist wirklich wunderschön. Trotz der zentralen Lage, ist es ruhig. Wunderschöne Zimmer mit einer schöne Ausstattung. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, allerdings hat der Besitzer aufgrund der Burning Season für einen Monat geschlossen. Wenn wir wieder nach Pai kommen würde ich diese Unterkunft wieder wählen!!

Liegt sehr nahe bei allem und trotzdem ruhig. Die Häuschen stehen recht eng, und es ist hellhörig, aber das ist in Thailand oft so. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, gute Klimaanlage, bequemes Bett. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ich war nur eine Nacht hier, auf der Durchreise. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Habitación 206 fuerte olor a alcantarilla toda la estancia…te avisan de no dejar objetos de valor y que no se asumen responsabilidad… Te da miedo a dejarle limpiar la habitación en tu ausencia con esta advertencia

We enjoyed our space, a little cabin with an ensuite bathroom and a patio with two chairs. The air conditioning worked well too. It was a good location to be able to walk to the Pai night market without the noise of the main area.

This is probably the firmest bed we have had in Thailand so far, but we still slept well.

Very nice rooms, free parking, friendly staff and very close to the center of the town. This without having the noice from bars.

Shower wasn’t very hot, but as it was 30degrees celsius during the day, it didn’t matter.

Perfect location! So close to the walking street but couldn’t hear a thing, bungalows were spacious and comfortable.

Nice location not far from walking street. The bungalows all have a little terrace which is nice. Good value for money.

The water didn't get more than luke warm and as it's very cold at night the thin blanket was not enough.

This is the second time I’m staying here, and it has still retained everything I originally liked. It within walking distance of the walking street but still far away enough for peace and quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and there was free coffee in the morning.

Great location close enough to walk from walking street but far enough way it was very quiet. Overall a very peaceful and serene setting.

Rooms are dated but for this price point very acceptable.

We booked two bungalows for 5 nights and were happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and good value. Great location just down the road from the walking street. You can request an extra blanket as it does cool down at night. We liked the patio. Very quiet.

Perhaps have 2 patio chairs on each patio. We requested an extra one but it was not a lounger.

Small property (7 independent cottages) in lovely garden setting. Excellent value for money. Easy walk to town centre. Good parking. Most definitely would stay again.

No problem for us but no meals available (walk 1 km to 100 restaurants) but coffee/tea & toast available from 6 am. No safe in room.

Oh, we liked everything! We had such a wonderful, peaceful six nights here. The bungalow offered a quiet oasis from central Pai, while only being a very short walk away. Couldn’t have been better placed. The owners were so kind, providing coffee in the morning, and always giving us fresh water bottles daily, even if we didn’t opt for a room clean. The bungalow itself was spacious, with everything you’d need to be self-contained — and the porch was a real bonus, not to mention a sun trap.

The bed was very hard, to be honest. Yet, we still slept well.
