Location was good

We needed extra sets of towels as the weather was bad and the towels couldn't dry sufficiently - i did try to contact the reservations team but they didn't respond to the what app communications

A lovely space in a superb location and little extra touches that really made the difference. Fresh fruit, a quality red wine , water, coffee pods , biscuits and other nibbles - all complementary!! The outside space was also a bonus

…die Eingangstür lässt sich schwer öffnen, besonders von innen und nur mit viel Lärm. Freitag gab es am Abend extrem laute Musik im Nachbarrestaurant, war aber um 10 Uhr vorbei. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr schön und ruhig

V ubytování bylo čisto, ale byla tady taková spouta nefunkčního nábytku, že se tu nedalo pohnout. Hrozná postel, proleželá matrace. Dveře se špatně otvíraly. Klimatizace vůbec nestíhala. Internet stále vypadával.

The location is perfect in the centre of the village. Once you park and unpack all cafe and stores are walking distance and you dont need to use a car.

Great location and good service from staff re sorting out a temporary air conditioner and resolving problem with electricity.

Dirty shower in main bedroom (mildew), broken chaise and missing linen (duvet cover without inner in main bedroom, incomplete linen in second bedroom).

1/ Freezer was completely iced up and could not use 2/ Shower in main bedroom slow to drain and mould on glass surround 3/ Kitchen drawers in poor state of repair

The location is perfect.

It was promised that the internet is 100MBs. We could barely use it. Connection was lost all the time. Not very nice. Alternative arrangements should be made to drop off the keys. When we left the restaurant was not open yet.

We never had the breakfast, was never sure if it did include breakfast ??? Not very clear on this property, something they need to work on for future guests.

Not very clean, very quaint and earthy, but attention to detail is sadly lacking , for example:- Rusks not replenished. Firewood and firelighters not replenished room not made up or cleaned , dustbins not emptied, these should all be done on a daily basis.

Location was spot on! Nice and cosy penthouse, loved the fireplace since it was a cold and rainy weekend.

The mattress was too soft for my liking. Maybe worn-out? Struggled with the Wifi, even my own data didn't want to work inside. The moment you step outside it was working fine. Also couldn't get Netflix working. The AC was working 100%, but a bit noisy.

Hiccup getting keys from restaurant, it was pouring with rain at the time and I had to go backwards and forwards, getting soaked did not help

The apartment was very confortable and roomy with many facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there and the location in the centre of Franschhoek was ideal for us.

Only one small thing which was that the freezer needed defrosting as the freezer baskets were frosted in and unmoveable

Location, Location, Location. You cannot go wrong! Fantastic restaurant downstairs for breakfast (not included in room) Very spacious unit and my husband loved the personal touch of the media player.

There is a few things that need looking at, maintenance wise but will take this up with the owner directly. The stairs don't get mentioned on bookings.com and they are steep, the door doesn't open all the way which made 4 suitcases a challenge. There is no light switch at the bottom of the stairs, we arrived late and it was dark. The letter was very hard to get hold of, during their recommended office hours, I tried numerous times, calling, whatsapp and messaging on bookings.com, my husband eventually got hold of the lady about late check in.

Beautiful stay, great location and the finishing touches like the dressing gowns, fresh flowers and biscuits made it extra special. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the beautiful town and the instructions were easy to follow for check in, and the locals were very friendly and helpful. Great parking right in front of the accommodation! Although only staying 4 nights, they checked in every day to see it would like our sheets changed. It was a really lovely stay, will definitely be back

Apartment was stunning. Dream home. Had everything we needed. Location was incredible. Felt very safe and secure. Little treats and snacks let's out and water in the fridge.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The location is perfect, right above a charming little café and within walking distance of everything we needed. The balcony was an absolute highlight, a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. The space is beautifully decorated with great taste, making it feel both stylish and cozy. Highly recommend!

difficult getting keys due to conflicting information between email and booking.com site. Given wrong keys and had to move apartments after one night

The location of los Olivos is brilliant! Right in the heart of the town and situated in a stunning hidden court yard.

Lack of communication!!!! All the gates were locked at night with no key to access, tried calling the host but they didn’t answer or even msg or ring us back. Fortunately the main electric gate was broken and by pure luck and good fortune we were able to open it just enough to get in. And the shower drain in the main bathroom was blocked.

Good location of the apartment close to restaurants and shops, right in the city center but quite. Equipped with all you need for a comfortable life including grill, kitchen amenities, sofas and beds and even two balconies. Private parking.

The location is excellent and with some care and good management it could be superb

It needs some minor repairs - the shower had broke only could have overhead option extractor fan needed replacing, stain still on the bed not because it hadn’t been washed it had but maybe needs replacing as stain wouldn’t come out

Location is brilliant, 2 balconies were a bonus., comfortable bed, cute, comfy furniture,really good price. Nice touch with wine and milk etc. Car parking

Not able to use the safe and had to carry valuables with us, not ideal. It was day 3 before an offer to get a locksmith by which time It was too late on principal. Shower drain blocked and didn't get sorted over the 4 night stay! Shower jets and hand held shower head not working, not usable due to the missing knob Balcony roll handle shade dirty and broken. A lot of hairs found in shower and some on floor near wardrobe Main over head lights were intermittent, I suspect need a check so we avoided using them.

Its central location makes it perfect for a couple of nights. Spacious and nice small balcony to sit in an evening. 2 good bathrooms. Very safe with gates.

The noise in the morning also it was a bit grubby in places and The bed side rugs were in need of a clean and the bed covers had lots of dirty marks.

It was a bit confusing since in order to check in you must visit the shop listed. However the Penthouse was comfortable, and convenient. We were concerned about the brown water running from the bath tap, but did not address with manager since only there overnight. Wifi was great and super convenient.
