La chambre occidentale que nous avions initialement réservée : sale avec de la poussière sous les lits (jamais vu pendant notre séjour au Japon), tapisserie defraichie, vue inexistante sur les clims. Prenez les chambres japonaises !

デラックスツインの部屋の広さは充分だが、金庫が壊れていたり、壁の修復後が銀テープだったり、テレビ台の引き出しが何もしていないのに勝手に開いたり、細かいところのメンテナンスが雑な印象でした。 あとは中国のグループ客のマナーが悪すぎて（大人も子供も）これはホテルのせいでは全くないのですがどうにかならないのかなとは思いました。

Breakfast finished super early (by our standards) with last entry to the buffet at 8:30am. Predictably our teenage sons couldn't get up in time...

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026- Accueil chaleureux : Personnel aimable, check‑in fluide, et petite attention appréciable lorsqu’on m’a présenté comme 'parlant un peu japonais". - Qualité des yukata : Confortables, propres, bien entretenus, avec tous les petits accessoires utiles (brosse à dents, produits de toilette). - Buffets corrects : Le dîner comme le petit‑déjeuner sont convenables, sans être exceptionnels, mais suffisamment variés pour convenir à tout le monde. - Taille de la chambre : spacieuse et bien équipée (bouilloire, thé, télé, coffre fort, bureau...)
- Chambre européenne décevante : Vue inexistante derrière une fenêtre opaque qu’il a fallu batailler pour ouvrir. J’ai eu l’impression que la description ne correspondait pas à la réalité... - Salle de bain dans un mauvais état : Lavabo abîmé, plastiques jaunis, joints moisis, recoins mal nettoyés. Une salle de bain que je n’ai pas eu envie d’utiliser. - Climatisation bruyante : Impossible de dormir sans l’éteindre et obligation de la rallumer à cause de la chaleur et bruit de bourdonnement constant dû aux unités extérieures, surtout au dernier étage. - Toilettes Toto défectueuses : Très frustrant au Japon, où ce type d’équipement est normalement impeccable. - Onsen limité et horaires contraignants : Côté femmes : seulement les trois petits bains circulaires accessibles ce jour-là. Le lendemain matin, ouverture tardive, ce qui m’a empêchée de profiter du changement de bassin pour ceux plus larges. - Bâtiment ancien mal entretenu : D’autres voyageurs rencontrés ont eu le même ressenti : chambres européennes vieillissantes et peu entretenues. Si pas de voiture... - Localisation peu pratique : Le lac n’est pas accessible à pied. Bus une fois par heure, taxi très cher (2000 ¥ pour descendre, 10 000 ¥ pour faire le tour). - Accès difficile depuis l’arrêt de bus : 12 minutes de marche dans une zone végétale pleine de moustiques, route abîmée, compliqué avec des valises. - Navette introuvable : Elle existe probablement, mais on ne me l’a jamais proposée ni indiquée.

喫煙の部屋だったためか、エアコンの匂いが気になった。

①浴衣の帯が無く、フロントスタッフに伺ったところ、露骨に嫌な顔をした上、めんどくさそうに「イマ、オモチシマス」と言われてしまった。 ②ベッドの下も掃除したほうがより良いと思います。 ③夕食が込み合うのは仕方ないとして、ステーキ待ちが多すぎてそのあとの料理までなかなか辿りつけなかった。人気メニューはブースを別けて導線を分散してはどうでしょう。

Era difícil llegar desde la estación. El hotel tiene transfer pero no coincide con la hora del checking sino más tarde. El bus te deja en la carretera y luego hay que subir una calle con las maletas. Así que el taxi era la mejor opción 3800 ¥

The buffet (dinner + breakfast) was genuinely varied: strong Japanese specialties alongside surprising international touches (had a very decent carbonade flamande, of all things). Onsen was excellent—big, clean, well maintained.
Nothing significant. Can't judge repetitiveness of the buffet on a single-night stay, but for one night the variety was genuinely impressive.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Von der Bushaltestelle geht man etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es gibt zwei Onsen Bereiche mit jeweils Indoor und Outdoor Pool. Morgens uns Abends gibt es ein umfangreiches Buffet mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte und erholsame Tage verbracht. Am Tag unserer Abreise regnete es und eine sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption organisierte uns einen Transfer zu unserem nächsten Ziel etwa eine halbe Stunde entfernt.
Der Speisesaal ist sehr groß und etwas ungemütlich zu sitzen. Abgesehen davon war das Essen aber sehr gut.

Reviewed May 28, 2026前日宿泊の観松館の部屋が驚異的（納戸かと思った）だったのに対してこちらは客室だったし、快適な広さも確保されていた。 丘陵地の末端だったので交通騒音もなしでとても静かだった。 オートバイも屋根付きの場所を案内してもらえた。 夕食はビュッフェ式で品数も豊富。とても美味しかった。
浴衣の柄が男性用だと極端に少ないのはどうでしょうね？ 田沢湖からはちょっと離れちゃった立地。

Reviewed May 22, 2026Room was pleasant with a nice view and a mountain stream outside. Low beds were moderately comfortable. We were able to check in before 15:00. We could store our luggage for a few hours after check out.
Cheerless restaurant with unappealing buffet food. It was like eating in a bus station cafeteria. Throngs of loud foreign tourists lent a strong low-budget feel. Dirty elevator was like a freight elevator. Black mold on hoses in bathroom apparently overlooked by cleaning staff.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Ryokan atmospheric hotel with very relaxing onsen with very delicious meals. Very nice staff. There’s a shuttle van service between hotel and train station.
Smoking room is in the same area with lounge so tobacco smell came out all the time when there’re people smoking in there.

Reviewed May 11, 2026部屋の外から常時機械的な音がしていて、かなり気になるのでフロントに言ったところ部屋を変更してくれた。完全におとがきこえなくなったじょうきょうにはならなかったが改善された。素早い対応は評価できるが音の原因究明をして報告して欲しかった。単なるクレイマーと思われたかないから。

Reviewed May 7, 2026スタッフの方皆さん笑顔で対応してくれました。犬連れでしたが、カートで外に出るのも客室からエレベーター出口とスムーズに行動できました。
温泉も露天風呂が3個くらいあって良かったのですが、寝湯と書いてあるところで枕風な物がなく、角張ったお風呂のヘリしか無かったので改良していただけたら嬉しいです。

Reviewed May 7, 2026Das Resort hat keinen Blick auf den Tazawako See, wie man der Namensgebung des Hotels vermuten lässt. Das Zimmer war klein, jedoch sehr nett eingerichtet. Der Onsenbereich war sauber. Die Onsenbereiche werden morgens und abends gewechselt. Das Buffet Abends / Frühstück war reichhaltig. Gleich um die Ecke des Hotels ( vom Parkplatz aus ) ist ein kleiner Tempel mit einer großen, goldenen Boddisatva Statue und einem kleinen See.
Auf Grund der Golden Week war das Hotel sehr teuer und somit das Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis nicht gut.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Uns hat die Lage in der Natur sowie das grosszügige Tatami-Zimmer sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Ich habe das Hotel dreimal über booking.com kontaktiert, um Auskunft zum Shuttle zu erhalten und ihn zu bestellen. Ich habe nie eine Antwort erhalten.

The Onsen water seems just normal water, not a special type with minerals. Dinner and breakfast is average.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026テレビが大きい、お部屋は比較的広い、食事は思ってたより良くて帆立の刺身が出たのは他2軒泊まったがここだけ。
重いスーツケースを階段で運ぶのは面倒、裏側に別の入口があるが、ここだと階段なし、事前に案内があっても良いと思う。

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026The resort is very family friendly, providing amenities for children in the room and even in the onsen area. Kids have a small play area around the corner from the front desk where they can play. The traditional Japanese rooms are also very spacious. There is also a manga library and arcade area which is next to the front desk area, accessible via a small flight of stairs. Despite it being outside of its operating hours, a staff member was kind enough to open it for us to let us have a look inside! The spread of food available during breakfast and dinner was great too.
There wasn't anything we really disliked.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026夕食、朝食どちらも、ものすごい品数でどれも美味しかった。地元の素材を使用した料理も多くとても楽しむことができた。品数が多すぎてすべての料理が食べれなかったので、次回に伺った際はすべての料理を食したい！
今回はペット同伴での宿泊でしたが、ペットを連れて外出する際に、中型犬（７キロ位）をクレートに入れて館内を通って歩くのはものすごく大変であった。可能であれば部屋から直接外へ出られるか、館内を専用通路を歩くことが出来たら尚良かった。又、ホテルの入り口にスロープが無かったため、キャリーバックを運ぶのが大変であった。

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026朝夕の食事のビュッフェが最高に美味しかった。このビュッフェだけを目当てに泊まりに来てもよいほどのqualityである。
レイクリゾートという名称から、勝手に田沢湖が見えると期待したが、スタッフに確認しても、見えないそうである。しかし、食事と温泉が充実しているので、よしとしよう。田沢湖駅から田沢湖畔へバスで出掛けた。

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026・お風呂、露天風呂が湯温違いで3種類もある。女湯にもサウナがある ・食事、ビュッフェの種類が多く地元料理も頂けておいしい。 ・ラウンジが24時間あいている ・浴衣が選べる ・フロントスタッフの方に翌日の旅程を話したら、即座にアドバイス頂きとても助かりました
・ユニットバスの洗面台がヒビ割れて茶色になっておりテンションが下がってしまいました ・ティッシュケース上のホコリが目立ちました 目立たない色か素材にしたほうがいいと思います 良い点の方が印象に残っているので、また利用したいなと思いました
