Reviewed Aug 22, 2023I put my card in the hotel reservation but when I arrived at the hotel I paid 300 euros in cash, corresponding to a two-day stay. 24 hours after I left the hotel, I suffered a discount of more than 300 euros on the card... I contacted the hotel to resolve the situation and refund the 300 euros more and the hotel did not budge, claiming that it was with the booking. unfortunately I was already in another country, otherwise I would have to go to the police to some how get my money back beware of this hotel and especially for what concerns card reservations the breakfast. it was good outside on monday when they moved to the sixth floor and i got a shock from the machines that keep food warm and for a 4 star hotel i should have a toothbrush
