Das Hotel war okay, aber die Rezeption war wirklich sehr gut und immer hilfsbereit. Das hat mir besonders gefallen. Mein kurzer Urlaub hat dadurch sehr schön angefangen.

Clean and nice for the price and the breakfast is decent.

It located by the highway which is a minus. Loud noise because the highway especially on the front rooms and of course carburant pollution. The so called spa area is actually not really clean and the stuff services not so good, so I wouldn't recomand it. Don't get tricked by the spa pictures.

14 yaşındaki oğlumla birlikte bu otelde 7 gün konakladım. Ne yazık ki konaklamamız çok rahatsız edici bir olayla başladı. Booking üzerinden 1 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk için çift kişilik oda rezervasyonu yaptırmış ve ücretini tamamen ödemiştim. Otele vardığımızda resepsiyondaki görevli, odanın çift kişilik olduğunu ancak ödemenin yalnızca bir kişi için yapıldığını söyledi. Oğlumun konaklaması için ayrıca 150 Euro ödemem gerektiğini belirtti. Dil engeli, yol yorgunluğu ve yaşadığım stres nedeniyle o anda rezervasyon onayımı bulmakta zorlandım ve giriş yapabilmek için ilave 150 Euro ödemek zorunda kaldım. Daha sonra odada Booking rezervasyonumu kontrol ettiğimde, hem benim hem de 14 yaşındaki oğlumun konaklamasının tamamen ödenmiş olduğunu açıkça gördüm. Bunun ekran görüntüsünü Türk vatandaşı olan akrabalarıma gönderdim. Türk akrabam bizzat otele gelip rezervasyonumu ve ödeme bilgilerimi resepsiyon görevlisine gösterdikten sonra ancak 150 Euro tarafıma iade edildi. O zamana kadar yaptığım açıklamalar dikkate alınmamıştı. Daha sonra bunun Booking kaynaklı bir hata olduğu söylendi, ancak rezervasyon onayımda her şey açık ve doğru şekilde görünüyordu. İlk verilen oda çok karanlıktı; manzarası bir duvara ve merdivenlere bakıyordu. Pencereler son derece kirliydi ve uzun zamandır temizlenmemiş gibi görünüyordu. Banyodaki sürgülü kapı arızalıydı. Kapanmadığı için duş alırken veya tuvaleti kullanırken kapıyı bir terlikle sıkıştırarak kapalı tutmak zorunda kalıyorduk. Durumu Türk akrabama anlattıktan sonra, kendisi tekrar resepsiyona giderek oda ile ilgili sorunları personelle görüştü. Bunun üzerine odamız değiştirildi. Yeni oda biraz daha aydınlıktı ve manzarası daha iyiydi, ancak pencereler yine kirliydi ve banyodaki sürgülü kapı sorunu devam ediyordu.

I paid an extra $120 cash for a room upgrade to the king suite, as well as a room decorative surprise for my wife. What we got was a few scattered rose petals, a rotten fruit platter, and cheap bouquet. Additionally, the room itself was a complete disaster. It was completely barren, with missing basic amenities such as napkins, TV remote, and windows...the room had no windows. Instead it had plastic tarps with holes in them covering where glass should be. This allowed cold air to constantly enter our room. Combined with heating issues on the first night, it was a miserable experience. The coffee and glass cups in the room were dirty, the fridge smelled disgusting, the main bathroom shower and toilet were clogged and leaking—meanwhile the second bathroom smelled rancid. To top it off, the jacuzzi (the main reason prompting the upgrade) was filthy. With all of this, the front desk did absolutely nothing to address our concerns, even the most basic ones. For example, I had called them three times to ask for napkins and ended up having to grab them myself from the hotel restaurant. I had stayed at this hotel before and the basic room was decent with an amazing breakfast...so with the amount I paid for their supposed "best" room I was left completely and thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend this establishment to any traveler.

Obzirom na dostupnost TUYAP kongresnog centra, lokacija hotela je odlična.

Objekat je dotrajao, neophodna je obnova istog, posebno smještajnih jedinica. Cijelu noć oko hotela, u kasne sate, bageri su rovili ulicu, tako da se nije moglo spavati. Doručak je bio prilično oskudan.

The room is not bad.

i booked Livello hotel, and on the outside there was Empire hotel. So it took us several time to actually understand that it changed the name. Food is like made of plastic and take out from a freezer. That is not breakfast for a 4 star hotel. The location has an insane amount of traffic

Расположение возле выставочного центра, чисто аккуратно приветливый персонал, хорошая постель 🛏️. Номер с окнами в сторону двора, было тихо. Парковка есть под отелем,Отель хороший.

Подушки жесткие, завтрак хоть и включен, но слабый.

Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο εμπλουτισμένο σε είδη.Το σέρβις πολύ καλό .

Most of the staff were kind and helpful. The evening restaurant manager during my stay was amazing 👏 and the front office staff during weekdays were kind & helpful. I loved the room cleanliness, complimentary coffee & location

Rooms were modern, clean, and had nice amenities. The reception asked us which room we wanted and we chose the back which is more quiet. It was indeed very quiet. The bathroom was clean with shower. The room was carpeted. The location was great for our trip to a sports event. Breakfast was delicious and many variety of foods. There was also free parking on site.

The pool, sauna, steam room and spa area was closed. It was not in operation. This was most disappointing. We saw the pictures of the sauna on booking.com but they did not have it in operation. Our bed felt comfortable, but my body was aching when i woke up. I don't know why.

The car valet staff was respectful, but the breakfast was very limited, with a bad smell from a few items.

Cleanless espetialy -Room was with very bad,strong of cigaretes smell,offol ,but,next day iv asked and they change for me,without a word.. -Tv channels,99% turkish or arabic,nothing european .. -Room war paid already thru booking.com,and they ask from to pay again,because they had some problem with money transfer -at the check out,again,they ask from me to pay some money differance,like,room was this amount and you paid this amount,so pls to pay ( app 5 euro ) ,on which i sad,again,that I have paid already,on booking..and they stop asking money..but they war like ,ok,let try?!-which is not good !
