El apartamento estaba muy bien. Cerca del centro, pero para nosotros que fuimos con una niña, la ubicación era un poco extraña, por decir algo.

La zona del apartamento. Teníamos que coger taxi por la noche. Nos daba un poco de miedo ir solos.

There were bed bugs in the couch which bit us on the third night, we never received the included breakfast, the bathroom must have had a plumbing issue because it smelled terrible. The room we reserved was on street level which was not anywhere in the listing. The only reason we stayed is because we had made the reservation at the last minute and couldn’t find alternative accommodation.

Por dentro parecía que estaba bien según las fotografías, pero en realidad estaba todo muy descuidado, y lo peor de todo es que el barrio era malísimo. Literalmente daba miedo salir por la noche por no hablar que en ningún momento puso que no tenía ascensor.

El apartamento era muy pequeño, no estaba muy bien cuidado y todo estaba como muy viejo. Era un primero sin ascensor y no lo indicaron en ningún momento. El barrio era realmente malo olía mal toda la calle y había numerosas obras alrededor. Para acceder al centro había que bajar por una calle súper pendiente si no querías coger las escaleras muy empinadas que también había un trozo de escaleras mecánicas que por supuesto no funcionaban

Piso cómodo para una familia de 5 aunque se echa de menos un sofá para sentarse en el salón cómodamente

La puerta de entrada está en una calle donde te encuentras borrachos y gente con mal aspecto. No tuvimos ningún problema pero no lo recomiendo si viajas con niños porque el ambiente no es el mejor cuando vuelves de noche al alojamiento.

Very clean with daily cleaning service changed towels. Good location for visiting the city. Loved our little outdoor space.

In the second bedroom, the bunk beds were not very comfortable for adults. Probably ok for kids. The main door digital door lock was a problem a couple of times but we were able to gain access via the help button

It was functional

Location is hard to get to and very high. Absolutely nothing in the apartment to make it nice. No coffee even though there is a nice machine. It’s the little things that matter. None were there. I definitely would not go back.

the code to enter the main door did not work, we got a new one which stopped working too, they had a virtual reception and let us in but we had to call them at night, it can be noisy, bed and pillows were not comfortable at all

Lägenheten var mycket fin och fräsch i sovrum och kök. Fin utsikt och bra läge till det mesta.

Badrummet luktade väldigt mycket avlopp under hela vistelsen fast att vi använde fläkten och spolade vask + dusch. Dessutom krånglade koden till porten två kvällar i rad och vi fick kontakta företaget.

Konum nispeten güzeldi fakat evin bulunduğu mahalle biraz sıkıntılı olduğu için geç saatte eve dönerken tedirgin oldum. Yalnız seyahat edenler için biraz tehlikeli olabilir.

Agencement de l'appartement, propreté et proximité des lieux de visite.

L'apartament en general i a primer cop d'ull està bé, hi hem estat còmodes i és bonic, i prop del centre, ara bé hi ha cosetes a millorar.

És una zona cèntrica, però hi ha molts indigents i drogoaddictes, tot i que no hem tingut cap problema. A l'apartament li falten algunes reparacions com: la finestra de la cuina estava trencada i s'aguanta en conta adhesiva, el terra cruix constantment, els armaris no tanquen bé, i la neteja no era suficient, tot i que venien a fer el llit.

Great location. Comfy beds and clean

Can be a little noisy at night but there was a festival on the weekend we stayed. House keeping staff didn’t visit room once in the three days we stayed.

The location is very convenient, right in a lively tourist area with many cafes, restaurants, and sights within short walking distance. The highlight of the apartment for me was the beautiful, authentic old window — the view was amazing and added so much atmosphere (it was the main reason I booked this place!). The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had everything needed for a short stay, including a nice touch with cookies and jam. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it great for two people to cook.

There were very few power outlets in the main area, which can be a bit tricky, though understandable since it’s an old historic building. However, it wasn't a big problem at all because I just used the outlets available in the kitchen and other spots. Regarding the location, many previous reviews mentioned that the area might feel a bit unsafe at night. Because of those warnings, I decided to take a taxi instead of risking the nearest metro station after dark, so I didn't face any issues myself and can't judge the safety personally, but it’s something to keep in mind.

A janela do quarto não possui estore, o que faz com que as pessoas no edifício em frente consigam ver quase tudo o que acontece na suíte. Não é possível estar à vontade no espaço, pois a privacidade fica comprometida e a pessoa sente-se exposta. Além disso, é um péssimo local para se hospedar, principalmente para quem procura um ambiente calmo e tranquilo.

Great location and good little space for a family in a short break

The bathroom although clean smelled really bad and my son got bed bugs from the sofa bed - yuck. Our online booking also apparently got hacked whilst we were there AFTER we’d had to scan all our passports into a machine so was NOT at all happy about that.

Die Lage war sehr zentral mit vielen kleinen Läden in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer war schön, aber alles war deutlich stärker "abgewohnt", als es auf den Fotos den Anschein hatte. Dafür war der Preis etwas zu hoch. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, was gut war, da sie in dem Bad nicht trockneten.

Wirklich sehr unangenehm war der schlimme Geruch, der im Bad aus den Abflüssen kam.

Appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. On a eu une chambre au 1e étage, l'absence d'ascenseur n'a pas été gênante. Attention aux valises imposantes néanmoins. Très bel emplacement, on peut tout faire à pied. Ménage fait tous les jours. Panier de bienvenue à l'arrivée. Petit patio donnant sur la cour intérieure mais les températures n'étaient pas encore assez chaudes pour en profiter.

Manque quelques produits usuels de cuisine : huile, épices, essuie tout. L'étendoir à linge trop petit. Le parquet qui grince. Les serviettes changées systématiquement tous les jours alors que vous n'avions pas fait la demande. Dommage pour la planète. Le fonctionnement par code pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble et des appartements. Celui qu'on a eu ne marchait pas.. On était bloqué dehors à 23h30. Le personnel était injoignable (whatsapp, téléphone, mail), on a dû sonner à l'interphone d'un autre appartement pour nous ouvrir. Réponse obtenue le lendemain vers 11h... On aurait dormi dehors si aucun voisin de l'immeuble n'avait ouvert.

Niezbyt czysto. Chyba był problem z rurami bo w łazience unosił się uciążliwy smród kanalizacji.

Unica cosa positiva la posizione sia vicina al centro storico sia vicina alla parte nuova, ma sinceramente la zona in cui si trova la struttura è brutta, una zona andata al degrado, le vie sotto casa erano piene di gente non raccomandabile e barboni.

Ho pernottano con la mia famiglia e ho preso come camera una deluxe, peccato che la notte solamente dal letto a castello mi sono svegliata trovando vicino al cuscino degli insetti del letto tipo zecche/cimici da letto/piccoli scarafaggi. Solo nei due letti del letto a castello e spuntavano la notte. Non visibili di giorno e nelle altre stanze, quindi un problema di materasso proprio. Questo ha resto il nostro soggiorno deludente e ha creato un vero e proprio disagio.

Could have been cleaner. Check in wasn’t easy -didn’t get email with passcode as we were told. Had to phone and was told i should gave taken a photo of the screen - felt like i was being told off. Also didn’t look like in the photos - not as smart. Lot of homeless people on the area.

The location was great yes 150 steps down to main Square and the start of Tram 28. But escalators back up. Turn left out of accommodation and some great restaurants away from the tourists. Well equipped apartment. Great self check in don’t worry if after midnight as easy to do.

The bed was a bit hard. Studio apartment in the 4 th floor ok with backpack but probably a nightmare with a suitcase.

Loved the area and the apartment had good facilities.

Il y a du moisi au plafond de l’appartement dans la salle de bain, il est humide et la vaisselle n’était pas très bien lavée.

Отличные апрартаменты, расположенные в центре! Заселение самостоятельное с доступными инструкциями. Рядом конечная остановка трамвая 28. Многие достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Поблизости есть супермаркеты. Очень удобно, что к зданию можно подняться на ескалаторе! В номере есть всё необходимое для проживания! Постельное белье и полотенца были белоснежные! Полотенца меняли каждый день, мусор забирали каждый день. Отличная, очень удобная кровать!

В аппартаментах была не качественная уборка: не протирали пыль, лотки для кухонной утвари были жирные и липкие! Мне пришлось самой всё вымыть! В здании нет лифта и на верхние этажи нужно подниматься с чемоданами по узкой и неудобной лестнице! В аппартаментах есть стиральная машина, но стиральные средства нужно дополнительно оплачивать!

Problem was lifting all our luggage up several flights of narrow stairs.

Queda cerca de varios puntos de interés, está bien equipado (lavadora, ganchos, secadora, sábanas y toallas) y tiene una vista muy propia de Lisboa. Nos acomodaron un cama extra (en vez de sofá), para una quinta persona, muy considerado

Si bien la calle sobre la que está el hospedaje está bien, la plaza Martín Moniz ( en dónde está la estación de metro más cerca), se percibe muy insegura, llegar por ahí desde el aeropuerto con maletas no fue una buena experiencia (mucha persons en situación de calle, dos sujetos nos siguieron al subir por las escaleras desde la plaza). Después de esto preferímos ir hasta la estación de Rossio, así estuvieras más lejos, pero un trayecto más tranquilo. El aseo no era impecable, había rastros de maquillaje en las habíaciones y la tostadora presentaba pegotes de queso. Si bien el aire acondicionado central funcionaba muy bien, el de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba muy bien. Es importante señalar que el acceso puede ser difícil para personas de movilidad reducida.

The location is great, very responsive on email, room was very clean. Easy to get in once I found the right door.

The bed/pillows were pretty hard, and the windows were rattling all night when it was windy. I got some water 2 out of the 4 days, and 1 day all the towels disappeared!

Não tem nenhum estacionamento perto. As vagas que tem na rua são para moradores. Tivemos que deixar nosso carro em estacionamento há 10 minutos da acomodação. A noite muito perigoso andar nas ruas próximas

La signora delle pulizie è stata gentile e la camera/cucina è pulita.

Il bagno puzza di fogna, un odore nauseante. Ho dovuto lavare i denti per 2 giorni di fila in cucina poiché entrare in bagno per più di un minuto era impossibile. Il bagno è ricoperto di muffa ovunque. Si sentono i passi delle persone che caminano al piano di sopra come se fossero in stanza com te, dormire è impossibile. Il quartiere è pieno di spacciatori che vedi affacciato dalla finestra, sei obbligato a tornare la sera con un taxi se non vuoi essere fermato ogni 2 minuti da soggetti poco raccomandati.

Location and cost

The room 1A was cold upon arrival, probably due the tiled floor and being on the ground floor. Luckily a staff member was there and provided us with a comforter.

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, blisko głównego dworca oraz w zabytkowej okolicy Lizbony. W pokoju był również mały przenośny kaloryfer, który ratował nas wieczorami, kiedy potrzebowaliśmy wysuszyć ubrania (niestety trafiliśmy na deszczową pogodę). Codziennie pokoje były sprzątane.

I liked the size of the room and the windows brought a great amount of light into the room. Great location because it was near everything we wanted.

How many stairs there was to the apartment

Location was perfect and apartment was easy to find. Street escalator was very welcome after a long day.

A few areas need a touch up but nothing too woeful. Very basic but everything you would need for a short break. Lacking view or outdoor space.

Poca luz en el comedor, entro agua por las juntas del ventanal. La máquina del Chek-in no sólo tenia 2 idiomas, portugués e inglés, ya que es un programa, debería tener más idiomas.

Great appartment, good shower, very clean.

The 2 external escalators that get you up to the road the appartment is on , was out of order. This wasn't ideal when you're walking all day and carrying food back. Area is ok but a few unsavoury looking characters, unlike other areas we've stayed in. But no issues, just be aware if female and on your own.

I got the first floor with the room door directly open to the street. It wasn't bad, and actually safe....it's just that I feel a bit exposed and prefer not to open the window.

Bem equipado a nível de cozinha.

Limpeza péssima. Chegamos a empregada tinha tudo espalhado na entrada do apartamento. Ainda encontramos restos dos antigos hóspedes, como tampões dos ouvidos.

El proceso de reserva es sencillo y obtener acceso al apartamento es también muy sencillo con un código que se genera al momento de registrarse en el kiosko. Las instalaciones de la cocina es lo mejor del alojamiento.

La ubicación no es la mejor, el barrio da sensación de inseguridad. El estudio no tiene buena ventilación y eso hace que se acumule mucha humedad hasta el punto que se genera moho en el baño. Para mejorar la ventilación hay que abrir la puerta de acceso al estudio pero esa puerta da directo a la calle, y como escribí antes, el barrio no se siente seguro.

El alojamiento era muy completo; contaba incluso con lavadora, radiador, plancha para la ropa... , todo muy limpio. El alojamiento es céntrico y puedes ir andando a casi todos lados.

El check-in es poco claro y había que aportar muchos datos (algunos que creo innecesarios). Al hacerlo al llegar allí nos indicaron el número de habitación, la cual estaba fuera del edificio y daba justo a la calle. No teníamos ningún problema con ello pero al no avisar previamente nos costó bastante encontrar la habitación. El ambiente de la zona era regular. No tuvimos ningún problema pero de noche daba cierta sensación de inseguridad.

Très bien situé, avec plein de choses à découvrir aux alentours. L’endroit était sécurisé, propre et accueillant.

Nous entendions beaucoup trop les bruits venant des escaliers ainsi que des autres chambres… Peut-être un problème d’isolation ou lié à l’ancienneté du bâtiment ? Un peu gênant pendant la nuit.

The location was close to most areas that are walkable- it was close by to food, attractions. During nights there were music and party and drinking. so it was nice and had a good vibe

We arrived very late and it was a nightmare finding this location, the taxi dropped us off the main road and it was crazy confusing to find this place in dark.
