When I booked, I paid extra for a sea view, double room. When I got there they tried to give me a room with 3 single beds pushed up against the wall. I went back to reception to let them know, and they had no other front line rooms left that were double, so they offered me an apartment in the old town. When I asked for a refund for the extra paid for the front line room, I was told that the apartment was more expensive, although it wasnt my choice so no. When we arrived at the apartment it was very basically equipped, not that we were going to use the kitchen anyway, but there were hairs and food in the drawers and it was extremely basic The bathroom wasnt clean, hairs everywhere and fingerprints all on the wall. We were so looking forward to staying, and we were so dissapointed

Carisimo para las prestaciones que tiene. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, sin terraza. Camas pequeñas e incomodas. No limpian todos los dias si no se lo pides y tampoco te cambian las toallas, teniendo en cuenta el tamaño de la habitación y la humedad, deberian cambiarlas todos los dias sin preguntar. Escaleras sucias…No repetiria sin duda

Bastante mal todo. La puerta se quedaba pillada muchas veces al intentar entrar y salir. La ducha solo salía agua hirviendo, no había punto intermedio. Pone que tiene parking, pero nos dijeron que estaba todo lleno, vamos, dudo hasta que tengan plazas disponibles pero lo pondrán para llamar la atención así que nos tocó buscar sitio lejos. Pusimos el cartel de limpiar 1 día y no limpiaron la habitación hasta el día siguiente. Una de las recepcionistas de deja la sonrisa y la amabilidad en casa. Y lo más importante, la habitación decepciona mucho comparado con las fotos, no tiene nada que ver, parece un hotel de hace 50 años. Unas vistas a la parte de atrás a un callejón sin más.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location was perfect right opposite the beach and restaurants, shops etc. A car park undergtound was close by. Staff were helpful . The room was good for a short stay. If you had forgotten anything they sold lots of items very reasonably priced from combs to phone chargers. Staff were happy to store our cases for a few hours before we left which was great. They did not serve breakfast but croissants could be bought and tea/ coffee was available in the room.
Room was compact.... fine for a short stay but not really for a longer period..We did have a sea view .

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Location was excellent - couldn't be better, opposite the beach and a stones throw from the abundance of restaurants and bars in the area. Staff that we dealt with (I think her name was Anna), was excellent and very helpful, especially the parking situation (I can't walk very far due to a spinal problem and she dealt with our problem efficiently and effectively)
Rooms were SMALL !! They looked nothing like the photos. Rooms were noisy from other guests and outside bars !! Housekeeping had to be requested - thankfully we only had 2 nights. Bring your own cups and tea/coffee as what they supplied was naff and hot beverage in a 'take away' cup, not ideal. We had one plug socket to service TV (not a problem), kettle and fridge !! We had to unplug the fridge in the morning to make a cuppa.....none of the other sockets were sufficient as there was nothing to rest the kettle on. Shower was broken and there was nothing to put our toiletries on. Bathroom door banged on the bed when opened as room was small. Headboard on one bed was broken and banged against the wall every you turned over. We only had 2 nights here, which were fine and we put up with it.......However, if they were to up their game and sort out these issues, we would stay again.

Muy caro para el tipo de alojamiento que es , la persiana estaba rota por lo que no teníamos privacidad , la habitación.la tarjeta no funcionaba por lo que tuvimos que bajar 4 veces para cambiarla sin resultado . En general muy pésimo , no volvería nunca ,la cana super incómoda ,dos camas separadas y un colchón de muelles que se te clavaban en la espalda . Pésimo !!; no volveré nunca más y no lo recomiendo .

Cependant, la chambre était assez petite et un peu en dessous de nos attentes en termes de confort. Par ailleurs, la réservation indiquait une vue sur la ville, mais la chambre donnait en réalité sur une cour intérieure.

Pulizia un po' da criticare, in bagno abbiamo trovato molti capelli e gli asciugamani non erano particolarmente puliti.

Миризма на тоалетна, не може да се проветри! Захабена стая, унищожена! Телевизора беше увиснал и не работеше. Стаята беше разположена към заведение, в което от сутрин до вечер крещяха и шумяха, нямаше въздух! Отказаха да ни сменят стаята. Беше кошмар! Най-ужастния хотел, в който съм бил!

La habitación es pesima, muy antigua, el cuarto de baño es lo peor, solo salia agua hirviendo😢, llegamos de la playa y deseando ducharnos no podiamos por la temperatura del agua, llamamos a recepción y no habia mantenimiento, era festivo nos dijeron, la cortina de la bañera estaba mal situada y se metia dentro de la bañera, la luz de emergencia caida, las camas muy antiguas, las almohadas muy malas...el precio abusivo para el servicio, instalaciones , y ademas publicidad engañosa en las fotos de Booking!!! Una auténtica mier.....

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026La ubicación es excepcional, delante del hotel la playa con buenos chiringuitos, detrás todas las calles llenas de restaurantes de todo tipo y precio.
El hotel solo tiene algunas habitaciones como las de la foto que están reformadas que son la de vistas al mar, pero las demás son de la posguerra, el aire acondicionado hace un ruido muy fuerte y además huelen mucho a humedad.

Accueil peu chaleureux, aucun sourire. La chambre petite était au 1er au dessus d un restaurant avec lits séparés. Salle de bains minuscule et il manque des patères pour pendre les serviettes. La fenêtre coulissante ne ferme pas correctement.

It’s a scam All the pictures online was not real And the staff are incredibly rude They even gave me a wrong room and when i opened it i woke up a lady and she screamed at me. When i informed the receptionist she laughed.

No me gustó el ruido desde muy temprano, por pare del personal del hotel, como hablar alto y muchas risas, también nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, ya que no funcionaba el agua caliente y además no tenía presión

Al abrirse el ascensor nos recibió un charco de agua delante de nuestra puerta, el techo abierto con tubos que goteaban sobre nuestras cabezas. Habitación que daba a un patio interior horrible con maquinarias ruidosas y a un pasillo por donde pasaban el resto de huéspedes a sus habitaciones, la persiana estaba rota y no bajaba, por lo que la luz del día no nos dejaba dormir y todo el que pasaba nos veía, por lo que no teníamos nada de intimidad y el primer día que nos dimos cuenta ya nos habían visto desnudas al pasar la gente… el aire estaba roto, goteaba el agua dentro y mojó toda la ropa de la maleta que teníamos abierta… las limpiadoras hacían un ruido tremendo hablando a gritos y nos despertaban súper temprano todos los días … todo lo dijimos en recepción, nos dijeron que lo arreglarían pero siguió igual todos los días de nuestra estancia, por lo que no descansamos ni estuvimos a gusto. No volveremos nunca

La chambre d’hôtel était sale, des cheveux partout, des poils dans les essui on a dû demander à ce qu’on nous change la literie et cela a été fait avec beaucoup de négligence, aucune excuse de la part du personnel et un claquement de porte. Nous avions pris deux nuits, on a fini par partir au bout de la première nuit pour réserver un hôtel ailleurs. L’hygiène est vraiment à revoir

Las habitaciones son pequenas pero las camas en la zona nueva son comodas y cumple su funcion

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026unfreundliche Bedienung, wir mussten 10 Minuten zusehen, wie sie mit irgendjemanden telefoniert hat. dann hat sie uns gesagt, dass sie keinen Parkplatz im Hotel mehr hat und uns auf ein Parkhaus verwiesen hat. Nach 35 Minuten suche in den engen Gassen der Stadt haben wir festgestellt, dass eine lange Schlange vor dem vollen Parkhaus war. Wir sind dann wieder zurückgefahren und haben direkt im Parkhaus vor dem Hotel geparkt. 50 Minuten für nichts. Weiter haben wir nicht genau das Zimmer erhalten, welches wir bestellt haben und das ohne irgendeinen Kommentar. Die ganze Nacht hat irgendetwas im Treppenhaus laut gepiepst, man konnte kaum schlafen, es war schlicht eine Zumutung. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine Katastrophe

We collected key one hour after arranged check in time. Room had not been cleaned,staff indifferent, said cleaner was late. One light was not working. Shower gel was left empty. Vending machine in lobby out of order. Parking advertised but not available.

Shower was difficult to control. Hot then cold. But a decent size shower cubicle. Needs some hooks in the room and a mirror.

Cigarette ends outside hotel on floor dirty , no English tv , shower took ages to heat up , no telephone in room to call anyone , cleaning staff didn’t see them in 5 days , just doom and gloom left early

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026De kamer had een groot balkon waar ik heerlijk kon zitten. Het bed was smal maar had een goed matras en meerdere kussens met verschillende hardheden. Grote kamer (407) met zicht op het oude centrum.
Ik miste wel een koelkast.
