Disney Ambassador Hotel

The hotel itself is a bit dated but it is centrally located, and the staff provided excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The hospitality here is truly unmatched—every member of the team goes above and beyond to anticipate guests’ needs before they’re even expressed.

Lovely rooms and quick walk to Both Disney Parks and Ikispiri shopping mall. We stayed in a Donald themed room which was very cute! Would recommend for Disney fans!

It was a perfect stay I highly recommend!

Great location! Clean spacious room. Easy access to Disney park

I liked that everybody was friendly and willing to help you through google translate.

We had a great stay at Disney Ambassador. Close to public transport so getting to hotel was easy. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by also which was great. Room and staff were great and we had a great Disney experience here. Shuttle bus to parks were also convenient and easy to use.

Loved the shower head lol. convenient to stay in Disney hotel resort, took advantage for the early entry to the park.

The entrance to Disneyland is right in front of you, so access is very good. There is a premium access service that allows you to enter 15 minutes before entering the park, so it is recommended for Disneyland lovers because you can get in early before it gets crowded. Tickets can also be purchased next to the check-in counter, so don't worry.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable. I wouldn’t use DVC points here as it’s less expensive to pay for a room. Super clean and friendly staff.

Location is good next to the theme park. Very clean. All staffs extremely friendly. Interior rather old but well maintained. Next to the hotel is a decent mall with plenty of restaurants to choose. Only one down side during the stay, which was the fact hotel pool was closed in the middle of summer. Was so ready to jump into the pool during hot days there.

Love the helpfulness of staff. Staff answered all y questions.

Amazing staff and stay. Beautiful lobby and welcoming committee. Be ready to use your google translate if you do not know Japanese, the staff has very limited English but they are very helpful and kind. Bring small suitcases, there is not much room to store luggage in rooms but good news is they provide a lot that you can leave home; like pajamas for kids & adults, & toiletries including toothpaste and tooth brushes, reusable shopping bags & slippers. Make sure you check the pool availability! I picked this hotel for the pool and it was closed when we stayed. Chef Mickey buffet for breakfast is totally worth it. Super convenient how the hotel is all connected to the mall & metro station. Shops & movie theatres and tons of restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at hotel. The shuttle takes you to Disneyland & DisneySea. Overall it was a very happy experience.

Even with the trundle bed pulled out (3 adults stayed in one room) the room was spacious and had lots of natural light.

This hotel is right next door to Ikspiari shopping mall. Great location and no complaints. However there was no explanation on Expedia about the free shuttle between the hotel and Disneyland, how to get to the hotel from the station so we wasted some time and money to get there. The buffet restaurant was fully booked unfortunately as well. You beed to book before your stay for dining with the characters experience. We didn't know.

Other than dealing with the front desk, it was a very nice stay. Not a very smooth check-in process. Definitely not typical of Disney. Front Desk also didn’t seem to have correct answers to questions that were asked.

Very cute mid century modern styling. Very clean. Very short walk to Ikspari ( their Downtown Disney). Large room by Japanese standards. Mattress harder than Is comfortable for me (mom)

Great hotel. Will save money to go again.

Amazing experience... Efficient personnels.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities. Bit disappointed pool is not open all year round (at least in the warmer months)

Better stay at proper Disneyland hotel. Staying here is neither here nor there and u paying a premium for it. A very dated hotel. Even the highlight which is br akfasy with Mickey is not for everyone. U need to book in advance and subject to limited seat. And there is nothing in the hotel or near the hotel for u to eat after ur long day at Disneyland. They only have one small shop operate 24/7 by the hotel which sell limited stuff and expensive water. The hotel only provide u with 3 small 'evian' water, need more, u have to buy at premium. Basically u have no choice but to buy ut.!!!

Amazing place!! Our whole family loves it so much! Will definitely stay here again if we go to Disneyland again!

Hotel , environment, staff , room all are well clean kind and satisfied . Very convenient hv free shuttle bus to TOKYO DISNEYLAND AND DISNEYSEA. Provide room facility everything are clean.

It was amazing

Hotel Ambassadors is not really convenient to Disney🙄 which need to take shuttle bus everyday. no room service at midnight that’s no good for guests

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and my family and I loved it. Wonderful staff, comfortable room, service and food. We truly felt we were coming "home" after a long day at Disney Seas. We will definitely be back!

Disney’s accommodations are really top-notch. The room was very comfortable and had many little touches that added to the feel of the place. The included voucher to enter the park 15 minutes early is another excellent perk. Overall I have no complaints other than, of course, the price.

Really glad we booked this hotel as we had 2 days of Disneyland & Disneysea. We could easily check-in at the Guest centre in Maihama & drop off our luggages before we quickly head to Disneysea with the Happy 15. Love it that the hotel is connected to Iksperia (where the Disney store is located at) & lots of restaurants!

Overall good experience. No one to help with luggage to room which was odd but overall the service and cleanliness of the room was great. The location can’t be beat!

The entire experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again!

We loved staying at the Ambassador Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. We took advantage of the extra 15 minutes entry into the parks and the home delivery service when we bought merchandise. This hotel will be our disney home whenever we holiday at Tokyo Disney

If you wish to book the Chef Mickey Breakfast Buffet be sure to make check-in on time, as bookings can only be made by in-house guests only after they have checked-in. To avoid disappointment check-in on time.

In typical Tokyo Disney style, the facility’s and staff are second to none! Exceptional service, outstanding courtesy and very well maintained facilities. Highly recommend

Happiest place on earth.... makes one turn into a kid again!

Nice hotel

The room was super clean and was Stitch themed. You can't go wrong with that. Staff was very accommodating.

Staff was all approachable

The staff are very courteous. The hotel is very clean and replenishes the supplies every day. My son enjoyed the meet and greet at Chef Mickey’s. We got our money’s worth. The hotel is connected to a mall Ikspiari.

Clean, family friendly, best hotel when I was staying in japan.

There is transport provided to Disneyland and Sea. Walking distance to Maihama stn.

A suitcase was dented when it was left at the hotel for the day.

Excellent lication to visit DisneySea and Disneyland. 5min walk to JR Maihama station amd Ispari mall with good food iutlets and shops and cinems. Bonus eatly patk entry and free shuttle bus to and from parks. Also allows you to buy magic pass for patk hopping on all days as a disney hotel guest.
