第一印象は、ホテルというよりマンション。室内のライトの調光が出来ない。トイレ洗面所は、扉開けて１歩も入れず、すぐ便器。タオルフックの壁に髪の毛など清掃もイマイチな感じでした。

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Great location 15/20 mins walk to Tokyo Disneyland, Maihama station (for trains to central Tokyo) and the Ikspiari (shops and restaurants) and a 10 minute walk from Disney Sea. Staff were friendly and there is an excellent selection of free amenities in the reception area. Breakfast offered a good variety of western and local options and we never had any issue with finding a table. The foot massager included in the room is an excellent idea and well received after a day at the parks. There is a Lawsons convenience store two blocks away when you turn right out of the hotel.
While the room is a good size for Japan the bathroom is on the smaller size, think cruise ship and a little dated but I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Mystays Maihama again.

I was told that the twin room was taken but I booked the room about 2 months ago. At the front desk, I was told that there was only a triple bed room available at the time when I checked in, which was around 9:30 pm. I was not notified by the hotel about this in advance. I do not appreciate it and I has to stay in a room where there were 3 beds in the room for myself. The room that I had to stay had a crack in the sink and stains in a chair.

枕が臭くて布団はゴワゴワ痒い。部屋が臭くて消臭スプレーをしたらそのスプレーが臭い。ホコリっぽくて鼻がムズムズした。急に部屋の電気がチカチカっと消えた。ディズニーシーから近いからと選んだがそれほど近くもなくシャトルバスは朝と夜それぞれ2,3本だけだった。

唯一、泊まった部屋のお風呂でお湯はりをしてすくみたかったのですが、栓をしてもお湯が抜けていってしまった所です。

Lo staff è stato un po' sbrigativo e non troppo d'aiuto quando abbiamo avuto un problema nel chiamare un taxi. La colazione non ha incontrato i nostri gusti.

13日の朝、駐車場から車を出す時ハンドルの切り方が悪かったらしくてめちゃくちゃ怒られた。 そんな怒りかたしなくても、、、と思った。 窓も閉めてたので何言ってるのか聞こえなかった。 おじさんが何か言っていたので違う方にハンドルを切ったら怒鳴られた。 とりあえず窓を開けるように指示するとかした方が良いかと思います。

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026ディズニーシーに歩いて行ける距離ということでこちらを選びました！ 朝車を止めてシーに歩いて行きました。 台風が直撃で夜になって雨と風がひどくなり 濡れながら帰ってきました。 洋服も靴もびしょ濡れで、そしたら靴乾燥機の貸し出しがあり翌日はランドの予定でしたので靴を乾かすことが出来本当に助かりました。 スタッフの方も親切でとても良かったです。 朝食も口コミに美味しいと書かれていたように とっても美味しかったです！ パンがとても美味しく食事もドリンクも豊富で 美味しくいただきました！

The room was very warm, we had to dump and take care of the humidifier the foot massage didn't work and there were stains on our sheets

突然、台湾便が欠航となり、急遽ディズニーシーに行く事に 慌ててホテルを予約した まわりに食事をするところが無い 知らずに行ったのでただ一軒の歩いて10分のコンビニで調達した

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Sin duda recomendamos este hotel. Está literalmente a solo 10 minutos andando de Tokyo Disneyland, por lo que para nosotros merece muchísimo la pena. Además, desde la ventana de la habitación se pueden ver algunas de las atracciones de Disney y está justo al lado de uno de los hoteles oficiales de Disney. El hotel ofrece servicio de shuttle a los parques, aunque nosotros no lo utilizamos porque caminando se llega en unos 10 minutos de forma muy cómoda. Las habitaciones son amplias, algo que se agradece muchísimo en Japón, donde normalmente suelen ser bastante pequeñas. Las camas son muy cómodas, limpian la habitación y hacen la cama todos los días. Además, la habitación tiene una máquina de masajes, un detalle que nos encantó después de un día entero caminando por los parques. Como consejo para quienes visiten Tokyo Disneyland o DisneySea, recomendamos ir caminando hasta Ikspiari, el centro comercial del Disney Resort, y atravesar el Hotel Ambassador. Es una ruta muy agradable, permite disfrutar del ambiente Disney y, además, se llega más rápido a los parques. Ikspiari está a unos 10 minutos del hotel y tiene muchísimas opciones para cenar, además de un supermercado con precios muy económicos para comprar comida, bebidas o el desayuno. En definitiva, si volvemos a Disney, repetiríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Muy recomendable!

If you are over 6ft tall you might find showering difficult. The doors open to the outside so it can be very shocking when it is hot. There is not a lot of options right next to the hotel. Lawson’s is a 5 minute walk, any restaurant is at least 10 minute walk.

There wasn't any kind of laundry service at the hotel or nearby.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026room were ok, location was very convenience for what we wanted to doand shuttle bus was just what we needed, near bye and taking you to the train station to cath the train to Tokyo city.
the room was quite small for what we had but we managed to accomodate ourself, may be it was my fault because I did not pay attention at the moment to do the booking.
