Reviewed Jun 10, 2026We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and could not be more satisfied with our experience! ⭐️ The entire place was spotlessly clean, the facilities were well maintained, and our room was spacious and comfortable. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the incredible hospitality; the staff were remarkably friendly and always fast to respond to our every need. We want to give a special shout out to Reem at reception, who welcomed us warmly and made our accommodation seamless, and Mary at breakfast, whose exceptional service and attentiveness made our mornings a true delight. ❤️ Thank you to the entire team for a flawless experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! ☺️

The gym could use a spruce and a deep cleaning. It had decent amount of machines and workout needs but it’s small and definitely not well taken care of unfortunately.

Cleanliness
8.8/10Generally praised as very clean and 'spotlessly clean' by several guests, but some reports note specific issues (bath/tub cleanliness, requests for better overall attention; one reviewer gave cleanliness 8/10).
Service
9.7/10Consistently highlighted as a standout: friendly, fast and professional staff, multiple shout-outs to reception and breakfast staff (Reem, Mary, Mohammed, Majid); free suite upgrade and attentive team reported.
Location
9.3/10Frequently mentioned as a strong point (in the heart of Riyadh, close to malls and centres). One comment mentioned distance as a minor drawback, but overall location is a major positive.
Room Quality
9/10Rooms described as comfortable and spacious with positive notes on specific floors and suite upgrades; isolated complaints about thin walls/noise from adjacent rooms.
Amenities
8.6/10Facilities are generally well maintained, but business lounge food was called average and terrace bar service was slow with cold dishes at times; valet/car service noted and sometimes considered pricey.
Value for Money
8.9/10Many guests feel the experience is worth it given service and comfort, though a few mention high car/valet charges and occasional slowness in some services that reduce perceived value slightly.
Food and Beverage
9/10Breakfast receives strong praise (excellent, named staff praised); however business lounge offerings are average and terrace bar food/service had delays and cold items on occasion.
Overall Experience
9.5/10Overall sentiment is highly positive — guests call stays 'fantastic', 'great experience', many intend to return; service and cleanliness contribute to a very favorable overall impression.
