Reviewed Sep 19, 2026ראשית, תודה למתן מהקבלה שעזר לנו מאוד. שנית, הכול היה מעולה. מלון יפה, חדר מרווח שמכיל הכול, כולל קומקום לתה וקפה, ארון מרווח, תריס חשמלי שעושה חושך מוחלט, מיטה נוחה ועוד המון. מיקום מצוין שקרוב לכל מה שחשוב בתל אביב, ופשוט הייתה חופשה נהדרת.

The wifi signal was unreliable and slow in the room. The shower door leaked leaving water across the bathroom and bedroom floor which was not cleared up by the daily cleaner. The late night music in the corridor which kept me awake

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026There are many things to love about this hotel starting with it's outstanding location, right at the beginning of the Nachalat Binyamin artist fair. But above and beyond location, there were three main standouts: 1) the rooftop infinity pool, bar, and lounging beds -- so chill and relaxing. a HUGE plus 2) the outstanding design of the room -- maximizing space so artfully, made a smallish room feel much bigger than it was. 3) the decor of the hotel -- art deco spaces made for a funky, cool experience. 4) Value!!! The price was right

I had a quiet room and the staff was anazimg with me. The swimming pool and the terrace are better than the ones of other bigger hotels. Well done folks!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Posizione eccellente attaccato allo Shuq Carmel Il quartiere e la via è molto vivace ma l'hotel è silenziosissimo Struttura stile BauHaus fuori e molto moderna e carina dentro Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale Sinceramente la cosa che più mi ha colpito è la professionalità e la gentilezza dello Staff. Tutti ragazzi molto professionali, sempre disponibili e sempre sorridenti, uno Staff del genere non l ho mai trovato nei vari Hotel 5 Stelle In cui di sono stato Scegliete Poli House per il vostro soggiorno a Tel Aviv e non ve ne pentirete
la Jacuzzi andrebbe rivista e la piscina un pò piccola

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The property was in an unreal location, right by Carmel markets and Sheinkin St and had a roof top pool which was ok however there weren’t enough chairs to sit in but also only about 7 beds to lay in the sun which isn’t enough for the amount of rooms that the hotel has.
The property was dirty, when we got to our room the place felt like it hadn’t had a proper clean in months. I was super disappointed and then the check in staff tried to help by showing me another room that we could move to. Unfortunately this was dirty too and smaller than the original. 2.5 hours later the manager was called who showed us a suite, this was to come at an additional cost and had housekeeping there while I saw it however in the end we sorted it out. Bed was comfy and room was fine. When we went to check out, a different manager/staff member on duty was beyond rude and the price we negotiated with the manager originally at check in wasn’t agreed to - they tried to charge us substantially more.

The place is very nicely designed but feels like it's starting to age a bit. Still very clean and comfortable.

Mor au bar a une playlist musicale géniale et je n’oublierai pas sa gentillesse. J’ai beaucoup voyagé et le poli House m’a fait pensé au London West Hollywood à Los Angeles . Reviewed Jul 22, 2026המלון נמצא המיקום מצויין, ממש מתחת למלון יש את שוק הכרמל, סופר בכל פינה, ומגוון חנויות ממש בקרבת המקום, המלון נמצא במרחק עשר דקות הליכה גג מהים ומהסנטר אז לכל מקום הלכנו ברגל. בנוסף החדר היה מצוין בשביל 2 אנשים, וההנהלה של המלון היו ממש נחמדים וזמינים לכל שאלה, במיוחד ברוב השהות שלנו יצא לנו לדבר עם קארינה המנהלת שהייתה ממש נחמדה, הייתה גישה בלי הגבלה לג׳קוזי, שנמצא על גג המלון, הוא במילוי עצמאי אז מומלץ 20 דקות לפני לבוא להתחיל למלא מים כי זה לוקח קצת זמן, הבריכה גם נמצאת על הגג עם נוף לים, ובנוסף קיבלנו כמתנה בקבוק אלכוהול חמוד ללא תשלום כלל. סף הכל החוויה במלון הייתה מצויינת ומאוד משתלמת בשביל המחיר ששילמנו, גם יחס נהדר גם מיקום נהדר וגם מחיר נהדר. מקום מאוד מאוד מומלץ.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026המלון במיקום מעולה! הגענו חבורת בנות ונהננו מכל רגע! הבריכה על הגג הייתה מצוינת ועשתה את העבודה. המיקום נמצא בנחלת בנימין ככה שהיה קל לרדת למטה למצוא ארוחת בוקר מצוינת באזור, להסתובב בערב וגם במהלך היום. צוות המלון מקסים וסייע בכל מה שהיה צריך. בקיצור חוויה מאוד טובה.
סה"כ המלון עלה על הצרכים ומהווה תמורה טובה מאוד למחיר. מבחינת מקלחת - היא סבבה וממש אחלה אבל קצת מוזר הקטע שיש דלת אחת גם למקלחת וגם לשירותים. אבל יחסית זה בקטנה.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026המלון במיקום מרכזי בטירוף! בדיוק על שוק הכרמל, הבריאה הייתה מצויינת כייפי ביותר לימים חמים. שיתופי הפעולה עם ארוחות הבוקר והבר בגג המלון מול אגדיר מצויין! הצוות סופר דופר מקסימים שירות מצויין!
אם להיות קטנוני יעזור. בחדר שלנו (שודרגנו לחדר עם מרפסת שהיה נהדר!) אך בחדר השפורפרת של המקלחת הייתה שבורה ויצאו ממנה מים מכל מקום. בנוסף במקלחת אולי כדאי להגביע קצת את המגרעת כדי שלא יצאו מים אל חלל החדר.

There is no need for food in the hotel, as it is located in an ocean of restaurants from simple to gourmet. 15 min walk from sea, but infinity pool is amazing and underused. Feels like it’s private and personal. Never seen more than 5 in the pool at a time. For central TLV this is great. It is not a tourist beach hotel but for a city experience it does not come better. The rooms are very modern and super appointed.
A little noisy at the moment as the tel-Aviv tram system is being installed city-wide. That means that key roads in tel-aviv will be car-free. Give it a year or so. But do not let you put this off.
