The Restaurant has people singing every day.. every meal, there are people who are awful at singing, screaming into the microphone.. had to eat out every night. WiFi kept cutting out, they had maintenance working in the halls so maybe something to do with it. Everytime you have a shower, it floods the bathroom.. design flaw with the shower doors

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Location near to Surin Train Station was good. Staff were very helpful and attentive when needed. Breakfast was okay and it would be nice to have a fruit selection available. Laundry service was timely and affordable, thank you. Overall experience was good , thank you.
A safe box in room is standard in hotels these days, there was not one or safety latch on door. The air conditioner was a bit noisy at night so I turned it off. The bed was quite firm but was not a big issue for me , maybe for others who need a softer bed , check first.
