Fusion Suites Saigon

What I love most about Fusion Suites Saigon is the location. It’s right in District 1, close to so many great restaurants and cafés, making it very easy to explore the city. The hotel has a clean, minimalist design, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with great beds. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. I’ve stayed here more than five times already, which probably says it all. Fusion Suites has become one of my go-to places in Saigon, and I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in the city.

Vy and Vivien were very welcoming and helpful with information. They made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend staying here. Quiet and close to everything.

- Seating area at the main lobby was pretty comfortable - Staffs were friendly and helpful - The bar is good with reasonably priced drinks - Room was clean enough for us to have a comfortable stay

- Toilet area needs to be improved. Water kept ponding at the entrance area of the toilet after a shower - While the main lobby open area is comfortable, I feel that the seat covers needs to be washed regularly. Please take note of this.

Quiet location in the heart of District 1

環境真的太棒了，附近就有好吃河粉跟按摩，走路七分鐘也有超市。員工都很親切，飯店本身的按摩也很優惠。早餐也好好吃！

The room is less pretty as advertised, especially on the views - on the lower floor, it's basically a street view, and no view on the side window.

Per quanto è bella la struttura, il personale rispetto agli altri hotel in Vietnam dove sono stata, risulta essere freddo e poco collaborativo. L’unico hotel dove ci è stato richiesto il pagamento anticipato di qualsiasi cosa.

La localisation, le style de l’hôtel, la politesse et la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, le confort des chambres, le petit déjeuner, les petites attentions.

L'hôtel se trouve en plein centre ville touristique, facile pour visiter, avec plusieurs restaurants dans la rue. La chambre est magnifique, grande, confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec du choix.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gestaltet und sehr modern. Das Zimmer war zu jeder Zeit sauber und wird, auf Wunsch, sogar zweimal am Tag gereinigt. Es gibt eine sehr große und leckere Auswahl beim Frühstück, wobei hier die Auswahl an Gerichten mit Fleisch deutlich überwiegt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sofort wieder in diese Unterkunft gehen.

Beim Frühstück könnten die warmen Speisen hinsichtlich der Auswahl für Vegetarier ausgebaut werden. Das integrierte Spa wirkte recht unkoordiniert. Die Wände der Zimmer sind leider recht hellhörig, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn hört. Das war abends etwas störend.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the main shopping street, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were also very helpful with our luggage, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was excellent as well, with a great selection and quality.

There’s a gym in the basement, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable sewage smell in that area.

Die Lage ist gut, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber und modern. Perfekt, für ein Städtetrip.Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl begrenzt, aber dafür qualitativ gut.

Für Leute, die länger in der Stadt bleiben, sollten ein Hotel mit Pool suchen.

Absolut empfehlenswert! die Zimmer, sowie das Bad haben eine enorme Größe und sind ästhetisch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Das Frühstück und auch die angebotenen Snacks waren hervorragend - Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Da uns auch die Lage sehr gut gefallen hat, muss ich einfach verdiente 10 Punkte geben.

The room is comfortable with a little kitchen. The hotel is in a centre town to arrive in every place. The breakfast is various with continental and Vietnamese foods.

The portions at breakfast were quite small In the vegeta le buffet.

I had a comfortable stay. The room comes with a small kitchenette, microwave, and tableware, making it very convenient for preparing simple meals or for longer stays.

There are a few areas that could be improved. The room lighting is a bit dim at night, especially if you need to read or work. The curtain was also partially detached, allowing sunlight to shine directly onto the bed in the morning, which affected my sleep. It would be helpful if the hotel repaired the curtains and added a curtain wand or rod for easier opening and closing. Breakfast is decent but the selection is somewhat limited. Overall, it's still a comfortable hotel and a good choice for short stays or business trips.

The hotel is located in fairly quiet area of Ho Chi Minh City, which is unusual for most of the hotels in HMC. We found the rooms to be comfortable and quiet. Ours was located on the side of the building facing another building, but we did not mind the lack of a view. We especially enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave, although we only used them a couple of times. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped with a walk-in shower and the buffet breakfast was quite good. The only negative was the raised platform for the bed which presented a potential stumbling obstacle. We highly recommend Fusion Suites Saigon hotel.

My top 1 hotel in HCMC. The staff are all super friendly and always made me feel like coming back home. Esp Ms Tran and Mr Aiden who will remember my preference and make the best for me. Good location because located slightly out from the main busy and noisy street. Spacious and clean. Good hot and cold water pressure as well. If they have a few more international plug point in the room that will be better.

The decor of the room was lovely. We particularly loved the art on the wall in the room and the various art work around the property

As we only had a short stay we did not require a pool, but this maybe a downfall for some people if staying longer than 1 night

Really loved my stay here! The rooms are spotless, comfy and nicely decorated. Breakfast has so many options and everything tastes great. All staff are super friendly, and huge props to Henry(Nguyễn Bảo Phúc) at reception. He helped us sort out our bus tickets and even messaged later to check how our trip was going. His thoughtful help made traveling totally stress-free. Would definitely recommend Fusion Suites Saigon to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

La chambre est très spacieuse, et la vue splendide. Les repas que nous avons pris sur place étaient très bon. Les chambres étaient nettoyées et refaites très régulièrement et ça ça fait plaisir.

One of my favorite city stays in Saigon. The Corner Suite overlooks the tree lined Suong Nguyet Anh Str, city center located but in the quite area. My room has the big windows create beautiful moods throughout the day, especially when it rains. Very clean and good value. Good breakfast, thoughtful service, elegant design, and yoga sessions that make the stay feel slower and more intentional. A perfect place when you want to enjoy the city without feeling overwhelmed by it.

Location - It is not that far from the city or any tourist spot. And the location is too calm cause it is not in the middle of the city or traffic. Hospitality - The staffs are so kind and helpful! I really love their attitude!! Food - My booking included breakfast in every morning. The service and foods are excellent!! Top tier! Room - The room is too comfortable to the extend I dont want to leave my room. The room service team cleaned my room efficiently every day.

One thing I could suggest is to include dish soap in the pantry so that I can wash it after using the utensils.

I visited the hotel back in March. Hotel is great but this review is about the staff. In particular Trân Huyên from the reception. I left a personal item back in the room and she took care of its safe keeping and the logistics of sending it back home to me in Germany. This is what makes this hotel special. Trân went above and beyond what is expected of hotel staff and so I cannot recommend it enough. You’re in safe hands here, no doubt!!! Also the rooms are very cute.

Hallways sometimes smelt funny

We had a lovely stay in Fusion Suites in Ho Chi Minh City…the staff at check-in were so lovely and friendly! We were in room 903 a corner room and I would recommend booking a corner room! The double windows are just lovely and it is a bigger room! We also had a big bath which I used every night after a busy day! The breakfast was really nice…a good selection and beautiful fresh fruit! Myself and my daughter went for a head and scalp massage and a facial…this was amazing! Sa Lay was brilliant and I was so relaxed! I went for a full body massage another day and Trinh was also amazing! I would highly recommend getting a treatment done at the hotel! I would stay here again for definite!

The hotel was really nice with confortable beds and very clean. Location was also very good close to most places (10-15 min walk). Staff was very friendly and everything was super clean. Breakfast was good.

The shower/toilet solution in our room was not the best as after you shower the toilet area gets all wet.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and we especially loved the amazing view of the skyline from our room. It made our stay even more special, especially at night. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of tasty options to choose from every morning. Stayed here with my wife and we both had a really good time. The hotel is in a very convenient area, easy to walk to Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien, but the street itself is surprisingly quiet with lots of trees around. Breakfast was better than we expected and the staff were always friendly and smiling. My wife especially loved the atmosphere and how kind Vietnamese people are. Also thank you to H.Bao at reception for being so welcoming and helpful during our stay. Only thing missing was a swimming pool, otherwise everything was great.

There was nothing to compare to my 2-night stay at Fusion Suites Saigon. The breakfast was perfect, the room was beautiful, and I really liked the ginger tea welcome drink. The staff were super friendly, especially the muscular bellboy named Bao. He recommended Pho Thin, which was also super delicious. If you guys travel to Ho Chi Minh City, this should definitely be the place to stay.
