Very relaxing
The pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. Seems there is reduce in maintenance.
El lugar muy bonito, la atención del personal impecable, la comida del restaurante deliciosa. Las habitaciones muy bonitas, el ambiente perfecto para relajarse.
El jacuzzy no funciono.
Muy cómodo y bonito
Everything was fine . It’s are second time we stay here
We didn’t have water for a period of time couldn’t use the toilet or take showers had a bad night
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The communication with the property was quick and easy. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the hot water was instant and abundant. The breakfast was great and the restaurant has a beautiful view. We felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. One of the couples in our group were celebrating their anniversary and a birthday so for an appropriate charge, they decorated the room beautifully with rose petals and a bottle of wine. We highly recommend a stay here for a great weekend of wine tasting.
Staff was so friendly, very accommodating due to me being pregnant. Enjoyed the breakfast that it included, the hotel was clean and secluded so it was great location to disconnect. Pretty view
Everything nice. Except shower
I fell on shower. No anti slip mat. I almost broke my head. Thank God I didn’t. Also nothing to hold on in shower. Everything else excellent
Habitación limpia y bonita
Bonita habitación y muy limpia
Todo estuvo bien
La atención de la recepcionista fue estupenda
Solo que no hubiera luces en el jacuzzi
Todo, la Host muy buena!
No hay TV
We stayed only 1 night at the place vey decent 👌 place very clean I really like everything when i have opportunity i will stay on the place again
Wonderful place to stay in Valle Guadalupe. Alejandro is very courteous and helpful for anything that you need. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to experience the Wine region, the wine and food is great also! Brett Douglas
Quite with a great view.
Nothing.
The property is beautiful, the entire place is gorgeous!
That there’s no one at the front desk, if you need something good luck dealing with it. And no hot water in the shower.
It’s a beautiful place and the food is amazing! They are really lovely!
Wonderful place. The hotel was clean and spacious. The attached restaurant was also fantastic. Sol, the manager was very welcoming. They don’t have menus, they’ll make whatever you order. I was really impressed. I’ll be going back for sure
nice quiet and peaceful place
Me cancelaron la reserva el mismo dia del check in
The view was amazing…
Hacienda Guadalupe is centrally located in the Valle, so very easy for us to visit wineries. Check in process was smooth and rooms were clean, comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was reasonable and very yummy.
Beautiful hotel. Very nice and quiet. Loved the lobby, the grounds, the restaurant and the pool area. Staff were very nice and accommodating. They even let us check in early. We had no noise issues in our room and the linens and bed felt very comfortable. Food at the restaurant was really good and maybe a little cheaper at the other wineries. Judith at the front desk was super nice as well as the other girl. If this is your first time traveling to Valley de Guadalupe, bring your truck or SUV.because may of the wineries have dirt roads. I probably wouldn’t bring a Tesla here. Hey shout out to the restaurant for the complimentary dinner on Valentines Day! Also the staff put rose petals on our bed for my wife which was super thoughtful. All in all excellent stay.
Hacienda Guadalupe hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean and bed ws comfortable. Hope to be back with more time next time :)
La cercanía a los viñedos
Falta de atención al llegar al Hotel , sin TV ni amenidades
The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and the pool was very pretty. The restaurant was also delicious! I would stay here again.
Beautiful landscaping and pool. Dog friendly
Trustful staff, clean, quiet, peaceful, taken care of facilities…
A staff member threw a room’s bed sheets from the second floor to the bottom floor and we were passing by and it scared us!!! Make sure nobody’s around !!!
Todo excelente y los vinos también.
Fantastic cute place to stay!! Had a nice time here and it's located in a beautiful part of the Valle. Plus a cute dog on the premises!
This is a great find in Valle de Guadalupe. This hotel is very comfortable, well maintained and clean. There is a nice pool area for these hot Valle de Guadalupe days. We also appreciated the onsite winery with a delicious red blend (El Caporal). The staff could not have been more helpful. The manager was even waiting for us with bottles of water after we finished our walk in the hills surrounding the hotel. We will be back.
Nothing to mention here except maybe have an option to include breakfast in the price of the room.
The hotel restaurant was excellent! Highly recommend their freshly squeezed orange juice!
No TV is available but it’s wasn’t a big issue just fyi.
We had an excellent time. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and so sweet and helpful. I will definitely stay and recommend the hotel.
Nice pool. Rooms are definitely a bit tired but still nice. Older property but attractive
Hot water for shower was off so first night we had freezing cold water. The restaurant is expensive - and closes at 3.00 p.m. We arrived at 6.00 p.m. and there wasn’t any food available. We were quoted $60 dollars for a taxi to a nearby restaurant - gringo rip off IMO. There’s a big building site right in front of the hotel. Area is changing and not for the better.
This property was so beautiful. The location was great and service friendly.
The jacuzzi didn't work the second day we were there.
Beautiful place!
All was amazing, can’t go wrong staying here.
This place is beautiful. It reminded me of a quintessential 1800's hacienda, with all of the modern ammenities. The room, pool, and hot tub were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can't believe I was the only guest. Forget Ensanada, go to Valle de Guadalupe and spend your time here instead.
I have nothing bad to say about this property.
The property is beautiful, secluded, clean, with great staff, a restaurant on the premises, winery, and pool and jacuzzi. We loved our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were super clean, with comfortable bed and pillows, the showers were clean and they supply shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. They have coffee makers, safe, extra blankets, hair dryer, and iron. The pool area was big , clean, and very relaxing. The property has a great view. The staff was super courteous and friendly and they are a pet friendly hotel.
The rooms do not have refrigerator, microwave, or tv. That wasn't a deal breaker but it would have been handy. Some of the outlets didn't work and one of the rooms didn't have hot water but didn't bother us enough to complain because we had a great time.
Todo está de maravilla ,volveré sin duda
Amazing property, Spanish hacienda style buildings, nice grounds, delicious food
Stayed here beginning of October. The main reason we chose this hotel was the easy and free access to various hikes and and proximity to Ricon De La Vieja National Park. We arranged a hike around the national park and were lucky to get Oliver as our guide. We saw Capuchin Monkeys, Howler Monkeys, Eyelash Snake (Olivers favoutate) and various other flora and fauna. Oliver was keen to share his vast knowledge in this area, he was a pleasure and fun to be with. He stopped the bus on our return journey as there were Howler Monkeys in the trees by the road. We were also able to go on walks from the hotel where we saw waterfalls and beautiful scenery. Food was amazing particularly as EVERYTHING in the hotel is gluten free, this was so helpful as I am on a gluten free diet for medical reasons. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff were great and we would recommend this hotel
Very beautiful, quiet and clean
Beautiful room & grounds
The restaurant was closed though it advertised as open. Very disappointing since we stayed there because of the Restaurant.
My husband and I chose your hotel to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. We chose Hacienda because you have a wonderful restaurant that we love. Unfortunately, we were not advised that your restaurant would not be open during our visit, nor were we informed that most wineries and eating establishments would also be closed on Monday & Tuesday. Had we known this we would not have chosen the dates we did. So we stayed on the pool or in our room for two days, with a couple small trips out just to drive around the valley. So it was not a very memorable stay. I would suggest you inform incoming guests of any changes from your website on restaurant hours or keep your website current.
The place is so peaceful and beautiful. The customer service amazing as well, loved the welcome drink. Staff was extremely friendly and the place was super clean.
Location, cleanliness, pool and hot tub. Room size was large and had all the amenities we needed.
Nothing
Staff were friendly.
They did not allow putting toilet paper in the toilet which is ridiculous also no tv which is terrible. I ordered Ice and it took over a hour to get after 3 calls and then charged over 3dollars.
Hacienda Guadalupe Blanca was a gem. Tucked in quietly far enough from the main highway enough to not be woken but passing cars. The lobby entrance, patio, pool deck and elegantly decorated (tv less💙) rooms are so welcoming. Hector, Fernanda and Greta took extra good care of us. The only down side was this was our first visit to Valle De Guadalupe and itt being so beautiful with it's close wineries and restaurants, we spent fewer time at the Hacienda than we would've liked to. Next time we're doing a hotel day and just relaxing. Can't wait to come back.
You can't get a better view from their rooms, overlooking the entire valley. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was received a friendly and professional greeting. A cool glass of sparkling wine to take the edge off.... The staff helped me find a room that suited me - and the pool was very refreshing. The bed w3as very comfortable, the entire room was appointed nicely. Wine tasting on site and a delicio0us breakfast in the morning. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Everything! Its so peaceful and beautiful. Love that they have a restaurant that you can walk to for coffee in the morning and just enjoy the view
The bar was closed. Last time we stayed we were able to enjoy cocktails after being out all day but they said its under renovation
We've never felt more welcome, or more special. It was my wife's birthday and she was surprised and happy being recognized and cared for in a personal way. Hacienda Guadalupe arranged a massage in the room and it was great. Thanks so much. You will be our "go to" place in the Valle de Guadalupe!
Clean beautiful hotel.
No TV in the Room. I recommend adding a TV in the bar area next to the hotel showing the production of the grapes and wine process. Also barbecue on the weekends texas style.
The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant.
Our only suggestion is to increase the water pressure. We also would have appreciated a small or mini refrigerator.
Very cozy
Clean, comfortable, beautiful
Nothing
The property is beautiful and so is the location. The room was spacious and clean.
You can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. I would stay there again, but it would be nice if I didn’t have to hear my neighbors.
Property is beautiful, serene and peaceful. Stayed for one night, rooms are good but the overall experience was excellent. Used pool (not heated) and evening jacuzzi with wince purchased at their own winery. Walking around the property with lush greenery and vineyards is in itself worthwhile. Walked over to the restaurant for an amazing dinner as well.
Very accommodating and such a nice staff!
The hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning! The gardens, lobby, pool area, restaurant, everything is meticulously maintained. The staff were absolutely wonderful, warm and welcoming! There is a little pup named Ozzy who is also very welcoming! Absolutely the place to stay in Valle de Guadalupe!!
The room was very spacious. I especially loved that they were dog-friendly and had the sweetest hotel dog running around as well. Their pool was very relaxing. The breakfast, which was included with our room purchase, was delicious!!!! They also had a great selection of food items on their regular menu. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return!
good location, comfortable beds
No heaters available in the pool area Value is a bit expensive Room per night should include breakfast
the hacienda is beautifull, service also very good. Restaurant options and service need to impprove. ex: no olive oil for guests dinner !! menu very short for dinner. swimming pool cold so we went to the jacuzzi ! The view to the valley is the best, we tast some wines.
The hotel is beautifully maintained and has gorgeous views of the valley and vineyards.
Cleanliness, chill staff
No TV in the rooms!
Every single thing
Excellent staff. Large clean rooms. Beautiful properly with excellent dinner and breakfast in site
Excellent staff and large clean and comfortable rooms. Great central location. Excellent views from the breakfast room
It’s such a nice property. The view its amazing to the vineyards and loved the rustic decor throughout. The restaurant had amazing breakfast and we used the pool during the day. Enrique provided great service in the restaurant and pool. We will definitely come back.
Everything was great! I would suggest to check the pool every couple hours when people are using it to clean the mosquitos out. Since the hotel it’s in the mountains in vineyard, it’s normal bees or mosquitos to easily get in the pool. Just someone to be cleaning them out throughout the day.
Location and staff.
The pool was full of bugs, the place was dated, no noise insulation in the rooms (can hear the neighbors, people passing by), the mattress had seen better days.
Very clean
The entrance to the facility needs improvement. Very difficult to locate off the main road.
Restaurant, wine, tasting, pool and room.
