Reviewed Jun 9, 2025The views at this property are beautiful, especially from the rooftop. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was an amazing restaurant just a short walk away called Casa del Comida that I highly recommend. The pool and hot tub were very nice too.
The water pressure was quite low and the shower didn’t drain very well.

I was disappointed because there was some reviews about the restaurant. They had no food available, at all Friday or Saturday. The restaurant was closed. There was no local stores or restaurants around. We were able to find one restaurant that was nice but pricey it would’ve been more convenient if they had more staff, it was pretty much ran by 3 person crew that were very nice. It would’ve been nice if they had a microwave to at least warm up food specially because there’s no local stores I do recommend bring food drinks water because there’s nothing available there.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2023Beautiful, unique, private place. Juan met us and stayed in contact throughout our stay. The place was clean and cozy. We loved the jacuzzi outside, the patio on the roof, and the fireplace. We also ordered food and wine from the restaurant. The check-in and check-out were fast and easy.

When I need drink or food, I need to look for security guy to order or I needed to walk over to the restaurant to order. If they have telephone in the room and just call for the service, that would be much better.

It's off the main highway like a 20 minute dirt road, so if you're driving an SUV you'll be fine but if you're in a car, you have to be very careful to not bottom out!!!

Not very secure, they have a teenager that watches and handles the property all night. None of the doors worked properly. The water comes out in a trickle. Air Conditioner didn’t work properly.

The fact that I had to call twice to get my room deposit. They could've refunded the $100 deposit right away, instead it took them a week after I had to call to claim it. It's like they're counting on guests not calling for it so they could keep it, maybe that was not their intention but it surely felt like it. They need to stop this practice otherwise people won't visit a second time.

La alberca estaba congelada 6. Pésimo trato 7. Nos recibieron y no sabían ni nuestro cuarto ni la clave para entrar, nos dieron la clave de otro cuarto. 8. Ruido en las noches sin previo aviso. 9. En el check out nos estaban cobrando cosas de otro cuarto 10. Humillante check out que tuvieron que entrar al cuarto de cada inquilino para contar las toallas y quitar sabanas, cero profesional 11. Nos pidieron 1000 pesos de deposito llegando al hotel

Reviewed Jun 11, 2021Property was nice it is all dirt road so do not come in a washed clean car.We were good with the service at first.they were able to change rooms for us as the first one was a little far.Second room closer to where we were park long story short there was no hot water for a shower after using the pool.I called to let them know no hot water I was told someone from maintenance would be over they never showed up no one at the front desk answers the phone so disappointing.

Sobre las habitaciones nos encanto que están separadas unas de otras y por dentro súper elegantes y agradables....La verdad nos encantó!!

Reviewed May 8, 2021Festejamos nuestro aniversario y mi esposo pidió una decoración que me encantó, al igual que estar en el fogatero con un cielo estrellado y con total privacidad fue de lo más romántico Gracias a los chicos que siempre estuvieron al pendiente de lo que necesitábamos excelente servicio Muy recomendable si vas en pareja a relajarte y salir de lo cotidiano y mas si vas entre semana el lugar es prácticamente tuyo Muy hermoso lugar

Not a criticism: The floors are COLD (trip in March) and we wish we brought our house slippers to help. Thick socks were not enough. Hopefully this is helpful info for some. The place is worth the price if you plan to stay on the grounds more than not.

No servia la regadera y se pusieron a arreglarla cuando aun estabamos ocupando el cuarto por lo que nos cortaron el agua y ni lavarnos los dientes pudimos. Pedimos un vino en la noche y nos dijo el guardia un precio. A la hora de hacer check out nos dieron un precio mas caro y no nos respetaron el que nos habian dado un dia anterior. El staff con pésima actitud solo decian que no era culpa de ellos. Cero recomendable a pesar de las bonitas instalaciones.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2020I’m not a complainer and tend to understand circumstances and what not. But this place had us wondering what we paid for? The room was clean however we were greeted with a set of rules that threw us back. 1st thing out of the young girls mouth was No Lubricants! Or we will be charged 50.00 dollars for cleaning. No outside alcohol or we will be kicked out. No stains on the bed sheets - $50.00 dollars. More rules for the pool and so on. The amount of lecture we got again for what we paid and for the conditions of the place we could have stayed at a 2 star hotel. The pool cushions ripped, the cushions to the chairs dirty. There were dogs in the property that bugged all the guest if you were outside eating. Not okay with that. The property had one couple running the place during the day till 7 pm after that it was ONE security guard in the office. That’s it. You’re pretty much on your own!!

Reviewed Mar 2, 2019The property was very unique and really comfortable. We came during a rainy season so we had to come back to the room a few times. Which was ok, but the electricity kept turning off. Also the WiFi was very weak. It was mostly for us to watch Netflix when we got back from our time out in town and to entertain our daughter. It was great being able to bring our little one since we aren’t able to have a babysitter so we appreciate the family friendly environment. Also, when you come during the rainy season, I highly recommend a truck since the area gets quite a bit of water. I had a truck so we got around very easily than others.
