Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. El hotel era muy acogedor y muy bonito.

La piscina no es realmente como aparece en las fotos, su tamaño es muy inferior. A nosotras nos salvó por el calorazo que hacía, pero realmente en un cuadrado pequeño en la azotea del hotel.

Cet hôtel est un véritable joyau au cœur de Sidi Bou Saïd ; il a surpassé toutes nos attentes. Les chambres étaient d'une propreté impeccable, confortables et calmes, avec une climatisation performante. Mais le point fort résidait dans les serviettes de bain. Parmi plus de 70 hôtels où j'ai séjourné, c'est celui-ci qui proposait les serviettes les plus parfumées et les plus blanches. Nous avons également été ravis du petit-déjeuner, préparé et servi avec soin et une grande attention aux détails, avec des fruits frais et variés ainsi que des produits de première qualité. L'emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à proximité des principaux sites photographiques du village, accessibles à pied. Tout le personnel était très aimable. Nous les remercions pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Dar Fatma gives you the feeling to be in the middle of a dream world. It’s a completely different place from the rest of Tunisia. If you want to dive into a special place you should come here and spend the night. The neighborhood is quiet and a good night sleep is guaranteed. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance. Btw the pictures speak for themselves…

Camera super pulita e profumata. Colazione impeccabile, varia e saziante. Un giorno siamo rimasti oltre le 10:30 non sentendo la sveglia della colazione e ci hanno permesso di farla lo stesso. Staff super cortese. Posizione ottimale per visitare il centro e per passeggiate serali. Vista dal terrazzo super.

Nel bagno non è presente il tubicino per lavarsi o il bidet.

The property is located on a steep hill, making it very difficult to carry heavy luggage. Vehicles and taxis cannot drive directly to the door, so you must carry your bags up yourself. Additionally, there is a language barrier; the staff does not speak English, only Arabic and French.

Precioso, un lugar acogedor con una terraza increíble. Limpísimo y un desayuno muy bueno. La encargada súper amabilísima y muy eficaz. Te ayudan con todo y te piden taxi.muy recomendable. La ubicación muy buena, arriba del todo en la Medina, a 2’ del Ceferino aux Nattes

nous avons aimé le côté typique et sa localisation, en plus nous avons eu la chambre vue mer et le plus c’est ça terrasse avec piscine. le personnel et l’accueil etait formidable.

Accueil chaleureux, petit-déjeuner copieux, chambre d'hôte climatisée dans une maison historique. La vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle, il y a des chaises longues et petit bassin pour se rafraichir. Vue sur la mer et la montagne au loin. Quartier calme, entre le phare et un cimetière. C'est l'idéal pour se reposer et découvrir Sidi Bou Said à pied et Carthage en taxi.

L'isolation phonique (simple vitrage et bruits du couloir), le quartier étant calme cela ne dérange qu'occasionnellement. Un peu loin de la plage (25 mn à pieds) mais beaucoup de taxis disponibles pour se déplacer plus rapidement.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The rooms were clean, and the hotel itself is in a good area. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined our experience. The staff were often rude, disrespectful, and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for something. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they often acted as if helping us was a burden. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable asking questions or reporting problems. On the very first day, my bikini disappeared from my room. After I reported it and later returned to my room, it had suddenly reappeared. This made me feel very uncomfortable and worried about leaving my belongings in the room. The housekeeping was also inconsistent. Our room was not always cleaned, even when we requested it. For the price we paid, we expected much better service. Another disappointing experience happened around lunchtime. My friend and I wanted something small to eat and asked if we could have some bread or anything simple. We even said that we were happy to pay for it. However, the staff refused to prepare anything for us and simply said they could not give us any food. As paying hotel guests, we expected much better customer service. The restaurant service on the terrace was also disappointing. We wanted to eat on the terrace, but the staff refused to bring our food upstairs. We had to carry everything ourselves and were even told to bring the dishes back downstairs afterwards. That is not the level of service I expect from a hotel. The biggest disappointment was the laundry service. We gave our dirty clothes to the hotel to be washed, and two pairs of my friend’s trousers disappeared. Losing guests’ belongings is completely unacceptable. It is a shame because the location is really great and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast was great and the rooftop pool is the main highlight of the property. It is great.

Position not reachable by car, if you have heavy luggage it's a big problem

Lovely area and lovely views from the rooftop. Perfect for chilling out after a long day or just soaking up the sunshine. Lovely little pool to dip into when it gets hot (and it does get hot). Rooms were clean and comfortable and water and treats to welcome you. Location is great for seeing the views and local eateries. Staff are lovely and the food is delicious and plentiful. We had a later flight and we're able to use the facilities once we checked out which was very kind.

It is on a hill so be prepared for a little walking. The room can get pretty humid with the shower but there is air con. The staff are lovely and will go above and beyond but speak French and Arabic only so using a translator app helps if you need anything in particular.

Dar Fatma est un endroit superbe pour se détendre à Sidi Bou Said. Toute l'équipe est géniale, le petit déjeuner est super bon et les chambres sont confortables. J'ai eu une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Vous vous réveiller aux chants des oiseaux et le bruit du vent doux. L'équipe est sympathique, on vous aide pour tout; des recommendations, des réservations, des taxis, des excursions, etc. Merci à tous!

Le personnel est souriant, rien à dire sur l'ensemble, tout était parfait et comme sur les photos, les petits déjeuners étaient bons...

Un petit soucis, dans le descriptif de la chambre c'est écrit vue sur la mer, ce n'est pas vrai, en effet les terrasses sont à prendre le souffle vue sur la mer mais les chambres ne le sont pas, donc si vous voulez une fenêtre sur votre chambre vue sur mer ce n'est pas possible

Endroit magnifique, reposant. Petit dejeuner encroyable. La structure est dans on jus et cela en fait son originalité . Une vrai masion d'hote typique si vous voulez profiter pour ralentir et rever de quelque jour exotique dans un petit coin de paradis.

El desayuno muy rico, cada día con algo diferente y especial. Variado y el café muy bueno también. La ubicación es muy buena y con vistas preciosas. La terraza está también muy bonita.

L’accueil n’était pas de tout à la hauteur du l’établissement je ne sais pas qui m’a accueilli ( réceptionniste, femme de ménage) pas chaleureux et très confus pas de de TPE pour payer il faut descendre loin pour retirer de l’argent. J’aurais aimé être averti. Pas de petit déjeuner à importer bien que je l’avais demandé en arrivant. Bref le personnel n’est pas formé pour la partie accueil et hospitality.

Before booking I liked the location and facilities

I arrived at the location and the room that was on my booking was not available. The room was supposed to be with private pool , sea view. The only guy available at the location told me that I can see a different room . Was very bad. Very small room. The sea view was somewhere in the corner of the window. The private pool missing. The smell of mold very strong. The guy from the location called a woman from management ( or something) that did nothing and was also with atitudine. I recived the contact of the owner and I asked to cancel the booking. After 2 days he did it with the reason: NO SHOW. ( a disgusting lie ) Zero professionalism.

La piscine ne fonctionnait pas

Es un hotel cómodo, ubicada en la parte alta del pueblo, si subes al terrado puedes ver la puesta del sol. El desayuno está bastante bueno y el hotel limpio.

Puede que no tenga importancia para algunos pero está junto al cementerio, la ubicación para subir con maletas en un poco pesado, no recomiendo llevar cosas de valor, no tienen caja fuerte y se me perdió un anillo de oro que dejé en la habitación, lo avisé pero se desentendieron.

Siamo stati accolti con cordialità. Le signore che lavorano presso la struttura sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ottima colazione. Letti comodi. Posizione confortevole sia per il centro di Sidi Bou Said che per visitare i dintorni.

La piscina e la terrazza non rispecchiano esattamente quanto mostrato in foto.

Ottima accoglienza. Camera con tutto il necessario. Molto pulita e curata. La colazione era ricca e varia. Dar Fatma è nel centro di Sidi Bou Said. Abbiamo raggiunto Cartagine a piedi senza problemi. La piccola terrazza ha una bellissima vista sul golfo di Tunisi. Shlama è stata meravigliosa. Super disponibile, attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza e sempre gentilissima. Grazie di cuore!

The room was on the ground floor opening right into the courtyard where they serve breakfast. So it was noisy (after 9 am I could not sleep), and it was not possible to open the windows to get a bit of natural light or air because of the privacy. The shower was with an open ceiling and didn't have any ventilation. Also, the wall between the bathroom and the room was not full height so after taking shower the steam was going into the whole room. We even asked for another room but there was no reception, only a person (as a security I guess) who said I don't know. He did not even know English and the communication was through Google Translate.

Un merveilleux séjour sous le signe de la beauté, du calme, de la générosité, du confort, de la gourmandise du petit déjeuner, d'une situation idéale en hauteur du village avec vue exceptionnelle !

La diversité des petits déjeuners faits maison avec des produits frais et locaux, la propreté, la réactivité de la responsable de l’établissement, les conseils touristiques, le service restauration de nuit. Il n’était pas loin du marché et de la place touristique principale de sidi bousaid.

L’insonorisation avec le bruit entre les chambres et l’extérieur avec le passage des touristes, la présence de bruit régulier dû aux travaux de rénovation à l’extérieur de l’établissement.

Cet établissement est niché dans une belle maison traditionnelle de Sidi Bou Saïd, une superbe porte peinte en bleue vous y accueille donc. Patio, mosaïque, carrelage, terrasse avec vue sur mer et la ville. Le confort de la chambre vous plonge dans une belle ambiance orientale. Une petite attention particulière et discrète a été très appréciée. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et raffiné. La fleur d’oranger est omniprésente dans l’établissement.
