Amazing resort only a short speedboat ride away from Male airport. The staff were super friendly and exceeded our expectations on a daily basis. Beautiful rooms with amazing views. The food was excellent we opted for a half board package. The room had everything we needed including a regular supply of water initially 2liters per day however after speaking to the staff we were given 2 extra bottles daily too. The restaurant staff were very sufficient and catered to our every need, including a special request of food that we wanted to try even though they weren't going to make it that day. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly and never did we hear the word no! Would very much recommend this place for any type of holiday. Would highly advice to atleast go half board when booking.

We had a wonderful stay at Malahini Kuda Bandos. The location is absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear water, a gorgeous beach and amazing views everywhere you look. The resort is peaceful, clean and perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Axadh, who was especially kind and made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality and all the help he provided during our stay. The food was also good, with a nice variety of options.

Location is great for transfer to Male. Also staff were generally helpful. Spa staff were really nice especially Novita, Mila and Juni.

Limited facilities and small public spaces. Half of the main restaurant was usable and the other half was always closed. Food menu is limited without variety (they said it was because of the low season).

Be careful: the hotel cleaning staff are excellent, but the reception staff are untrustworthy. They specifically told us the water was free, yet upon checkout, they charged us $37 for three bottles. They claimed it was because the water was mineral water—but the plastic bottles they gifted were labeled as mineral water, too. They deceive you just to overcharge you. Furthermore, they practically accused us regarding a broken glass in our room; my spouse cut their arm, and the staff insinuated that the injury was self-inflicted. Do you think I would cut myself if I were the one who broke the glass?

Top locatie met een natuurlijk rif met een zeer kleurrijk zeeleven. Bij het resort zijn er talloze watersport mogelijkheden (tegen betaling), ook met eigen invulling. Het ontbijt, lunch en dinerbuffet is zeer uitgebreid met verschillende kooklocaties waar vers eten wordt bereid (bv. Egg en Sandwich station). De sunset kamers aan zee zijn ruim, schoon met een eigen zwembad en jacouzie direct aan zee. Je kan vanuit je verblijf direct de zee om te gaan snorkelen boven het prachtige huisrif. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, zeker voor kinderen en heel servicegericht. Ons verzoek om de ensuite tuindeuren te openen naar onze familieleden in de aangrenzende tuinen werd meteen ingewilligd. De transfer van en naar het eiland is efficiënt en snel, mocht je vroeg op het vliegveld moeten zijn. Naast persoonlijke communicatie kan je ook vragen stellen via een WhatsApp groep met een vaste host van het eiland.

Ik kan niet iets bedenken wat is tegengevallen, alles was top.

We had a wonderful stay at Malahini Kuda Bandos. It is truly a value-for-money property that delivers a fantastic Maldivian experience without the premium price tag. The island is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Ms. Yadanar, who went completely out of her way to accommodate our specific request. Her exceptional hospitality made a huge difference in our stay. We also want to commend the main restaurant team manager, who ensured that every single dining experience was great. The service across the board was warm and welcoming. While there is always room for minor improvements, the incredible staff and affordable comfort make this resort a place we would gladly recommend.

É un posto che consiglio sicuramente. È stato tutto molto bello. La struttura si trova in questa piccola isola (giro in 5 minuti) con folta vegetazione. Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa e qualche giorno nella suite: potendo, consiglio queste due tipologie di camera con cui si ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia (comodo per quando fa i classici acquazzoni di passaggio). Tutto è molto curato quotidianamente (le viette dell’isola, la spiaggia, la piscina della camera…). Lo staff é davvero molto gentile e solare. In particolare menziono dalla reception Rippe: una persona che ha cercato di esaudire ogni nostra richiesta, è stato veramente gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Il cibo è buono e vario; anche l’angolo pasta era ben eseguito. Il reef é estremamente vicino alla riva e molto popolato di pesci. C’è infine anche una bellissima spa dove vengono eseguiti meravigliosi massaggi.

Heerlijk, in 12 minuten vaar je van de luchthaven naar het eiland, erg fijn dat je er zo snel bent. We hadden een fijne kamer met gedeeltelijk zeezicht. Het personeel is fantastisch en zorgt goed voor je. Regelmatig wordt de kamer schoongemaakt, zand verwijderd, schone handdoeken. Ook in het restaurant wordt er goed voor je gezorgd en is het personeel erg vriendelijk. Het huisrif is niet zo bijzonder dood koraal maar wel veel vissen en als je geluk hebt kun je ook de zwartpunt haaien zien.

Wij hadden helaas erg veel regen gehad, dan is het nadeel dat er op de fitness na echt helemaal niks te doen is. De Pooltafel kon niet gebruikt worden, er waren geen pijltjes voor het dartbord, alleen een voetbaltafel. Het weer kan natuurlijk niemand iets aan doen.

Es una isla pequeña, muy práctica para estar varios días para desconectar. El bufet del todo incluido bastante completo y variado. Nuestra casa estaba muy muy bien! Amplia, limpia y con todos los detalles que hacen falta. El trato muy amable por parte de todos los trabajadores.

Por la noche hay poca iluminación por el caminito. En el todo incluido entra muy poca bebida (cócteles y copas) la mayoría tienes que pagarlo a parte. En el blue bar (una parte de la isla) faltaría algo más de música o animación, es muy chulo el sitio y super tranquilo pero un poquito de música no vendría mal.

Amazing food, staff and location! Villa pool room- outstanding. Credit to the chefs at the buffet, so tasty and variation, live cooking stations etc! Staff were wonderful overall!

All inclusive needs reviewing. When you arrive you realise there is all inclusive vs all inclusive gold ($100 each per night extra) all inclusive gave one poor black coloured vodka and one unknown draft beer. Many cocktails but we like our standard vodka and can or bottle beer. Hubby spent a lot buying extra branded can beers when I’d hoped we would spend nothing! Outside bathroom is tough when you have a bad tummy and big ants collect in that area. Tiny snacks between 2-7, sweets and cakes. Long time to wait for a decent meal. Dinner would be better by 6pm.

The airport transfers were very well organised, and the WhatsApp communication with reception was excellent, making it easy to request assistance whenever needed. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the head chef made a genuine effort to accommodate my food allergies. I also appreciated the complimentary changing room and shower facilities available after check-out, which are very convenient for guests with late flights.

Unfortunately, several aspects of the resort did not meet my expectations. Housekeeping standards were poor, with superficial cleaning, dusty surfaces, and bed linen not being changed during my stay. The buffet offered very limited variety, especially for guests with dietary requirements. Although the chef tried to help, the allergen management was inconsistent, vegan options were almost non-existent, and meals prepared for me still contained dairy despite my intolerance. Service at the bar was often slow and expensive. The TV service was unavailable throughout my stay, leaving very little entertainment in the evenings. My faulty shower was not properly addressed, and the explanation I received was dismissive rather than resolving the issue. Diving excursions were extremely expensive, required minimum numbers to operate, and were frequently cancelled, leaving guests with very limited activities. The shoreline is also rocky and covered with coral, so water shoes are essential. Overall, I expected much higher standards for the price paid.

По внутренней тропинке остров можно обойти за максимум 10 минут, особо и ходить негде. Номера, которые называются с видом на сад, по сути это как гестхаус , несколько зданий в два этажа. Но за эти денг вполне.

The island itself is stunning with magnificent views. The beaches on both sides of the island are impeccably clean and the surrounding waters are crystal clear with rich marine life. The island itself is very well maintained and incredibly clean too. Maaga, the island's main restaurant, has a wonderful selection of food throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner that caters to all tastes. Most staff are very friendly and welcoming - a massive shout out to the front desk staff, Asad, who is our favorite resort staff! Asad always went the extra mile to ensure we were happy and never stopped smiling throughout our stay. Sorry if I spelt your name incorrectly! :)

I would suggest that the resort offers more activities and means of entertainment for guests. For example, you could introduce photo frames by the beach or elsewhere on the island for guests to take memorable photos, the famous beach swings, a game area for leisure, or even a local dance show in the evening for some added cultural elements - just some ideas to consider. The excursions team were honestly not the friendliest either. A bit more flexibility with requirements on the number of guests for certain trips would help guests who are on shorter holidays.

Közel volt a reptérhez, ezért nem kellett sokat utazni a hajóval a szigetre. Nagyon segítőkészek voltak, ha volt valami problémád egyből megoldották. Folyton érdeklődtek whatsappon hogy érzed magad, minden rendben van-e. Az étel nagyon finom volt és mindenki talált olyat ami neki ízlik. A szobák tiszták, és kényelmesek. Mindennap használhattad 1 órahosszára ingyen a motor nélküli vizi játékokat pl: SUP, kajak.. stb Jó sznorkelezési lehetőség. Láttunk teknőst, cápát, ráját és különböző halakat. Ár-érték arányban szerintem fantasztikus.

A kerti szobák elég rosszul szigeteltek, illetve vannak a szigeten kakasok, csirkék. És a kakasok minden hajnalba már 3-4 órától kezdve a fán ülve kukorékoltak ami nagyon behallatszódott. De mihelyst szóltunk egyből ingyenesen átettek a tengerpartra néző szobába, ami már teljesen csendes és élvezhető volt. Ott már a szomszédot se lehetett hallani.

Our stay at Malahini Kuda Bandos was exceptional from start to finish. The attention to detail, outstanding service, and beautiful surroundings made it one of the best places we have ever stayed. Positives: From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels and a refreshing juice while completing the check-in process. A staff member personally introduced us to the island, explained the facilities using a map, and escorted us to our room. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know and even shared his WhatsApp number in case we needed assistance during our stay. Our room completely exceeded our expectations. It was luxurious, spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well and kept the room wonderfully cool. The room included a kettle with tea and coffee, which was replenished daily, as well as two large bottles of drinking water that were also replaced each day. In our room we were welcomed with a fruit platter, biscuits, and a handwritten welcome note, which made the arrival feel very personal and special. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, adding another luxurious touch. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and having a TV in the room was great for relaxing in the evenings. The outdoor bathroom was absolutely beautiful and created a unique tropical experience. The resort itself was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers around the island and a wide range of water sports available. The bar offered an excellent selection of beverages, and complimentary snacks were served before sunset each day, which we really enjoyed. Every evening there was different entertainment, including movie nights, karaoke, and live DJs, creating a fun atmosphere after sunset. There were also board games and a dart board available for guests to enjoy. The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered an impressive variety of food, with different options every day.

Although the outdoor bathroom was beautiful, it was quite humid and, because of the surrounding tropical plants, there were quite a few mosquitoes. This is naturally part of the outdoor bathroom experience but is worth keeping in mind. The private pool and deck area was mostly secluded with reed privacy walls, but there were a few small gaps where people could potentially see through. It would be nice if the resort could improve the screening to make the area feel completely private. Overall, Malahini Kuda Bandos exceeded all of our expectations. The luxurious accommodation, exceptional food, outstanding staff, thoughtful personal touches, and fantastic entertainment made for an unforgettable stay. The minor issues we experienced were far outweighed by the incredible hospitality, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing Maldives getaway.

Our stay had both positive and disappointing aspects. What we liked: We appreciated being warmly welcomed and transferred to the island by speedboat. The staff were polite and generally helpful, and there was even a Russian-speaking employee, which was convenient. We were especially grateful for the early check-in free of charge, as it was very helpful after a long journey. The food was excellent and varied. Even a picky eater can find many delicious options every day. We also enjoyed the wildlife on the island: geckos, herons, parrots, and even small reef sharks near the shore. The room had some useful details, such as a drying rack for clothes, and both the room and restaurant provided complimentary umbrellas, which was helpful during the rainy season.

What we did not like: At check-in, we were told that our stay included three complimentary one-hour activities: kayaking, sailing, and SUP boarding. However, later the marine service staff explained that kayaking was only allowed in the open ocean, not near the shore, and if assistance or an instructor was needed, activities would become chargeable. When we asked for clarification, we received inconsistent information. If there are restrictions or additional conditions, they should be explained clearly in advance. The room had a strong sewage smell, and soundproofing was poor — we could hear outside noise. There was a rooster near our room crowing loudly every morning from around 4 a.m every few minutes., which made it impossible to sleep. Housekeeping felt inconsistent: sometimes cleaning was partially done in the morning and partially in the evening. There was only soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, nothing else. Towels were not always replaced, and one mug in the room appeared to have been left dirty by previous guests. Also clothes took several days to dry. Unfortunately, we found a large cockroach in our room, which was really disgusting and made us feel uncomfortable. The biggest disappointment was the beach. During our stay, there were strong waves, many rocks and corals underfoot, and the water was not always clear, making swimming uncomfortable. There's no swimming pool here. It is also worth noting that many activities require additional payment, and evenings on the island felt very quiet and dark, so guests looking for entertainment may find the resort somewhat boring.

The island is so calm and peaceful. I loved it and I loved the pool in the room it was private and calming. The staff are very nice and helpful. Especially, Gomma from the blue bar, he so helpful and serves tables fast.

The room could be cleaner. When we reached the sheets were already dirty and seems they weren't changed from the previous guest. I waited the whole day not being able to rest in bed because the housekeeping service is slow to respond to requests, even when we asked for water.

Location was very convenient and near to airport.

Their staff is not trained on emergency or challenging situation as I had an incident there that some of the staff steal money approx 2000 usd from bag when I was at the beach. It was very much shocking as I was expecting that I am at resort where movement is pretty limited and it must be very safe. When i complaint to the property, they indirectly balming us rather than to help us or try to see their weak area where they should improve their security and investigate it properly to avoid such situation in future. It was very upsetting as I spent almost 1.5 days communicating with police and really spoil my holiday. They dont have any CCTVs there and if anyone will lose something, they have no SOP or system how to react or handle that situation.

All inclusive had great options for drinks at the restaurants and bar but in your room theres only water and tea/coffee. More access to soft drinks would be nice but not a reason to not come here as the place is unreal.

Staff were not cooperative and rude. Room service was not as per 5 stars hotel or resort. We were cheated because the service and price was far below as advertised.

Very near to Male, 15 mins by boat. Save on traveling time if you are on short trip. Room is clean, staff is friendly, delicious food, able to see sunrise and sunset on the same island.

Rocks by the shore, so you need to be careful while snorkelling. Wearing a pair of shoes while in the water would help.

My all money was stolen from my own room which was locked. And no one from resort took responsibility. They have no cameras and room door card details were telling room was opened by me or by cleaning staff but they didnt took responsibility. I wasted my money on this trip. They kept me busy in questioning and at the end they told me they cant do anything if something happened. Its not their responsibility

Its costly anything you order is easily around 100 dollars and over for one meal.. I booked a sunrise lagoon but I instead got other room and no one even asked me once before changing it.

Great small island , in 10 min from the airport by the speedboat. Loved that the island is small and cosy, you can reach by foot everywhere in just 5-7 min. The full board package was good, the food experience for those who have food allergies is also great, the chef cooks special gluten lactose egg free deserts, which really enhances the food experience. The staff is always welcoming and kind. Vanessa was very attentive to details. We celebrated my birthday and the staff sang the song and gifted a birthday cake (that was gluten lactose and egg free). Such a great experience! We also used a kayak once as it was included in our package free of charge. It was a good experience. Thank you very much everyone.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The island is like paradise, the water is crystal clear and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and always helpful.

Great staff, very good choice of all food, nice beach (be aware of corals at some parts), good service at bars. Clean. Only 15min from airport. In the evening you see lights of neighbouring islands, so not full isolation but I did not mind.

I travelled with my sister and we had an excellent stay. The staff is very kind and supportive. The ambience of the resort is really nice. Access to the ocean is great as well. Perfect place to slow down and unwind.

Нам поменяли два номера, но в обоих ощущался сильный запах туалета и сырости. Несмотря на низкий сезон и большое количество пустых вилл, отель не пошел навстречу и не сделал апгрейд. Из плюсов — вкусная еда и очень хорошее обслуживание в ресторане. Персонал ресторана действительно старается и оставил приятное впечатление.
