We came from Manchester to Bahrain with big layover , t The hotel where we were staying Ramada was amazing Special thanks to Nurun, Operations Manager he managed out every best, and secondly appreciation to Head chef Chef Noby Made Indian food awesome as (we are Indian )and other cuisines too .

I was a layover passenger in Ramada hotel situated on the beautiful Island of Amwaj, the staff welcomed us very warmly when we entered in the hotel Mr.Tiran/ Adel/ Ms.Banu/Remya. Very courteous staff and helpful at reception,specially the Manager Mr.Nurun The food which was prepared for us was delicious served in the Citrus restaurant the staff in the restaurant was helpful and cheerful too,amazing property to stay in and services were top notch will definitely suggest to come and stay here.

I celebrated New Years at the Ramada at Amwaj and the staff made sure that we had a great time! They went above and beyond in assuring that we had a great time! I would like to think Nurun for making my stay as pleasant as possible. He went out of his way to make my entire stay better than expected. I’m looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Ramada Hotel Bahrain Amway with manager Nurun Shahin and all the staff are always so hospitable and friendly and helpful. It's always lovely to visit there. They always go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. It's also very nice to visit up on the roof. There is a peaceful atmosphere and always nice music playing and it's very beautiful. One can relax and switch off there. You are an amazing group.

Easy check-in and check-out. The staff were really professional and friendly. Plenty of parking was available. Complimentary tea, coffee and water were provided in ample quantity. The place was very clean and the rooms were spacious with really comfy beds and pillows. They also provided more than enough toiletries. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. Special mention to Nurun, the manager who was always around making sure everything was in order and even checked on us during breakfast which really shows great management. And Divya Nair at the reception was super helpful and arranged an extra hour for our checkout which we truly appreciated.

Specifically Breakfast is excellent. Personal assistance are perfect. everybody is trying to help and make you comfortable. Room is clean. seaside view. Wi-fi is so powerful.

Excellent service hotel was fully booked and very busy. Nurum hotel manager was always there to answer any questions. Provided me help with arranging a taxi service to KSA. Adnan in the lobby and Said during breakfast were very friendly. Had an amazing time and loved the service.

Family trip

We stayed as a family of six, including two young kids and two teenagers, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very nice, clean, and everything was up to the mark. We booked a non-smoking room on the first floor, facing the pool, which was very convenient. The kids especially enjoyed their time at the pool as well as the hot and cold baths. Overall, it’s a great place for a family vacation and we highly recommend it!

Pros: Fantastic experience. Manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite fit for a king! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Views were great. Staff was friendly, helpful, cheerful and seemed eager to please. Place felt secure. Staff picked up on an overcharge that was quickly remedied. A package that we requested to be sent to the hotel was graciously accepted a couple days before our arrival. All in all a great stay. Would go back again on our next trip to Bahrain. Cons: No USB ports in the rooms which for a hotel of this stature is quite surprising. Also balconies are locked (for safety reasons the notices state) which is a shame given the view.

Stayed over during a 12 hour transit. Very warm welcome at hotel! Front desk clerk who attended to us is a fine gentleman who was very helpful and courteous. Cluster Security Manager was happy to store luggage on our behalf till our return a couple days later. Pros: Room was well lit, spacious, clean and quiet though it smelled a touch musty on arrival. Elevator access to floors is controlled by having a valid room access card. The bed was firm, the fridge worked and hot water flowed readily without having to wait an eternity. Cons: Only downside is that the room LACKS USB ports.

We had an excellent family dinner experience. The food was truly delicious. Big thanks to Chef Noby Thomas and his team for their amazing culinary work. Everything was well presented and full of flavor. Ms. Joana, the Operations Manager, ensured the entire evening ran smoothly with perfect arrangements and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

We enjoyed our trip a lot from the check in and check out, reception staff really good and helpful especially Mr. Moez, he helped us for early check in. Breakfast was good can be improve more with main dishes. the in charge in the restaurant very helpful guy i forget to ask him name. All good very good price i have paid for 3 bedroom apartment.

Rooms are nice and comfy place is quite and would recommend the place people are giving you their all the rooms are clean and facilities are clean too food was nice the location is so good for those who needs quite place and near to the airport and facilities are available

The room was inadequate, lacking slippers, shower soap, and a functioning door lock. This will be my first and last stay here.

We celebrated a special event at the rooftop bar and restaurant. Farooq and his team were amazing in preparing for our arrival and serving our party in a kind and professional manner. Highly recommend this beautiful location! The views are impressive and the people are even better!

Staff great room great

The staff at Hotel reception is very rude and so as duty manager. They asked us to wait till 4 hours after check in time for the room. The staff should he well trained to welcome guests , staff did not care about elderly and children as well. We will never stay here again

We stayed at the Amwaj suites twice in our trip to serve as a short stay inbetween our other travels. The hotel surpassed our expectations due to the low price we paid compared to the exceptional rooms, service and staff we experienced. The rooms were exceptionally large, the largest in our entire travel. We booked the two bedroom with living room, kitchen etc. the living space and kitchen area was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms and living room had a TV. I was also surprised there were 3 bathrooms and a washing machine/dryer, this was so helpful. My kids loved the jacuzzi, another surprise! And overall we had a very relaxing stay. There is no kids club, however as it was a short stay we used the swimming pool and steam room/sauna facilities. It was a shame the outdoor pool was not heated during winter, however my children enjoyed the smaller indoor pool. I would recommend installing heating for winter outdoor pool and also some small sheltered or indoor play area for children. The breakfast surpassed our expectations, the choices were plentiful and everything was delicious. They also had lots of Indian dishes eg curried daar lentils and sweet vermicelli, karak tea. The staff were superb, especially the omelette/pancake station chef, he was great. It was great to have freshly cooked pancakes or eggs. Check in and all other staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with one TV, they sent a staff straight away to fix it and he did. Amanullah in particular was very pleasant and friendly. He helped us at various times Inc check out and loading our bags when we were leaving. I would recommend and use this hotel again. If you are not bothered about beach or kids area I highly recommend this as a longer full holiday stay. Thank you to all staff @ Ramada Amwaj Islands

A pleasant experience, small thingss need attention and if fixed definately value for money. It is a little out of the center of the city but in reality its not far. Bedrooms are good, size and can accommodate 3 adults easily. Facilities are clean and the staff response time to calls excellent. Try and get parking underground and more so in summer.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The room was extremely large with a full kitchen, separate bedrooms with en-suites, as well as a common living room. Great large breakfast with many food options to choose from.Great gym and nice small swimming pool. Staff are friendly.

It was a nice experience. Staff is kind in extreme from the begining at the front desk with Saif & Adman, as our host in the roof top bar, and also the waiters and cookers in the restaurant. The Apartment was impecably cleaned by Deepak & Shashi and the support of the Front Office Supervisor Sanket Mestry was very valuable. The location is gorgeous and pacefull.

Their assistance included providing recommendations for nearby malls where I could find essentials while waiting for my luggage The breakfast crew – Kriss Ann, Ali Medini, and Nikken – brought sunshine to my mornings with their delightful smiles and delicious food. Their friendly chat and attentiveness were exactly what I needed to start my day off right. The rooftop haven, managed by Mahendra and Farrukh, became my escape during this unsettled time. Their welcoming presence and keen service made me feel right at home. It was a space to breathe and simply be. Finally, a big shout-out to the incredible housekeeping team. Respecting my request for minimal cleaning, they still checked in daily to ensure I had everything I needed. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. The hotel stay was wonderful. I would love to give a shout-out to the cleaner on the 1st floor. His name started with an N. He did an amazing job ensuring my room was cleaned and was always checking in to see if we needed extra water or towels. It was fantastic cannot wait to go again.

The room was spacious and the kitchen was good. The oven door would scrape against the cabinet when we used it. The staff was hit or miss. The kitchen was not stocked with utensils and the ones they did bring was not the standard you would expect for a VIP hotel. We called for a room cleaning before going out for shopping and errands. Came back several hours later and had to call again for them to come clean the room. Overall the hotel was good but I was expecting more from VIP hotel.

Amazing, comfortable, relaxing, good sea view .

Good condition, but should improve cleanliness. We found a medical neadle under the sofa. The chicken and beef burgers were bad quality, but the chicken wrap was good. The TV has a software issue; it restarted 5 times during five hours.

Wonderful hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. As a gold member I get an upgrades to a big suit. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel

Great service from the staff. The hotel location is great just a short walk to the island lagoon where the restaurants and market store is located.

There was no shuttle as advertised to transport me from airport to the hotel. When I called the hotel to find out where the shuttle was, I was disappointed to be told, "Take a taxi". :( Because of COVID I was quarantined in my room for the entire stay and had all meals delivered to my room. The one time there was hair in my food.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaners to the bar staff to the door staff! The room was beautiful and the location of the hotel was good with a great range of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again :)

I liked the cleanliness and the breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even gave my sister a happy birthday greeting! There is nothing I didn't like.

The King room we had was huge. The jetted tub was refreshing. Resraurant near lobby had a good breakfast, though a bit expensive. Hotel is within walking distance to the Amwaj Lagoon for pkenty of great restaurants and a large market. A great location. Must see.

The hotel is within a short walk of the lagoon cafes which is pleasant and includes at least one tourist bar. During the week the hotel restaurants were very quiet often with very few other diners, but at the weekend busier. The hotel is at least 30 minutes from the main town but taxis are available. Rooms are large and comfortable and staff helpful throughout

Value for money The are is still developing, but will improve as more people and services are created.
