Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Very professional staff. Very clean. Nice little touches like a complimentary plate of desserts brought to my room randomly and the housekeeping even folded and organized my discarded clothing and wrapped up my electronics cables neatly with Velcro cable wraps. Breakfast and lunch buffets were good, adult beverages were somewhat expensive though.

From the moment we arrived, the staff's exceptional service and politeness impressed us. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Our spacious and well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment provided ample room for our family. The apartment had everything we needed, and the strong Wi-Fi signal was a bonus. The hotel boasts a beautiful beach, perfect for relaxation and water activities. We also appreciated the state-of-the-art gym, which allowed us to maintain our fitness routine while on vacation. One of the highlights of the resort is its direct link to the brand-new Marassi Galleria Mall. This modern mall houses a wide variety of shops and restaurants, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. Overall, we had an outstanding experience at Vida Beach Resort Marassi Al Bahrain. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, a stunning beach, and convenient access to the mall made it an ideal choice for our family holiday. We would not hesitate to return for another memorable vacation.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2024Very disturbing and noisy music after midnight, rooms are not noise isolated, you can feel every beat outside even from 6th floor. it was a sleepless night. The surrounding is totally dependent on the mall which is yet to have enough dining and retail store options. Location is relatively quite far from Manama. Rooms aren’t spacious, food was below average, and hotel price is too high for the quality and experience you get. Everything could have been acceptable except the noise. Positive thing is the responsiveness of staff, they were very helpful at their scope, cleanliness was also good.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2024Invece della camera vista mare ci hanno dato una side view che però aveva davanti la costruzione di un nuovo complesso quindi lavori e rumore dalle 6am alle 8pm Durante la colazione le togliete di plastica e sedie erano spesso sporchi. Campo da calcio in spiaggia pieno di sassi. Personale sempre a disposizione ma un po’ svagato.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2022Probably the best hotel experience in a very long time. From the excellent arrival and check in experience. Neha, Fahad treated me so well when i arrived early morning. The hotel is in a fantastic albeit new location and the attention to detail everywhere is beyond impressive. Had a beautiful breakfast and all other meals i had either at poolside or evening dinner was superb. Albeit i feel expensive maybe but at a 5 star hotel in the Gulf maybe not surprising. Excellent room. Great amenities. Faultless housekeeping. The most important part of the experience was the team of people. Humbled at their service and care. I didn’t get all the names but service was so personal and friendly across the hotel. But happy to mention that Neha, Fahad at reception represented the whole team there so well. At Origins i shall remember Das and Pradeep who were superb. As were Reddy and Mohammed up at the pool. Four days of bliss. I tend not to visit same hotels as I travel lots but would be delighted to return here again. Thanks to all.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2022I would come stay over and over again, it is so cozy and beautiful. The staff are friendly. Mr.Mustafa was so welcoming and provided us with info we needed to know and answered all our questions. I cant get enough of the beauty of the interior. The room was so comfortable. The colors were really reflection a beach resort, one thing was neede, Body lotion. I higly recommend this hotel for a get away and relaxing but to enjoy Bahrain in genetal, it would be a bit far from restaurants and shopping malls.

Hair was found on the floor (on the carpet). The beach experience was not good for us. Despite being valet parking, we had to wait for 20 minutes for our car to be released (valet parking Although it has recently opened, there are less star hotels and better facilities than this hotel.

My rooms was tiny، very gloomy with a terrible view, the hotel wasn't as busy and yet they managed to provide the most depressing room available. The noise from the outdoor units seeps in and the noise in the morning from the workers doesn't stop, given that the Windows are completely closed. In Room Dinning was a disgrace, seafood pasta was practically CUT pasta with concentrated tomato paste. Felt like Campbells soup. Even the fries wasn't fresh.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2022I had a wonderful stay again. I just feel like the staff still need more training to provide better service specially in the restaurant where I always get late service. Another issue I faced is that my booking was for a partial sea view room however I did not get a partial sea view from my room. You have to go out in the balcony to see a small part of the sea which is not the definition of a partial sea view room. I hope they’ll be more in room categorisation so that we don’t pay extra and be disappointed with what we get.

I would’ve wished that pool is restricted for adults, whereas beach is also for kids, to have a quiet time at the pool. And the only thing that was not up to standard is the housekeeping and room service are super super slow when you ask for something. But nonetheless, the staff were apologetic and helpful. I can’t wait to visit Vida Marassi again!
