Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Przemiła obsługa, która służyła pomocą. Pyszne typowo francuskie śniadania (pieczywo, pieczywo słodkie, kawa, herbata, soki, sery, jogurty). Zapach pieczywa o poranku, który nas budził. Jest to typowo francuska kamienica, więc korytarze i schody faktycznie są dość wąskie, ale moim zdaniem jest to jak najbardziej na plus bo dodaje uroku całemu hotelowi. Widok z okna również na uroczą francuską uliczkę. Czystość. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro więc wszędzie można się szybko dostać, dookoła różne knajpki i piekarnie. Bezpieczna okolica.
Minusem może być faktycznie bardzo mała winda (tylko na dwie osoby bez bagażu)

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Sito in una posizione ottima l’hotel ci permetteva di spostarci anche a piedi verso le zone più belle della città. Era vicino anche a diverse metro. Noi alloggiavamo al 6º piano, molto silenzioso, ed avevamo una vista carina sui tetti parigini :) la colazione era giusta, non mancava nulla per chi è amante del dolce.
La camera era davvero “essenziale” fornita però di tutto ma non c’era spazio. La biancheria per il bagno non era proprio perfetta e le lenzuola avevano un qualcosa di strano al tatto, facevano attrito con la pelle. La cosa peggiore sono stati sicuramente i tappetini delle doccia, non il massimo dell’igiene. Prese per ricaricare: giusto 2, poche ed il Wi-Fi in camera non prendeva per nulla

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με μεσα μαζικής μεταφοράς πολυ κοντα, μαγαζια, φαγητό ακομα και μαρκετ έχει διπλα και μανάβικο. Κάθε μερα έμπαινε το προσωπικό και καθάριζε. Ιδανικό για μια απόδραση στο Παρίσι για ένα ντουζ και υπνο χωρις άλλες παροχές αλλά δε με πείραξε καθόλου.

L'habitació super correcte tenia el necessari . Les instal·lacions també correctes , ara ascensor i lavabo comunitari molt petit, semblava caixa llumins , pero no ho vam considerar important. L'esmorzar molt correcte i crec que val bastant la pena pel preu . Per tant no descarto si torno a París repetir

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta cerca de estación de metro y varias paradas de bus. El desayuno es simple pero adecuado y los trabajadores son muy cercanos y amables, predispuestos para ayudar. La habitación y el baño era amplios y nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena, haciendo el cambio de toallas diario.
Ascensor muy pequeño que dificulta el acceso con personas de movilidad reducida o carritos de bebé, pero te dejan dejarlo en la recepción al igual que el equipaje. Podría presentar una limpieza más profunda, al igual que el estado de su mobiliario.

Tutto veramente troppo piccolo, a iniziare dalle scale a chiocciola, ascensore minuscolo e claustrofobico, camera molto ridotta e pure il letto corto e stretto. Noi siamo di statura e taglia media, ma se sei alto e/o robusto lascia stare non fa x te.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025When I went to my room, there was no hot water to shave. When I brought this to the attention of the girl at reception, she advised me to leave the tap running until the water got hot. As the sink plug was not working, it was not a problem to leave the tap running. That was, until the water began spilling onto the floor from the underside of the basin. I went downstairs again and told the girl about the problem. She said that she would "get someone". Two hours later I once more went downstairs and found that the girl had departed and had been replaced by a young man. The girl had not passed on any information to the young man. He came upstairs with me and saw what the problem was. His solution was to throw my hand towel on the ground in order to mop up the water. When I requested a change of room, he informed me that the hotel was full. When he left, I checked online and found that the hotel had three vacant rooms. I didn't use the sink any more during my stay. When I was checking in on September 13th. I was overcharged by €24. I didn't notice this until I was back home in Ireland. When I tried to do a review of this hotel, I was blocked. After a week of attempting to do a review, I contacted Hotels.com in order to make a complaint. The agent told me that I couldn't do a review because I had cancelled the reservation. This didn't make any sense to me as I had already paid for my three day stay. I eventually convinced the agent that I had not cancelled the reservation. As the reservation had not been cancelled by Hotels.com, it is safe to say that Jeff Hotel registered the cancellation in order to avoid an unfavourable review. Customer service at Hotels.com didn't appear to be concerned by this action. While I was waiting for Hotels.com to find a resolution, I made an official online complaint to the French Government body responsible for investigating fraud. For those who wish to avoid having to speak with seven different agents and having to repeat your story every time, "Direction Géneral de la Concurrance, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes" is highly recommended. Easy to use online complaint form. Once more, for your information, the hotel was Jeff Hotel, 53 Rue Richer, 75009, Paris. The owner of this hotel has six more hotels in Paris and one in Marseille. I have video footage of the offending sink, but the file is too large to upload.

La pulizia carente, le tovaglie strappate e macchiate, il letto matrimoniale di piccole dimensioni, l’ ascensore micro , c’era una sola mesola/comodino, dalla finestra entra un sacco di rumore esterno, che dato la zona trafficata non è il massimo

La chambre : fenêtre qui ne s’ouvre pas et un film opaque dessus assez déchiré par endroits, le lit penché d’un côté, la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas et personne n’est venu voir, la fenêtre qui s’ouvre est moisie et l’extérieur est défait dégradée avec des morceaux de polystyrène La salle d’eau : la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas, la douche est moisie, le bouton de la chasse d’eau se défait il a fallu le démonter pour le remettre. Ça ne vaut pas 180 euros la nuit.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025During our stay (me, mom and 9-month-old son) there were many couples in the hotel, including with children. I was worried that the hotel would be noisy and for people "for the night", but this is not the case. The advantages are the excellent location, the presence of an elevator (although the first time its size will shock you). Next time I come, I plan to stay in this hotel too.
Cons - if the windows overlook the street, then it is as if you are sitting next to people in a bar and near the roadway (we lived on the 5th floor). Poor soundproofing of the windows.

Номер был старенький. Нет сейфа, холодильника, чайника, чая,кофе и воды в номерах. Можно отдать в холодильник продукты, но только персоналу на первом этаже(бегать к ним с третьего этажа не удобно). Очень маленький/узкий лифт.

I booked a quadruple room and my booking said with breakfast, but in the hotel they said we only paid for 2 breakfasts not 4 which I couldn't understand. Eventually they agreed when I showed them the booking confirmation email.

Dagtid satt en tjej som var snorkig, ingen service anda, vägrade mig att ta upp en kompis på rummet som en dag tidigare hyrt ett annat rum där, helt ofattbart. När jag anlände var hon helt oförstående att jag skulle uppskatta tidig incheckning då jag hade gått upp kl 03.00. Jag kommer inte att bo där igen.

De lift was om de dag stuk, wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping dus dat was best onhandig met koffers tillen.

Ontbijt erg basic je kan beter ergens anders ontbijten. Bedden heel klein voor tweepersoonsbedden. Locatie heel goed je kan makkelijk de openbaar vervoer nemen.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025I spent two nights at The Jeff Hotel and found it to be a fantastic option for a quick solo trip to Paris. As someone who was simply looking for a clean and convenient place to sleep near the city center, The Jeff Hotel was perfect. The location is unbeatable, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore. While the building is older and has a small, vintage lift, it's something to be mindful of if you're claustrophobic or dislike small spaces. The rooms are very small, and it's in the middle of restaurants and shops and so it will get noisy at night. I am a heavy sleeper, so for me, it wasn't an issue at all. But if you're a light sleeper, consider it. The service was good, Sabrina at the reception was kind and helpful, and the night shift gentleman who spoke Spanish was a huge help, as my French isn't the best. My room was clean and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. If you're a traveler looking for a practical, well-located, and friendly alternative to a hostel, I would definitely recommend The Jeff Hotel. It's a great base for a solo tour of Paris.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Good location, within walking distance to the centre. Very friendly staff. Basic but clean, and just what we needed. We were visiting the city so didn't spend much time in the room. So didn't mind that it was a small room for three of us.
It was August and a heat wave... The room was really warm. Only got bearable after sundown but we still had to sleep with the windows wide open. No AC but two fans. Not much to do about it and we sleep well despite the city noise. Would consider staying here again.

El baño de mi habitación no me gustó mucho, allí pueden mejorar. Pero en general está muy bien. Para la movilidad de una persona en silla de ruedas será difícil, pues el ascensor es muy muy pequeño Considero que en la habitación hacia falta otro ventilador, apenas el q teníamos refrescaba pero el calor era muy intenso
