Asuntoa ei tahtonut löytää, todella sekavat ja sotkevat talomerkit!!!

Joka aamu puutui jotakin tai oli loppunut aamiaisella.. Kananmunia ei osattu keitella

Hyvä sijainti

Vuodesohva rikki. Pintatasot, kuten pöydät likaiset. Koneessa likaiset tiskit edellisen jäljiltä.

Tukalan kuuma asunto

Erinomainen aamiainen ja erittäin hyvä sijainti mikäli haluaa olla palvelujen piirissä. Hinta-/laatusuhde hyvä.

Erittäin hyvästä (avaimia noudettaessa) opastuksesta huolimatta huoneiston löytyminen tuotti pieniä ongelmia. Ehkä vähän näkyvämmät opasteet auttaisivat asiaa.

Aamiainen loistava,kämppä siisti

Varausta ei ensin löytynyt ja varaamani huoneisto myytiin toiseen kertaan jollekkin muulle. Sain sitten hieman paremman huoneiston tilalle. Joten lopulta kaikki hyvin.

Hyvä aamupala sisältyi hintaan - erityiskiitos maukkaasta puurosta. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava.

Meget sentralt, flott leilighet. Fint innredet

Badet, feil fall mot sluk førte til at alt vannet rant utover hele badet. Varmekabler på bad fungerte ikke, så det var vanskelig å få gulvet tørt.

Lähellä kaikkea, kaupat, ravintolat, keilaus yms. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Lapset nukkuivat vuodesohvalla ja kun se aukaistiin niin sohvan alla oli aika paljon roskaa. Vessassa oli sokeritoukka.

Erinomainen sijainti. Sauna ja kuivauskaappi plussaa.

Close to shop center

There's a board above the head of the bed. When I want to relax on the bed, my head always hits the board. Actually, the board has no function.

要花點時間找到住宿，空間有一點點小

キッチン、洗濯機、衣類乾燥機、サウナまでついており、設備がとても充実していた。 また、ショッピングセンターからも近くロケーションが良かった。 スタッフはとても親切でアクティビティ参加のサポート、タクシーの手配、朝食用のお弁当準備もしてくれた。

Úžasný apartmán vybavený všetkým,čo apartmán má mať, práčkou,saunou,krbom..dreva viac ako dosť,pre deti boli k dispozicii sanky (az štvore👍👍👍👍)takže sme si užili aj sánkovanie... Raňajky úžasné, dobrý výber,sladke,slané,zdravé,mäsové a dokonca sa dalo zabaliť večer predtým,keďže ďalšie ráno sme už mali aktivity.Veľká spokojnosť,dúfam,že sa tam ešte vrátime❤

Hyvä, joskin vaihtelua aamujen välillä oli vähän.

Majoituskohteessa oli "vanhanaikaiset" kahvikupit mukien asemesta.

Good location

The heater was not working and we need to put the logs into the fireplace all the time when we're staying inside the house.

Sijainti hyvä, henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Siivouksen taso oli huono.

De zetelbed is niet super comfortabel

Monipuolinen aamiainen, kiva sijainti ja mukava sauna. Keittiössä riiittävä varustus iltaruoan tekoon ja ateriointiin. Takkakin olisi ollut käytössä.

Siivous ei ollut onnistunut ihan halutulla tavalla, löysimme ensimmäisenä iltana sohvapöydän vierestä luumun tms kiven. Tuo kohta oli nähtävästi muutenkin jäänyt imuroimatta pölyn määrästä arvioiden. Haastetta aiheutti se, että avaimia oli vain yksi! Tämä oli ongelmallista, koska vaikeutti liikkumista erikseen. Avainboksi olisi tällaiseen toimiva ja nykyaikainen ratkaisu.

Majoituspaikka sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla Saariselän keskustassa. Perus siisti kokonaisuus.

Palvelu avainta noutaessa ja palauttaessa oli välinpitämätöntä. Tämä on erikoista, koska aiemmin saatu hyvää ja ystävällistä palvelua.

Saunan vieressä,2A,todella kuuma myös huoneistossa.Sauna oli lämpenemässä ennen aikataulussa alkavia saunavuoroja niin että saunaan menevä ovi oli auki käytävään.2A huoneisto ei jäähtynyt vaikka oli läpiveto ikkunoista,pesuhuoneen laattalattia huoneistossa lämmitti turhaan huoneistoa.Ulkona +20 C. Huoneistossa kuluneisuutta,pientä pintaremonttia kaipaa,maalausta ja kaapistojen vetimien päivitystä. Olohuoneen vuodesohvalla kova nukkua,petauspatjaa vuodesohvalaatikkoon kaivattiin.

Hyvät tilat, siistiä ja toimivaa

Kuvauksessa luvattiin ilmastointi, mutta asunnossa ei ollut ilmastointia. Hellepäivänä se oli yksi tärkeimmistä kriteereistämme. Asunto oli erittäin kuuma

The apartment was very well equipped, cozy and it had perfect localization - close to the shopping center and restaurant. Breakfasts were tasty. Reindeer roaming around every day :)

Tilava ja perushyvä majoitus

Saunavuoro huoneistolle oli jo lähes loppu kun teimme ilmoitetussa aikataulussa sisäänkirjausta. Aamupala 8-10. Klo 9 monet asiat loppuneet.

The location was excellent, the reception, skiing tracks, ski bus stop, restaurants, and the grocery store considered. The accommodation had the breakfast included, and the restaurant was very near. The breakfast was brilliant! The bed of the room was very comfortable, and the sauna was on the same floor.

There wasn't a storage room anywhere. There was a slightly uncomfortable smell in the room (coming from the bathroom maybe). In addition, one night, when someone was cooking something very spicy in the kitchen below us, the smell came to our room in the middle of the night (thus cooking should be banned during the night).

The 2 bed apartment is a lovely size for a family, we were 2 adults and 2 children. Great location in the center. We loved the fire, the sauna, the beds were very comfy! Washing machine and drying cupboard were fab, also the sleds in the outdoor cupboard were handy. Main bathroom and also a seperate toilet. Loved the croissants (when they didn’t run out) coffee available at breakfast - latte, cappuccino, macchiato etc

A funny smell coming from the single toilet. Breakfast (8-10am) offering was great but ran out. Not much left if you get there at 9:45 and is not replenished.

The property had a great energy from the minute we stepped in. Toasty warm, clean and comfortable. All appliances you could need, for cooking and comfort. The sauna was fantastic, and bathroom spotless.

Conveniently centrally located, close to the small local shopping center and many restaurants. Apartment was very clean and nice and cosy. Plenty of space to keep clothes and luggage.

We didn’t use the kitchen but we found it would be good to have some of the basics ingredients like salt, pepper, sugar. Guests staying for a few days may find annoying to buy all these.

Good location and good price. For one okayish.

It is not very clean (i.e old plasters at the wall) but for one night one can manage. The facilities are all very outdated and in the halls there are (old?) things like vacuum cleaners, tables, chairs, Christmas decorations etc. Furthermore, it is a bit weird to pick up the key in a souvenir a shop in a shopping centre nearby.

Location is superb and the apartment has everything you need. Check in/out is super easy and the hosts are very responsive to communication. Breakfast that was provided at the local bistro was excellent and the variety/options suited our party of 6 (including 2 kids 8/4)

Nothing comes to mind. Our experience was amazing.

Convenient because 2 minites to walk distance to the grocery store, K-Market and bus stop for major activities. Sauna and fireplaces make the stay special for non locals. Nice cozy space with a kitchen, dining table, sofa and a separate bedroom enough for two persons.

Had to make a line for Kukkeli shop whenever I had questions, even small and simple one.

Great location, compact accommodation with fireplace, sauna and clothes dryer. Compact but fully equipped kitchen.

Would benefit from few updates mainly in the bathroom. No instructions on how to use fireplace- we could not figure out the air vent and were unable to use it. As we stayed over the weekend, there was no one to ask. Also, while some wood was provided, there was no kindling nor fire starters.

Bedroom. Nothing else.

There were several problems in the apartment that we notified over multiple calls but there was no action taken during our stay to fix those. The reception staff kept telling us that they would send in somebody immediately and we kept waiting but nobody came. Our sauna and lighter, the fireplace was not working. Dishwasher tablets were not provided. The apartment looks too old and was smaller than it looks in the pictures. The apartment's heating system is too bad. We were freezing the entire time. The apartment heats up after a few hours it is kept on. We went to the office to address this in person and wanted to get monetary compensation for ruining our stay experience on a vacation. Overall it is not worth it for the money you pay for.

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage mit tollen Ski-Loipen in der Nähe.

Very good coffee maker. Good pillow. Smart tv. Short way to everything. Fireplace with wood. Good sauna when you slip in some air.

Bad cleaning. Very thin walls and doors in the flat and between this and the next flat. Annoying. Thin quilts for wintertime. Very humid in the flat after sauna.

The property was in the city center and everything was in walking distance. The property had all the supplies we needed e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, dryer cabinet. In addition there is a sauna, me and my friends enjoyed.

The property was not clean. There was dust under the bed and it was not clean under the sauna bench and the kitchen supplies were also not washed properly.

Very nice location and easy check in.

Cozy apartment that was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids, had everything we needed and was very conveniently located close to supermarket, bus stop and activity shop. Would definitely recommend

Property was clean and in a central location.

It was so nice that a christmas tree with lights greeted us inside <3 Very cosy and tidy!

The bedroom was cold and the radiator at living room was only "kicking in" heat in bursts. For the next guest wondering, it does heat up, it just takes a bit time for a heat kick to start. There was also a staff member all of a sudden outside cleaning the porch very loudly and smoking a cigarette. The clean was nice, thank you, but the sudden banging noises freaked me from my nap and the cigarette smoke got inside the apartment.

Good location. Cozy You have everything in the kitchen. Sauna is very good.

The apartment is well equipped, it is very close to the supermarket and you can walk to the entrance to the UROH KEKKONEN national park

The check in and check out were smooth. The staff was quite helpful. Fire place is very nice and useful, wood was prepared. Sauna is a nice benefit as well as the outside storage for skis etc.

Firstly we expected to have the apartment ready for 4 people but it was prepared only for 2 in the bedroom. The coach and the bed sheets were not prepared and we had to move to furniture ourselves to set it up. Secondly the WiFi was not working at all! It was called "suite 1" and we stay in suite 3 so I guess they have only one router for all the suites. Overall it was not working and we had to use mobile data.

The location was very good.

The standard of the apartment versus the price of the apartment did not go “hand in hand” - too expensive for this kind of apartment.
