Hotel was good.not noisy can sleep well.room also cleanliness 5star eventhogh i stay at budjet room. AC also very cool at middle of night.space quiet limited but is okey for couple,single.

I want to use hairdryer but little upset hairdrayer short of electricity is maybe old version.and also sometime lamp cannot turn off event i already switch on/off soo we slept with lights on.

Service of the staff a indian lady mega... first sorry to her and thanks to her.... we came all the way from singapore and was continue driving all the way without resting. Reached early req mega for early check in... thanks to her for the huge help. As I was not feeling well and my son and husband was falling asleep in the car. Seriously we were all were very exhausted thats where mega help us. Thanks to urban inn for having staff like her and also my checkout was smooth the malay lady was so kind. Will sure come back to urban inn and give my support.

Well should have a lift to the next floor. And to have the toilet to be scrub near the glass area and the walls the stains to be remove. And to have shelf at the showering area will be more comfortable. More tv channels and ear buds to be provided.

the room a little bit compact.so little space for prayer time as no surau provided outside.the pillow not comfy as the blanket little bit old.no side table and mirror.mirror only in bathroom.tv channel limited and the pi ture is not clear.a little bit noisy at midnight.keep hearing someone trying to open doors.i dont know either kids playing or what.but still disturbing cause happend at midnight.

Kalau boleh ditambah bakul sampah di dalam tandas bagi mengelakkan sampah dibuang merata-rata di dalam tandas. Jika tidak keberatan boleh sediakan juga sudu dan garfu plastik pun tidak mengapa asalkan ada. Mohon juga disediakan sejadah kecil pun it's ok. Bab bayaran kalau boleh dipakai secara QR lebih baik. Sekarang kebanyakkan orang tidak membawa tunai yang banyak.

We booked this stay for our parents, & they had a pleasant experience overall. They mentioned that the bed was very comfortable, which made their rest enjoyable, & they really liked the peaceful surroundings of the hotel. The only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower heater, as it was quite low during their stay. Other than that, everything was great, & they were happy with the service provided.

The hotel's location was convenient and easy to find. The spacious room makes movement within it very pleasant. The room was well-appointed with a water boiler and a safe deposit box. My visit was quite good. My room was big, which made movement within it quite easy. The bed was huge and comfortable, and I liked the color scheme and design of the room. It was done extremely elegantly, and I believe many people would enjoy it. I found the receptionists to be very nice, efficient, and accommodating. My family and I were quite satisfied with our one-day stay.

The Indian Staff is very noise during afternoon time and early morning, especially the speaker of phone is opening when working. It is disturb the guest staying room beside reception. There worm enter my room during midnight and it is terrible due to the cleanness is too low.

My room was 101. Very close to the lobby and counter. Very noisy . Terrible . I can't sleep well due to the noise . At 1am till 2am , still got people talking loudly. Poor sound proofing . Blanket is dirty and I had itchiness due to that. Pillow is so so... mattress so so
