Posizione a pochi passi dal centro e stanza grande

La password del wifi è indicata solo su ascensore e non in stanza. Durante il check in l'addetto è stato molto sbrigativo non dandoci indicazioni e al check out non mi è stata aperta la porta della reception e mi è stato indicato dall'altra parte della porta di lasciare le chiavi per terra. Accoglienza da rivedere

Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour. L'appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos de la réservation. Le mobilier était vétuste et sale (notamment la machine à laver et le matelas), le séchoir était rouillé, une chaise s'est dérobée sous ma compagne car elle était mal vissée et la fenêtre ne fermait pas, ce qui a nécessité une réparation et a fait que nous avons perdu notre première soirée. D'ailleurs, on n'était toujours pas sûrs qu'elle fermait ensuite car on nous a demandé de ne plus y toucher... Dans la liste des équipements, il y avait un four (et qui apparaît bien sur les photos) mais rien de cela dans notre logement. De plus, il y avait des problèmes de sécurité qui nous ont gênés. Un bout de métal rouillé dépassait du sol de la salle de bain et une prise électrique baillait... Nous voyagions avec notre fils de 4ans... Par ailleurs, suite à la réclamation faite au service client, le propriétaire a envoyé des messages injurieux à notre encontre. Bref, à éviter.

This was our fifth time we stayed at Alena Apartments and as always we felt comfortable and very pleased. Friendly staff, perfect location, tidy room, excellent wi-fi - nothing to complain about. Definitely will book it again next year when in Chania.

Clean spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff. Georgios picked us up from the airport free of charge. Much appreciated after a long flight. Apartment equipped with everything needed for our stay. Location is perfect in city centre.

Il nostro appartamento era un po fatiscente, non aveva l’aria condizionata in camera e il pinguino dato in dotazione è estremamente rumoroso Il divano letto in sala era molto scomodo. A differenza di altre recensioni, il nostro bagno non era rinnovato e quando aprivi gli sportelli della cucina usciva un forte odore di umidità.

Appartamento semplice pulito e dotato dell essenziale. C'è un piano cottura a induzione eun forno elettrico. Il proprietario ci ha anche prestato un ombrellone. Il nostro appartamento aveva un terrazzino molto carino. Comodo il lstto e doccia ampia. Posizione eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Room needs a complete upgrade pipes hanging out of the wall old bathroom and when you take a shower the water goes all over the floor Noisy lift that beeps all day and night. Bed was hard Reception is on the 4th floor and it took us talking and knocking at the door for a man to come out not say anything except follow me he was not helpful at all. There was no information about how to work anything or give advice as to where the nearest Doctor Dentist chemist or police are or telephone numbers. Would not stay there again

The furniture in the apartment is old, the bed could be better, as well as overall tidiness. For example, it was not pleasant to go to shower, and there were strange wires sticking out of the wall in bedroom

Excellent central location right by the main bus station and the main square Special thanks tp Alena and George for accomodating us with early checkin, we were travelling with baby so kt was very important to us. Staff was very helpful in anything we needed, Espresso coffee machine was very good to have cup of coffee early morning in balcony with mountainview. George personally dropped us to airport wgich was very kind of him

Ottima la posizione: vicinissimo al capolinea degli autobus che portano alle principali spiagge e anche al centro dove passeggiare /cenare/fare shopping.

In camera, i fornelli non funzionavano bene e il forno era rotto (comunque dopo che lo abbiamo segnalato, c'è l'hanno sostituito), inoltre mancava l'asciugacapelli. Il balconcino era veramente piccolo e le pulizie della camera sporadiche.

La posizione, centrale ma silenziosa. Il terrazzo, ampio. Lo staff, gentile e disponibile ad accogliere le richieste effettuate durante il soggiorno.

L'alloggio potrebbe essere migliorato in alcuni dettagli funzionali, ad esempio la doccia.

Struttura in fase di ristrutturazione. Terrazzo dotato solo di un ombrellone che rendeva impossibile fruire dello stesso, troppo assolato e caldo

There were problems with the hot water

Sehr schönes Familiengeführtes Hotel , sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt einen Shuttle Dienst vom Flughafen ( 30€) . Die Busstation ist auch nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man ist schnell am Hafen und die Altstadt fängt nach wenigen Metern an. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Dachterrasse, sehr zu empfehlen!

Very close to the old town. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Very helpful staff.

The location is very good, next to the main bus station, there are supermarkets near by, and it is located at the start of the old city walking area. The bathroom is new and good.

The kitchen was not very functional, there were coffee machines but no coffee capsulas. The stove was veeery slow, it took 20min to make breakfast and coffee. The dishes were not very clean, the kitchen lockers were smelling of humid and we washed everything again. The terace is nice but it has no sunshades, which is a problem. The bed was not very comfortable.

Ottima posizione a pochissimi passi dalla zona pedonale e quindi dal porto. Letto comodo.

Il parcheggio è impossibile da trovare la sera, noi siamo stati solo 2 notti e tornando dal mare il pomeriggio non troppo tardi qualcosa si trova. Appartamento molto datato , pulizia poco attenta.

L' appartamento è ampio con un piccolo balcone con tavolino e sedie,ho preso un 'appartamento x 3 persone ma avrebbero potuto dormirci in 5,la pulizia accettabile riordinano tutti i giorni La cucina era fornita di tutto,c è anche una lavatrice,silenzioso e la posizione eccellente a 100 mt da stazione autobus x aeroporto, in pieno centro con tantissimi negozi e localini e 2 passi dal porto.

La cucina e il bagno nn sono a norma sono orribili, potrebbero migliorare anche i mobili

Perfect location. Property is visible from the Chania bus station as they have flags and eye-catching name. Also easy walk to town. Nice coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets around.

Bathroom would need an upgrade. There were tiny dead ants on the bathroom floor.

Good location. I have stayed here before many times and found it ok but this trip was different.

There were bedbugs and management and booking.Com both refuse to deal with admitting there was a problem and giving a refund.

We had booked this accommodation for one night but were informed by the owner that it had been double booked by BOOKING.COM. So were offered, and taken to a different hotel the Vranas Ambience hotel. This accommodation was located up a narrow side street,opposite a rather large restaurant.The room was very claustrophobic with small windows, no balcony,very large 4 poster bed, and extremely long curtains. Not what we had booked.

All the above overleaf. But Booking.com got the blame. This was the first time we have had this experience in many years of using this website...

We booked a room with a double bed and outside balcony which had 2 chairs, but no table. And which had no view apart from a wall opposite our room. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't see the owner. The property is very close to the town, and bus station.And amenities.

The balcony had no view. On the end was a dirty wooden box that housed a washing machine. The owner was not available, when we arrived, but explained how to use the key safe to get into the room.

L'extrême difficulté pour trouver cette location ! Aucun panneau, entrée au fond d'un couloir mal éclairé. Rétréci par Un foutoir de panneaux de bois et feraille. Heureusement dans la rue j'ai rencontré une personne grecque qui m'a aidée ! Elle aussi était dans l'impasse pour situer ! Très aimable a appelé le " propriétaire" ....qui a donné les instructions d'accès ! Ensuite.....PAS DE WIFI....! aucune information dans la chambre ! Ensuite très bruyant Voisin de chambre a pris une douche pendant une heure de 23h ++ à minuit ! Une horreur sans compter les locataires parlant fort ! C'est vraiment dommage je suis arrivée le mauvais jour !

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la disponibilité des propriétaires présents à la réception. Le coin est tranquille malgré la proximité de la gare routière et le centre ville est tout proche.

The mattress was really uncomfortable. There seems to be a vertical underbody metal stick in the middle, that weather you are lying on one side of the bed or the other, there is an angle, to “throw” you off the bed. The result, really poor sleep.

Communication was reassuring and helpful, we arrived very late and everything was ready for us. The room was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. Central location near bus station and main square. Would stay again.

Spacious room with a full kitchen and balcony. Location about 10mins walk from the old town. Airport bus station just across the street. Staff was nice and allowed us leaving our luggages with him before departure.

Would be nice if the staff was there when we first arrived. It was a little scary when the office had no response and we were waiting for 15mins in a pitch black narrow hallway despite we have already confirmed with the property when we would arrive.

Rummet var trångt men det kunde jag ju läsa mig till. Missat att rummet saknade balkong och det var ju trist men för en natt gick det bra iallafall. 2-rummarna såg väldigt fina ut m balkong. Blir nog en sån om vi bor flera dagar

Just 1 small maintenance issue the handle on the bedroom door needs attention. Bedroom sheets need to be larger.

Great location. Close to the bus station, some beaches, old city, shops and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay.

Die Lage die Ausstattung und die Freundlichkeit von der Besitzer war super!!! Es ist eine KatzeSprung vom Busbahnhof. Rundherum es gibt viele Geschäfte und eine große Supermarkt um das Notwendigste zu besorgen.

Gab es wirklich gar nichts wo mir nicht gefallen hat!

Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro di Chania. Nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare parcheggio a pagamento. Il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stato gentilissimo.

Appartamento che risente degli anni e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e un restyling. Non è assolutamente adatto per ospitare 4 persone che sono costrette a dormire quasi ammassate. Nel piccolo soggiorno con angolo cottura c'è un divano di cui non si capisce l'utilità. Al suo posto sarebbe più utile un tavolo di maggiori dimensioni rispetto a quello esistente. Le mensole in camera erano fissate male e precarie. Bagno molto piccolo e poco funzionale. Seduti sul water è necessario compiere un allungamento "ginnico" per prendere la carta igienica. Angolo cottura da rivedere.

Minor thing to note, bit of noise during the night, which is expected due to central location. Having ear plugs solves the issue.

La stanza era molto vecchia e si affacciava sul cortile interno dove si sentiva il rumore continuo delle unità esterne dei condizionatori. Inoltre il frigorifero in stanza era anche rumorosissimo

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro. Il palazzo è carino. Ok la doccia e il bagno anche se presente calcare .

Intanto più che di appartamento di tratta di.una camera con dei fornelli, e un formo microonde appoggiato su un tavolo insieme a una macchina da caffè sprovvista di cialde. La televisione ha due telecomandi l'host nonostante la richiesta non sapeva come funzionavano. Forse non era il vero padrone di casa. . Nella terrazza non funzionava la luce e in camera la luce aveva la lampada con l'intermittenza. Sicuramente le lampadine erano rotte e da sostituire Questo non deve accadere quando si affitta. Nin ho trovato tutto ciò che viene pubblicato tra i servizi. . L"appartamento è un po' datato e necessita di una ristrutturazione. compresi gli elettrodomestici e l'arredamento

We did not get any housekeeping over the 5 night stay that we had. At the end of our stay we found the sign to hang on the door for housekeeping but it was too late by then I wish they told us from the beginning. The shower curtain was a bit too long and at times it would cover the drain which could have flooded the bathroom

Le luci in casa sono molto soffuse. Sarebbe meglio avere luci più forti.
