From September 5th to 12th, my husband and I stayed at Ruby luxury suites for the second time in two years, and all we can say is: it was once again an absolutely wonderful experience! The management is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team is always happy to have a spontaneous little chat. The accommodation and public areas are spotless, clean and hygienic, and we were once again greeted with a lovely welcome gift of fresh fruit which we happily enjoyed with our yoghurt breakfasts. Two years ago, one of the main reasons we came was to hike the Samaria Gorge. Due to unfortunate circumstances the gorge was during our stay only closed to tourists. But we came back, and for us there was really only one place we wanted to stay: Ruby luxury suites. One long-awaited item on our bucket list has now finally been ticked off, but our second visit has actually made us even want to come back for more! Not only extend discovering this beautiful island, and this time with a car, so we can explore even further, but also to experience that wonderful holiday feeling and the warmth that the local people bring with them. Thank you for everything, Ruby luxury suites! A big “houdoe” from the Netherlands, and we’re already looking forward to saying: see you next time!

Отличен апартхотел. Много нова сграда и апартамента беше просторен и удобен. Удобно местоположение, близо до центъра на града, но в много тих и спокоен квартал. Хотелът разполага с паркинг. Чистотата и обслужването са на най-високо ниво.

It’s a lovely modern, comfortable place. The rooms are kept very clean. It’s a great place to stay with easy access into town and the harbour side. The staff are extremely helpful. Would fully recommend these apartments.

Can’t think of anything

The apartment is modern, clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a mini mart on the street corner and larger supermarkets nearby. A washing machine and dryer (downstairs), a lift and car parking were great facilities to have. Short 10 min walk to the old town.

Costas at the reception was very kind to us. Helped us find special places and food at chania. Also the house keeper was super nice and cleaned our apartment very well. The total stay was excellent and full of warming heart.

We stayed in this apartment and couldn't have asked for anything better! Perfect in every way: brand new, spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished. It's a truly welcoming space, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need to feel instantly at home. A great plus is definitely the impeccable cleanliness, with daily housekeeping service, which we truly appreciated. The beds are also incredibly comfortable, ideal for resting and relaxing after a day at the beach. We also truly appreciated the welcome: we were greeted with a lovely gift of fresh fruit, cookies, and a bottle of wine, a truly thoughtful gesture that made us feel instantly pampered. The location is excellent: both the sea and the port are just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around even without a car. A truly pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing stay. Highly recommended, with truly excellent hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

È una struttura favolosa, moderna e pulitissima! Il personale cordialissimo e disponibilissimo. Hanno tutto come da “pronto intervento” . Anche un servizio di lavanderia con asciugatrice a completa disposizione è gratuito. Posizione del posto a 10 min a piedi dal centro.

Very big appartment, staff super friendly. Close to the city center but very quiet too :)

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We were kindly offered a complimentary upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise and something we really appreciated. The young gentleman who welcomed us was exceptional, very friendly, polite, helpful and genuinely willing to assist with anything we needed. The property is newly built, and you can tell immediately. The apartment was spotlessly clean and literally shining when we arrived. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious, while the kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils, an oven and everything you might need during your stay. There is also a comfortable sofa and a TV in both rooms. Another lovely feature is the balcony, where you can sit outside and relax. A big advantage is the private covered parking underneath the building. If you are travelling by car, this makes a huge difference as you never have to worry about finding a parking space. The location was also extremely convenient. The city centre is within easy walking distance, so you can get around without needing the car. There is a mini market very close by for anything you might need, and food delivery through the usual apps is also available if you simply feel like staying in and relaxing. Overall, this is a modern, comfortable, exceptionally clean and very well maintained property, with genuinely welcoming and helpful people. The complimentary upgrade was the perfect extra touch to an already excellent experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Das Appartement war sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Man hatte einen Lift und konnte mit Self-Checking einchecken. Der Mitarbeiter hatte aber extra auf uns gewartet. Was ich super nett fand. Jeden Tag kamen die Putzfeen und es war einwandfrei. Wir bekamen extra Handtücher für die Kinder. Es gab Spülmittel, Schwamm. Alles neu und nicht vom Vormieter. Es gab Shampoo etc. Man konnte seine Badesachen auf den großen Balkon aufhängen.

Wenn Fenster offen war, war es morgens etwas laut. Ich bin nicht empfindlich, deshalb war es ok für mich. Da wir in der Hauptreisezeit gereist waren (August). War es nicht wirklich ein Schnäppchen, aber verhältnismäßig vom Preis noch in Ordnung.

Clean, new apartment at a great location especially if you're coming to Chania by car - you don't have to drive too deep into the city, however everything is easily accessible by foot. Friendly, staff, great communication.

Wonderful Stay at Ruby Luxury Suites! We had a wonderful stay at Ruby Luxury Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent—conveniently situated and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Everything was well maintained, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Another huge plus was the convenient parking, which made our stay even easier and more stress-free. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ruby Luxury Suites exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Location is fine. Neighborhood is not very good but close to markets and city center. There was a construction just across the building (our room), it was very close but it was on hold so there was no noise. New furnitures, new kitchen, in general clean. Staff was easy to reach out and communicate.

Bathroom was very uncomfortable and lack of function. There was a too small shower cabinet and not user friendly faucet (hot and cold water adjustment was very sensitive, ie suddenly hot water comes and faucet became too hot to touch). Sink and its faucet was also very hard to use at our room so water was overflowing next to the sink.

Ruby Luxuy Suites is an excellent place to stay in Chania. Beautifully appointed, modern, clean and comfortable with great little touches from our host Kostas. All the amenities were as specified, the location is just off the main road area so it is quieter yet 3 minutes walk to anywhere in the Old Town. Kostas showed us a suite, these were huge and looked great for next time. Highly recommend. Also suggest to arrange the pick-up through the hotel, its 12km to the airport and this makes your arrival seamless.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit, die hervorragende Lage und die sehr gute Ausstattung – gerade mit einem kleinen Kind war alles perfekt. Jiannis und Costas waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben, wodurch unser Urlaub noch schöner wurde. Das Reinigungspersonal war täglich im Zimmer und hat alles äußerst gründlich und ordentlich gereinigt. Besonders dankbar waren wir außerdem dafür, dass wir die Waschmaschine und den Trockner nutzen durften, was mit unserem Kind eine große Erleichterung war. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

L'appartamento era situato al 4 piano con ascensore moderno. Possibilità di parcheggio privata con telecamera. Ci siamo trovati benissimo io il mio compagno e il nostro bimbo di quasi 2 anni. Ci hanno messo a disposizione un lettino e un seggiolone ed è stato tutto perfetto. Vorrei sottolineare la gentilezza dello staff, soprattutto le signore che si sono occupate delle pulizie quotidiane dell' appartamento, nella nostra situazione sono state davvero un lusso e una coccola per delle buone ferie. Abbiamo ricevuto asciugamani, accappatoi e il necessario per il bagno con prodotti tradizionali di Abea che conosciamo bene come marchio cretese, con fragranze molto buone e fresche e ingredienti maggiormente naturali. La cucina era equipaggiata di tutto il necessario e un grande frigorifero per conservare le pietanze. Gli infissi erano ben insonorizzanti e nei due balconi si poteva stendere il bucato e nell' altro era accessoriato con poltroncine, divanetto e tavolino. All arrivo abbiamo trovato un gentile pensiero, una bottiglia di vino, degli snack e una bel cesto di frutta. Tutto ha funzionato bene. Grazie

Niente di eclatante ma è possibile renderlo ancora più perfetto aggiungendo: Una cappottiera in entrata Il microonde La lavastoviglie Purtroppo siamo capitati nel momento in cui stavano rifacendo la strada ed è stato un po' rumoroso da un lato e dall' altro stanno ristrutturando il palazzo di fronte e il lavori iniziano alle 7.15 di mattina. Diciamo però che con le giornate di esplorazione della città non essendo in casa non ce se ne accorge .

A bit expensive but overall very pleasant stay

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εξαιρετική, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα και σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από τα βασικά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και προσεγμένο, με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Η διαθεσιμότητα χώρου στάθμευσης ήταν επίσης ένα πολύ μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα. Συνολικά, είχαμε μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δισταγμό.

Het appartement is werkelijk prachtig: stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het als een thuis weg van huis. De ruimtes zijn ruim, licht en zeer comfortabel met veel aandacht voor detail in de inrichting. De locatie is uitstekend en biedt een perfecte uitvalsbasis om het oude centrum van Chania en de Venetiaanse haven te bezoeken. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en overtrof onze verwachtingen. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden dit appartement zonder enige twijfel aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort, kwaliteit en een ontspannen verblijf. We komen graag nog eens terug!

The location was perfect. It was close to nice food spots, red Jane and wake & bake a must visit for breakfast and the most amazing sandwiches which we stocked up before day trips. Also lots of clothes shops eg Zara etc just up the road. it was in walking distance to the old town (10min) the reception staff were excellent and so friendly, both staff members we met helped us with booking cars (which was dropped to the apartment, nice touch.) and information about day trips, food spots etc. they couldn't help enough truly 5* service. Rooms were cleaned everyday, lovely balcony, and well equipped kitchen. You can even do your laundry on site for free.

The only small things I can think of for improvement are there is no full length mirror and no dishwasher this really didn't bother us but would make the place a 10

An exceptional, quiet, and clean place. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped and functional. We had a lovely large balcony. The housekeeping team did a great job and made our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the reception staff were very professional and friendly! 10/10

Hotel avec de beaux appartements situé pas très loin à pieds du vieux port. Le personnel était acceuillant et à l'écoute. Les appartements étaient modernes, confortables, propres et bien équipés. Possède quelques places de parking couvertes au rez-de-chaussée mais sans portail pour y accéder mais aussi sous vidéo surveillance. Merci pour le séjour et bonne continuation.

The staff were very helpful and polite. I even got a complimentary upgrade to a suite and it was absolutely lovely - full kitchen (with a welcome bottle of wine), big couch and balcony. Very clean and quiet. Good value for money!

Die Baustelle gegenüber ist wohl ein notwendiges Übel. Und ein bisschen Geräuschkulisse in dem Zimmer vor der Rezeption.

The location of the suites was perfect: close enough for the old town, city walls and bus station, and in a quiet side street with little traffic. Easy to find and surrounded by plenty of food outlets. Two large supermarkets close by. On arrival guests are presented with a bottle of wine, an assortment of Greek snacks and a bowl of fresh fruit. The kitchen facilities as listed in description were all clean, serviceable and in excellent working order. An expresso coffee maker with supply of complementary capsules provided. My favourite - a good quality sandwich maker with easy cleanable ceramic plates for breakfast toasties! Amble hot water heated by solar panels with an additional backup of hot water from an electrical immersion heater if ever needed. The suite I stayed in had 2 air conditioning units and an outside space accessible from the main room and the bedroom. A very comfortable double bed, a modern tiled bathroom and have a proper low profile tray walk-in shower. Lots of extra towels offered to guests and an eco cleaning regime clearly explained. Excellent communication from the host (Kostas) with comprehensive entry instructions and code for lockbox. The reception desk is located on the 1st floor.
