During our 4 day stay, they didn't change towels and bed linen. There was no absorber on the bathroom.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The apartment is situated in a really nice building at approximately 30 mins to city center by foot. It is well equipped with everything that you'd need, the rooms are not super big but for a couple of days you have everything you need.
While the room was cleaned, the sheets were changed, seemed like the dust hasn't been removed for quite some time. If you are allergic to dust it wasn't ideal.

Unfriendly reception staff. Extractor fan of stove in room 952 not working. Microwave door does not open. Booked to have a operating kitchen to not spend money on restaurants, which was not the case due to failure to maintain kitchen utilities by this facility.

Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et très patient pour communiquer, je ne parle pas allemand, nous avons échangé en anglais et malgré mon niveau débutant, j'ai compris toutes les explications pour l'ascenseur, ma chambre etc... La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, la vue aussi était sympa ( voir ma photo )

The reception staff was not friendly at all—perhaps they do not enjoy their work. I dropped my luggage off at reception at 6:00 AM, but by 3:00 PM my room was still not ready. At 3:00 PM, the receptionist told me my room had been upgraded to an apartment. However, the manager then instructed him in German to cancel the upgrade. The manager clearly assumed I didn't understand German, even though it is my third language. The stove extractor fan in the room is not working. Although one signed a clause that one is resposible to switch extractor on when cooking. The microwave door is stuck.

Breakfast on one of two days was not replenished and was disappointing. 20 Euros was a waste.

Le personnel peu sympathique et peu avenant, notamment à notre arrivée. On a plus eu souvent l'impression de déranger que de vouloir répondre à nos questions. L'espace petit déjeuner qui était trop petit. Nous avons dû déjeuner sur une table basse deux jours de suite. De plus, en partant, j'ai retrouvé à côté de la table de chevet, d'un des deux lits de la chambre principale, une tétine qui appartenait surement aux précédents voyageurs de la chambre. Cela laisse penser que le ménage n'est pas fait très sérieusement. Les lits de la seconde chambre avaient des matelas particulièrement durs.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Wir hatten eine großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit einer kleinen Küche mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Das Zimmer hatte eine große Glasfront mit Sicht auf die Frankfurter Festhalle. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal kompetent und freundlich.
Die Ferienwohnung war mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das war erstmal gut. Aber die Fenster liessen sich nur einen Spalt kippen.

連泊の間は掃除されないので生ゴミが溜まるのが少し気になりました。ただ、部屋は大変清潔で機能的なので、この価格で提供されるサービスとしては大変満足しています。ありがとうございました。

L'appartamento era abbastanza pulito, tuttavia abbiamo trovato in cucina qualche utensile e anche il fornetto non pulitissimi.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, und dazu gab es eine Kaffeemaschine für Bohnen, was ich super fand. An der Rezeption konnte man Trinkwasser in Glasflaschen abfüllen, was sehr praktisch war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

something that bothered me a bit. Even though I requested an accessibility room in advance and left a message, they weren’t given that room from the start. My family had to spend the first night in a regular room. The next day, my dad had to talk to the receptionist to get it changed. Just thought you should know.

Folgende Mitteilung betrifft NICHT direkt Apart Hotel Adagio: Das Personal des unmittelbar daneben liegenden Marriott Hotels, wollte uns das Halten vor dem Adagio Hotel bei der Ankunft verwehren, (Zitat: Adagio ist nur Untermieter bei Marriott) obwohl meine Frau nach einer schweren Operation nur mit Rollator und sehr langsam sich bewegen konnte; man drohte mit Abschleppen des Fahrzeugs (wir standen weniger als 5 Minuten vor dem Hoteleingang). Zum Parken gibt es die direkt anschließende Q-Park Tiefgarage, allerdings zum stolzen Tagespreis von 48€. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es eine weitere Tiefgarage mit Tagespreis von 21€, allerdings ohne direkten Hotelzugang.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The room was clean and comfortable. We used the sofa bed for the kids, it was perfect for kids. There was not too much space in the room around the sofa bed but to be honest, it was not necessary as we were out all day. The room was quiet and had a lovely view of a park. The location was near to tram/bus/subway.
Nothing to dislike, we were very happy with our stay.

One of the biggest advantages was the convenient location, as the congress center was within walking distance. The room was quite compact, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Ideal for 2 people. Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms. Public transport is easily accessible (the tram stop is in front of the hotel) and the subway can be reached by foot in 15 min. Great coffee machine. There is washing machine in the building.
the place would be a bit crowed for 4 people. Coffee was not supplied. The TV was not straightforward to use.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Mi è piaciuto molto la vista e la posizione. Aparthotel molto carino, moderno e con tanti confort. La disponibilità di tutto lo staff è stata fantastica, io parlo poco inglese ma loro si sono impegni per aiutarmi!!
Qualche piccolo dettaglio della camera si poteva sistemare. Le porte non si chiudevano bene e una piccola ventola in bagno sarebbe stata utile!

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Man kann die Straßenbahn nutzen und es stehen zahlreiche Taxis zur Verfügung.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Art und Weise, wie mich die Rezeptionistin am Tag meiner Ankunft im Hotel behandelt hat. Sie war sehr unhöflich.

주변에 공사가 진행중이어서 소음이 좀 있었던 점이 다소 아쉽습니다.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist die S-Bahnhaltestelle womit man überall hin kommt. Das Frühstück war top. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und geben Tipps was man in der nähe alles machen kann.

Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr eng möbliert. Der sollte größer sein.

I appreciated that you could fill up your water bottle with purified water on the reception level and didn't have to buy water. I loved the view from the room. My area on the seventh floor was very quiet. I was never bothered by any sounds around me. I also appreciated that I could get so many channels on the television. The people at the reception were very helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable. I loved having a refrigerator. I've stayed at this hotel before and would definitely stay again, if they have a room free.
I never could get the room to a comfortable temperature. I understood the system for using the thermostat and used it as directed. I just couldn't get the room cool enough during the little heat wave.

Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wird nicht wirklich instandgehalten. Für ein paar Nächte ok, aber darüber hinaus nervig.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026L'hôtel est situé en face du Tram, très bon emplacement. Chambre bien équipée. Le personnel est accueillant. Nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner surtout les waffles, les oeufs, bacon, la salade de fruits. Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour en famille.
Le lit bébé est en supplément. Pas assez de nettoyage proche de la literie.

Piccole accortezze da migliorare: presenza di polvere sulle pareti, la mancanza di una scopa raccogli polvere con manico lungo (era presente solo un piccolo set scopetta e raccoglitore a manico corto) e le indicazioni per la raccolta differenziata con relative buste distintive.
