Entire the room is very small and the bathroom is very small it is made only for sh*t. Not so friendly reception cause they provide key not wifi password.

Loved every minute of it so friendly and welcoming will definitely stay again no doubt about it

Room was spacious - Good size TV - Comfortable bed - Nice shower that was adequate for our needs - Friendly and polite owners - Reserved car parking space - Main hotel was clean and presentable although the front entrance door looked a little rough.

Bed sheets needed changing as there was black hairs in the bed and sheets had a horrible wet stain on them. No wardrobe in the room only a rial that was barely adequate even though it stated there would be both. No anti slip mat for shower, if one was needed you had to go to reception to borrow one. Windows covered in bird muck which you could tell had been there for some time. When we complained about the state of the bed we was told by the owner to complain to Booking.com then he relented and said he would get the bed changed while we were out.

Location was good for our needs. Friendly enough welcome and check out. Very kindly let us check in early. Room was big enough and I found the bed comfortable in also had to change my booking date. Although

The room we stayed in could do with a lick of paint and bathroom needs attention. If the bathroom was upgraded a bit it would have been perfect.

Room was quite small, felt a little cramped with 2 of us.

The property is in a perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and attractions. The area was peaceful and quiet. The landlords/owners so amazing. Were they if you required anything. Very polite, professional and welcoming. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and a generous portion.

Paint work needed updating and shower was leaking a bit on the floor but didn’t make us not want to go back :)

The shower did not run any hot water even after following the 2 /3 minute running of the shower before the hot water comes thru 10 minuets and was still ice cold no hot water from the tap in the sink either and the noise from the people next door to our room was that loud we thought they were in the same room as us we did not even get an hour of sleep. Asked booking. Com for a refund and what a surprise I was ignored

Standard of room - comfort, cleanliness, facilities ie tea/coffee etc. We ordered breakfast the night before and it was excellent.

Some of the room needs updating, tv, kettle, lamp didn’t work. A little table would have been so helpful for meal times. Plumbing for room above needs addressing as very loud in the room

Very close to the beach, town and attractions. A 5 minute walk to all of the above. The hosts were a lovely couple.

Sadly, the room was very dirty, I had to clean all surfaces and then drawers and line them with paper towels before I could put our clothes in. The on suite shower room was grubby, leaking taps. Beds uncomfortable could feel the springs. Miss matched furniture. Kettle unusable I had to buy my own to make hot drinks.

The shower and toilet room is something that could do with improving, you can tell it's a cheaply done job, not a very clean room.

Flat pillows on bed not possible to get comfortable cleaness need a complete redecorating our room was dated smallest towels ever no glass in bathroom for toothbrush and to rinse mouth sink cracked mold round inside and outside of shower cubicle Our bed had black tape all around holding base together Definitely not worth £75 a night i paid was robbed

We were in a very small room, ok for one night I guess. There was a mix of different furniture but clean and usable. a sliding door lead to a very small toilet and shower area, which we thought could do with decorating. It was very clean although the flooring could do with replacing and also the shower tray needed replacing.we had no shower gel, so take your own. The windows outside needed a good clean. Everything was dust free and the linen fresh. Paid extra for breakfast which was made ready at a set time. It was ok . Self service for drinks .

It was clean enough, but some wallpaper coming away from the wall no towel rails and tv was so small i couldn't watch it old lcd tv so when you lay on the bed you can’t see the picture very well

Room was terrible Bed was uncomfortable, shower was freezing cold unable to use. Kettle we couldn’t fill up and it was dirty and limescale was floating around. Pillows hard and lumpy. Litter left under unit and tea stains on window ledge. Breakfast was lovely disappointed there was no orange juice.
