Es war unsauber. Diese „Kaution” wurde einbehalten weil das ganze Zimmer angeblich voller Haarfarbe war (was nicht stimmt) Ich hatte auch ein Problem mit der Tür weil man ein Code braucht als ich unten nach diesen gefragt habe wurde ich Respektlos behandelt

At 11:30 pm people from the hotel were banging on our door. We were already asleep. Without telling us why, they wanted our name and walked away again. Airconditioning was broken. Curtains could only close for 80%, so a lot of street light entered the room at night.

Didn’t know about the 100€ cash security deposit until message received shortly before check in. However on check in the receptionist said it was only if either of us were smokers so we didn’t have to pay. Air conditioning unit was old and didn’t really do anything to cool the room down.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Ein wirklich geräumiges Zimmer und ein schönes Badezimmer. Ausgezeichnet war das Bett, angefangen von der Matratze über das Kopfkissen, bis hin zur Bettdecke. Toll geschlafen. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist perfekt
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As soon as I checked in, I was asked to pay a €100 deposit for the room. When I entered the room, the bed had bed bugs all over it, and this was only about 30 minutes after I had checked in. I immediately asked to check out, but the staff refused to refund the amount I had paid, not even for a single night. The hotel is generally not clean, and this is not the first time someone has complained about bed bugs here. I checked out immediately regardless of their refusal to refund me. The staff were also extremely rude and unhelpful.

Unfortunately, almost everything else. The room did not appear to have been properly checked after the previous guest: I found a bra hanging behind the bathroom door together with used/unclean towels. I reported it immediately, but the items were simply removed without any real effort to reassure me about the cleanliness of the room. The air conditioning was practically useless. The room stayed around 33°C even when I set it to the lowest temperature. I eventually switched it off, opened the window and used the fan, which brought the temperature down only to around 30°C. I was sweating throughout the night and managed to sleep for only about 3.5 hours. The room was also next to/very close to the elevator mechanism, so I could hear it whenever people used it late at night. My room was on the 5th floor, while the lift only reached the 4th floor, meaning I still had to use the stairs. The room itself was very basic, some switches/plugs did not seem properly fitted, and the extra pillow I found in the wardrobe had no pillowcase. A €100 cash damage deposit was also required at check-in, so I had to leave again and find an ATM before I could access the room. Overall, the combination of poor housekeeping, extreme heat, noise and lack of comfort made this a very unpleasant stay.

Не разобрались с кондиционером, что-то висит над дверью, но так и не смогли установить нужную температуру. Спали с электрическим вентилятором.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Located right beside Dortmund Main train station and directly beside German Football Museum. Rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable beds. There was a standing fan provided and this was came in very handy given the heat. Different food and coffee bars around the hotel. Was very quiet inside and outside so no issues with our stay.
Nothing major.. a fridge in room is always a plus. Would suggest a bit more clarity on a deposit change 100euro.

Zimmer geht Die Decken waren viel zu dick bei den diesen Temperaturen 30grad oder mehr Die kissen waren zu klein. Das Frühstück ist eine frechheit,wird auf der Seite mit buffet angeboten was gekommt Aufgebackene Brötchen nudetalla mini Portionspackungen honig und mamelade und das alles für 14,50€ wenn ich note abgeben würde eine glatte 6, Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen zu 100%

Es hatte draußen 35 Grad Celsius und im Zimmer im 5.Stock hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Das Wasser aus der Duschbrause hat nur stark getropft. Es kam kein richtiger Wasserstrahl!

Das Zimmer roch extrem nach Raucherzimmer, hatte Brandflecken und war sehr staubig. Das Bettlaken hatte Löcher und es wirkte alles unhygienisch . Das Bett war btetthart und das Kissen klein und extrem fest , ebenso wie die Decke . Der Gestank/kalte Rauch im Raum wae extrem unangenehm.
