Eine schöne und große Anlage, welche viel zu bieten hat. Gepflegter Außenbereich, abwechslungsreiche Speisen und ein sauberer Strandabschnitt.

Viele Familien mit Kindern, was die Erholung teilweise einschränkt. Der Restaurantbereich hat wenig Sitzplätze im Innenbereich, was bei schlechten Wetterbedingungen unvorteilhaft ist. Das Servicepersonal war teilweise nicht sonderlich freundlich.

Vi likte mat, aktiviteter og underholdning. Alle jobber hardt for at gjestene skal ha det gøy og bra.

Noen av fasilitetene er litt utdattert, for eksempel gym.

Staff, facilities and room were amazing

Unfortunately we spent the last night at the ER because our 20 months baby got severe Gastroenteritis , I've tried to report that to the front desk, they've replied only that no other resident has reported like this in a very cold defensive reaction !

The staff was super nice and helpful and the pools are just great for small kids, with many different size slides and depths! The food is really delicious and superseded our expectations. The beach is a bit steep and stony, but still good for kids. The kids animation in the evening was biligual in English and Norwegian, so most kids could be a part of it.

Our room (family room in section 3) was out to the fans of the kitchen, meaning it was very noisy on our balcony most of the time. It wasn't a problem for us personally, since we didnt use our balcony munch, but others would certainly be bothered by it.

Obwohl das ein all inclusive Hotel ist, ist einiges nicht enthalten (z. B. Eis, gewisse Cocktails und Getränke wie Cappucino). Kein guter bzw. schöner Essensbereich! Keine Möglichkeit Abends ruhig zu essen, da die Kinder Disco und das Animationsprogramm bei den Esstischen sind (laute Kinder Musik beim Essen, stört leider sehr). Hier müsste man dringend Orte für ruhige Essensmöglichkeiten schaffen, ohne Kinder und laute Musik!

This year we stayed at Pascha Bay for the first time. We had originally booked another hotel but had to cancel last minute, so we chose this one instead based on online reviews and we definitely didn’t regret it. Food: We enjoyed themed dinners such as Mexican, Asian, Turkish cuisine, and seafood nights. Even if you skip these, there are always fixed options available every evening, so it’s really hard not to find something you like. Plus, there’s a snack bar open from 11:30–17:00 with quick bites. Cleanliness: Rooms are clean, and while the buildings are a bit older, they are well maintained. Special thanks to Rabia Hanım for keeping our room spotless. Restaurants and common areas are also cleaned regularly and follow hygiene standards. Entertainment: You can follow the schedule on the TUI app. Most activities are geared towards kids, making this a true family hotel. While children enjoy the animation team, parents can relax and have their meals. There aren’t many adult-oriented activities, but it doesn’t feel like a drawback. Kids’ Facilities: The hotel has a baby lounge, baby club, and kids’ club. These air-conditioned indoor areas near the pools are perfect for escaping the heat. They even provide changing stations, showers, and baby beds if you don’t want to return to your room for nap time. There’s also a waterslide pool for older kids, and two shaded baby/children’s pools that are well protected from the sun. Alcoholic Drinks: Most local drinks are included, while imported ones are extra. However, every night at 9 pm the pool bar serves a complimentary “cocktail of the day,” which is a nice touch. Rooms: Some rooms have private pools (sold as packages via TUI and booked well in advance). There are also family rooms with connecting doors. However, note that the buildings on the right side (facing the sea) can get noisy due to evening shows and music from the neighboring hotel, something TUI can’t control.

Sea: The sea is very wavy and rocky. Even with water shoes, swimming is difficult, and unfortunately, it’s not suitable for kids.

Complexul este bine gândit, clădirile sunt amplasate aproape de piscina centrală. Camerele, deși nu sunt mari, sunt curate și oferă aproape toate priveliște spre piscină și mare. Restaurantele și barurile sunt toate în același perimetru și oferă mâncare și băuturi aproape toată ziua. Mâncarea este extrem de diversificată și gustoasă. Băuturile sunt variate, cu multe variante de cocktailuri. Plaja, cu pietricele, este curată și destul de mare. Per total, o alegere excelentă.

Plaja are o intrare abruptă în apă, motiv pentru care sunt valuri destul de mari aproape zilnic. În toate cele 4 zile în care am stat a fost arborat steagul roșu.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel. Il est complètement adapté aux familles. Notre chambre était spacieuse et avait les équipements nécessaires si vous avez des enfants. (Ex : micro ondes) Les repas aux restaurants étaient variés tous les jours et très bons, adaptés aux goûts des petits comme des grands. Les équipements sont très corrects (toboggans, plusieurs piscines) et la plage privée un gros atout. L’hôtel est propre, constamment nettoyé. Le personnel enfin est très serviable, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite attention lors de notre départ (bouteilles d’eau/sandwich pour la route). Le wifi gratuit capte bien partout. Bref beaucoup de positif.

Le public de l’hôtel est essentiellement anglophone. Les activités/animations étaient donc adaptées à ce public. J’ai trouvé ça très dommage notamment pour mes enfants qui ne pouvaient pas pleinement y participer du coup.

This hotel is a perfect stay for families with kids. Clean, well maintained territory, spacious rooms, attentive personal and great service. The swimming pool area was well arranged, you could always find free sunbeds, and music wasn't loud and annoying. Food tasty and various, dessert delicious and always fresh fruits. Visiting Taverna restaurant was also a very nice experience. WiFi, working great everywhere. I would probably recommend this place.

Small minus is that water was leaking from shower, so the bathroom floor was all wet. And there were no toiletries, just shower gel, and not even cup for toothbrushes, which was uncomfortable.

Excellent grounds maintenance, natural beauty in the resort, house keeping in our room ( Hacer did an excellent job in daily cleaning our room!!), great food selection at the buffets, very friendly and courteous staff.

Big waves at the beach, need water shoes for swimming due to rocks. Different level of service than other tui hotel I have visited , such as you need to pay extra for espresso and fresh fruit juices , less and lower grade entertainment for adults. The public restrooms are not maintained as aggressively as the other tui hotel that I have been to. There was no elevator , so be careful if you have mobility challenges up or down the stairs.

A Perfect Getaway – 5 Stars All Around! I recently stayed at TUI Blue Pascha Bay, and I can confidently say it was one of the best resort experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely top-notch. The service was outstanding — every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, activity leaders, or restaurant staff, everyone deserves a 5-star rating for their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. Our room was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with stunning views that made every morning feel like a dream. The food was another highlight — delicious, varied, and always fresh, catering to all tastes. the staff are very nice, especially the girls working for kids caring, my daughter just so love them, totally fall in love with the staffs in kids caring department. They speaks english and Swedish or Norwegian. Prefect for young kids. every night very fun show and mini dicso. It is a prefect hotel for family with kids. Not so recommend for young couples or girls trip though.

The food is not so good, a lot of choices but no quality food. A lot of deep fried food, very oily, the dessert are very so so. I often don't know what to eat for breakfast. But again, for what we paid, I feel it is great value. The hotel has many cats, they come to dinning areas, so make sure kids not naughty, otherwise the cats can scratch kids.

Everything was conveniently located and easy to reach on foot, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly—from check-in to the Bellman, bar staff, and entertainment team, everyone made us feel welcome.

The room was very old, with completely worn and stained furniture, and a bed that was far too small. Although we booked a family room, it lacked basic functionality: the only air conditioning unit was in the living room, while the bedroom had a noisy ceiling fan, forcing us to keep the door open and defeating the purpose of having separate rooms. Lighting throughout the unit was poor, especially in the living room, which only had two bedside lamps—likely a leftover from when it used to be a bedroom. The hot water was inconsistent, with the temperature constantly fluctuating, and Wi-Fi on the first day was unstable. The bedroom phone was not working upon arrival but was fixed after we reported it. The property has no elevators, which is inconvenient when using a stroller and would be a serious concern for wheelchair users. The restaurant setup resembled a canteen, with outdoor tables seating 16, and the path to the entrance required everyone to pass through the smoking area. Food quality was average at best, with all dishes we tried being lukewarm. All types of potatoes—from fries to wedges and mashed—were consistently undercooked. During six meal periods, we were only once offered drinks by a waiter; the rest of the time, we had to get them ourselves, which creates confusion—either offer table service or do not. The resort grounds also had several safety and service issues. Floors across the property were very slippery; I witnessed several children falling even while walking. Lifeguards were stationed on a bridge between the kids’ and main pools, facing away from the kids’ area, meaning no one was actively watching it. One child nearly drowned while we were there; his mother had to jump in and rescue him, while the father ran to get a lifeguard. The child had clearly swallowed too much water and was vomiting, yet the lifeguard’s first response was to offer him more water. It was a concerning incident that highlighted a serious lack of proper first aid training. Th

Overall very good for the price. +The facilities which is great for kids +Clean room & the overall area is very clean +Good staff -Lots of activities have certain age requirements which I dont really agree with. A 10 year old for example was not allowed to play dart or volleyball for some reason. -The food has very little variety in my opinion -The menu at the moment in the Taverna is kind of a joke in my opinion, we ate at the Taverna but did not eat much because the quality of the food and instead went to the normal restaurant.

Viikon reissu lasten kanssa. Erinomaiset altaat lasten kanssa uimiselle. Ranta oli mainio rantavedessä snorklailulle ja vierestä löytyi kiva pieni kallio, jonka onkaloita lapset jatkoivat tutkia. Rantavedessä paljon kaloja, joiden perässä jaksettiin snorklailla. Koko päivän auki oleva Snack baari oli hyvä, joskaan muutoin all inclusive -ruuassa ei ollut hurraamista. Erilaisia teemailtoja taisi olla, vaikea sanoa kun kaikki ruuat maistuivat täysin samalta, eli eivät miltään.

Very good all-inclusive hotel. I was bothered by the fact that the toilet was not provided with a shower cap and that there were no drinks and snacks in the room's refrigerator, only water. But this is understandable because in this way they probably take care of families with children. They are very kind to children, various attractions are provided. The choice of food in the restaurant was very good and the food was really tasty. I recommend the hotel SPA to everyone, especially the massage therapist Mrs. Uchee. She does her job very professionally.

Every aspect of the hotel was pretty good enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Not much to say.

Lots of family friendly facilities, close to beach front, variety of pools and free sport activities, VERY friendly and helpful staff, on-site facilities such as market or hairdresser, long opening hours of the gym, variety of food and drinks.

Not much entertainment for adults, not many daily activities for kids (mainly in the evening), too much singing and musicals from a single group, food not always hot, rocky beach, away from Antalya centre and a remote suburban location with very limited local facilities around.

Nice and plenty of meals, 2/3 very tasty to my family and fresh, fresh fried donuts for breakfast, Turkish scrambled eggs, rostbeef, aubergines in numbers of cooking ways, watermelon, cakes among best nice surroundings, waterslides and sports fields, table tennis spacious, clean rooms, nice, friendly atmosphere among staff and guests, the entertainment staff could be more flexible, and extend some waterpolo and volleyball games, times, make extra finals etc. especially when guests have fun and integrated playing together nice pier/platform with sunbeds sunset views

the seabed from the beach is rocky and slippery, It is way better and sandy, if you enter from the far right side, where motorboats ride and collect guests for fun, skijets, banana rides etc. Building some stairs (4-8) from the pier/platform would help entering the water at certain depth for swim and miss the slippery rocks at start, specially it's not so deep there and hotels next to the TUI have the stairs at their piers. On a first night (only) out of 4 nights it was extremely noisy from a party next hotel, basses, drums etc. from 9pm till 1 am. the sofabed was very hard to sleep, the double bed mattress was good there were gaps at front door and the noise from the main road walk through the batteries from TV remote control were out, replaced with no hassle at the reception Variety of TV programmes is poor (39), it lacks especially Turkish news programme The green led light signal coming out of fire alarm once every 10 sec, very annoying during sleep, which likely indicated battery was out, I covered with my pants and was OK to sleep after that the ventilation in our bathroom could be better the Turkish desserts should change supplier pastaneleri, they were too oily and lacked some ingredients like there was neither pistacchio nor walnuts in baklava, no surprise there was no amateurs for those, Turkish delights are good

Room are outdated..bed was really uncomfortable. However, the rest was so good that I had to give a 10 to this hotel.

Meal, cleaning, pools, friendly and helpful staff, the service quality, service, animators were really great. It was a holiday that we were happy with. Our children had a lot of fun. Our stay started in the worst possible way. Apparently, while searching for rooms on Hotels.com and selecting 2 adults + 2 children, you will still be provided options that are applicable only for 2 adults without any children. This tricked us into believing our booking was for the entire family while in reality it was only for halv of it, leaving our 3 and 2 year olds out. After sleeping one night in a room located three floors up (the hotel doesn't have elevators!), we changed it to another, second night became worst than the first as the hotel provided us with a room that had a connecting room to it, with no isolation whatsoever, meaning we could hear the neighbors talk to each other. Having changed room a third time the following day, we accepted to stay there during the rest of the stay. Also, what was consistent in all these three rooms was that, while we had booked a room with a double sofa, we only got a single sofa for the entire stay. We had to request a baby crib to put our 2 year old in or else we didn't have anywhere to sleep all four of us. The rooms were clean but what came to hunt us during the stay was that, since the booking was for two persons, every single day, I had to request more towels as the janitors only swapped our towels for 2 new sets (instead of 4 as we were 4 persons!). Lastly, I forgot some pikés in the room while checking out. I've tried to reach the hotel in multiple official ways, but they are just ignoring me on all platforms - sad! :-(

The room amenities were minimal. There The bedding and linens were not changed daily. The plates and the silverware were dirty, and there were signs of dried food. The personnel and the restaurants were not entirely helpful, and they did not help with the drinks, even though the food was self-service. Variety out there, meet and food served at the self-service was limited. There was a limited number of beach chairs on the beach. The hotel services offered to the guests on the beach with limited. Entertainment programs were also limited and most of them did not follow the favorites of the guests. This will probably be the last time that you ever stay at this property.

It was great for families

Big pool and a lot of sun chairs. Good water slides for kids and the beach is fine. A lot of activities for both kids and adults. Good restaurants with tasty foodora.

A super nice, clean and child/family friendly hotel... We have been visiting this hotel for the past two years. Here is a short list of pros and cons: - very clean hotel...our maid (Ms. Emine) does a great job...changes the sheets every day, decorates the bed very professionally... - Super friendly staff...always looking out for you by asking if you need anything (For instance, Mr.Cem from the guest relations, Mr. Ugur at the taverna restaurant, Mr. Süleyman at the reception, Mr. Kemal at the security department). Very welcoming... - Very professional entertainment team...there are interactive entertainment shows for kids and adults every night. Super fun for kids... - The hotel goes to sleep mode after 10:30...no annoying disco music around...

Still, there are some important things you should be aware of before coming here... - the sea is very rough and full of rocks...hard to swim for children... - the quality of the grounded red meat is equal to average 5-star all-inclusive hotels, meaning that there is still room for improvement. But all other meat, fish and vegetarian dishes were delicious and high quality. They have a rich variety of fresh fruits (figs, grapes, melons, watermelons, sweet apricots and peaches, besides simple apples and bananas) which makes you realize that you are visiting one of the best places in Turkey. :)

I booked two rooms for my family, rooms was big with comfortable beds and clean, we stayed building 6 and view from our balcony was very beautiful. Food was very good, every day different, delicious and many varieties. Swimming pool was big and clean, my son enjoyed kids swimming pool as well. Staff was friendly and helpful, they speak english, German and few other languages well. want specifically mention animation team, activities for kids in the beach and park area was funny and memorable, shows and mini discos every evening was entertaining. It was my first time in this hotel and i m definitely coming back with my friends and kids again. Thank you

My only suggestion would be bigger bathrooms, and in both room bathroom fan was not working.

Sakir was excellent and doing great job keeping us feeling very welcome at Pasha Bay. The two lifeguards at the aquapark really also need a mention as they very very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly, considerate of the guests. It is clean and quiet. The beach and the pools are great and clean. It is only a bit boring for young couples as its a great place for families with young kids.

Spacious room. kind personnel, private beach. The animators did everything to engage and entertain the guests. Mostly families with small kids and pensioners. Programs for all age group are in place. Even the resort is close to the busy road, the traffic could not be heard. In many Turkish resort guests bring more food to their tables than they need and leave it there. In this hotel wasting food is not tolerated.

Coming from another real all inclusive hotel in Antalya to Alanya compared the two this hotel does not include all. You must pay for many things. The meals were good, however for more to to the taste of European tourists, not real Turkish cuisine. Smokers everywhere. Often cannot enjoy your meal outside because of smoke. We could not keep open our balcony door because the smoke was coming into our bedroom from the below balcony.

Very good hotel and beyond my expectations. The food is various and delicious, and the staff is polite. Many facilities for children - swimming pools, kid's club, food. The big area and private beach ⛱️. Music like Cafe del Mar on the morning while breakfast - my favourite. I'll come back.

distance from airport was the only negative. with a young child and a late flight time, it was very late by the time we arrived at the hotel.

The best parts of this place are definitely food and staff. I enjoyed every single meal I had, especially loved the local cuisine dishes. We felt very welcome and most of the staff were incredibly friendly, I am super thankful to them! The entertainment was really great. The whole hotel territory is very clean and well carried about. I could really notice all the staff trying their best to do their job which is very appreciated, thank you!

We previously stayed at a hotel where the kid's club worked for the whole day and you could always come in and out when you liked (parents were also welcome all the time), so it was a bit of a disappointment that here there were strict times of visiting/program and kids were mostly meant to be left in the club without parents. It would had been great to have a place to gather and play especially on rainy days, as the hotel rooms are pretty dark. Our kids speak two languages (Finnish and Russian) but it wasn't enough for them to understand and get understood at the kids club, because the staff used mostly English and parents couldn't stay to help with the language, so our kids didn't want to visit the club after one single time.

Two comments why my stay at Pascha Bay was an experience of great disappointment. 1. I have been to Pascha Bay twice before in a superior double room (TUI package holidays 2016 and 2019), now first time on a solo trip and I used booking.com site to book a standard double room for two nights 21-23 May (non-refundable condition). I did my booking on 21st May and got quickly confirmation from the hotel that the booking is okey. When I arrived at midnight I was surprised to know that the room advertised compared to the room which I was given is false. They had given me a twin family room which can occupy up to 5 – 6 guest including a baby cot. The room was neither attractive nor tempting. I think that advertising one room and given a completely different one is unprofessional behavior from a hotel that classifies itself as a four-star hotel. The proper way would have been to ask the guest if the change of room type is acceptable. I would never have accepted a room change. 2. I was sitting on the balcony when the cleaning maid came to clean the room. She was bugging me in hopes of a tip. I did not give. She got angry and after wiping the floor she had poured the dirty floor water into the bathroom sink leaving behind a nasty mess. Obviously the housekeeping section has failed miserably to train her how to treat customers. Next morning at 9 am when I was leaving the room in order to check out she came again to offer “cleaning services”.

Høy standard, variert og god mat, fin strand, veldig bra aktivitetstilbud for barn og voksne. Guider som snakker engelsk, tysk og de nordiske språkene.

The staff is very nice - food is very tasty and varied, everything in this place is great I will definitely come back and I will be a regular customer of this great place

Great service ... nice pool, nice beach, good food. An improvement/suggestion is to change the the ice cream serving hours from12-18 to 10-17. This helps the parents and avoids the fight with the kids to not take ice creams just before lunch and dinner :)

Nydelig sted, fantastisk service, og alt tilrettelagt for en fin familieferie. Vi reiste to voksne med en på ett år, samt to tenåringer, og hotellet har bra tilbud for alle. Hvis jeg skal sette fingen på en ting så syns jeg tilpasningen av glutenfri mat kunne vært hakket bedre. Men selv ikke det satt en stopper for at alle sammen storkoste seg!

Allt va topp 10 av 10 från mat till läge till personal till renlighet. Vi kommer välja denna hotell till alla framtida resor till Turkiet. Personalen va så hjälpsamma samt trevliga. Servicen va det bästa.
